BUYER BEWARE - One of the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.First off, many of their items can be found online at Wayfair for significantly cheaper. I purchased a Queen size bed from Venini Furniture for $1,400.00, while the SAME EXACT bed can be bought on Wayfair for $1,300.00 (King Size). There is no reason to buy from a physical store when the same identical items are available for cheaper online.But if that doesnt change your mind, wait until you hear the rest. Prior to purchasing this bed, I was promised in the store that I would receive professional delivery and installation. Neither of that took place. The snake-oil salesman who originally sold me the bed arrived (not a professional delivery crew as originally promised) and we took the boxes up to the apartment together.While getting the boxes into the apartment, my lamp was shattered and the salesman left the boxes in my bedroom without even taking the temporary, metal bed-frame back with him (which was also originally promised). There was no assembly, no professional delivery, and I even suffered damage to my apartment as a result.Not to mention the staff was extremely rude on the phone. Awful customer service and awful experience. I hope you wont be unfortunate enough to be this business next customer.

Beatiful place to look for furniture, great service and they work with prices. This afternoon i came to look for a king size bed and living room set, that bed that i wanted was $1,700 and i got it for $1,000 and that living room set was $4,000 and i got it for $2,200 i also got free delivery and free assembly, i was treated very good, im coming home very happy knowing i got what i wanted for that best price in the market, they are very honest and they don’t try to overcharge you with prices.

We decided to buy a condo very spraticly while we were visiting a friend in Fort Lauderdale. Moti was very responsive and quick in helping us arranging the whole condo. I woke up at 3 in the morning and did search for my bed. Found it at this great store at, Venini furniture, at a third the price of other stores. The manager Moti and staff was awesome . The were amazingly accommodating and made sure that I was very well take care of. They were extremely friendly but very professional at the same time. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Kevin and jose were really kind and nice, the delivered my bed with assembly and disposed the trash after my husband set up my living room set. I was very impressed how the store owner helped me out with selecting the right furniture for my budget but also was very thoughtful of the fact that I have five small children and tried to make the entire process as hassle free for me as possible. I selected a beautiful dining room table with six chairs and they are the absolute eye candy of our home now and my children could not be happier. But the best part was this ..I had two broken full size bed frames at home the kids broke from constant jumping on. He sold me new stabile frames and two spring boxes and instructed his delivery men to install them for me as I am a single raising mother. Venini Furniture has been so far one of the worst business that i ever had to deal with, owner makes empty promises, doesnt update customers on the status of there purchases. delivery whenever he finds time too, not when he scheduled it. this business is a joke. I have to constantly call to get updates on my purchase and some how he still managed to get it wrong. the only reason im giving a one star is because it wont allow me to give a 0 star review.

I normally don’t leave reviews but i just love how polite and respectful Ozzy was when delivering my furniture. As far as my furniture. I ordered a dining room table with 6 chairs & at first i was skeptical because i did everything over the internet and text message (i never went into the store not once) & some messages did rub me the wrong way as in i felt like i was being taken advantage of with the delivery. I offered to pick up my own table because my husband has a truck & wen didn’t want to pay the $99 for delivery and the owner insisted i get it delivered because it might get broken & they aren’t responsible which i totally get but what turned me off was when i offered to pick my table up he told me I’d still have to pay $60/$70 because it’s coming from a warehouse which MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL. Other then the delivery I’m very happy with my table & I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family.

I’ve purchased practically everything in my home from Mr. Venini. Not only is the furniture of good quality but amazing prices. He always gives me the best deals and works with me on better options of ideas. It’s been about 3 or 4 years dealing with him. Everything has been delivery. My office. My bedroom. My kids room and living room. My first delivery person was Sean and from there it was Danny and both were amazing. They were patient with me in setting and putting all my furnitures together. My recent order I saved $300 plus dollars on my items. If you’re a busy person and just don’t like visiting my actual stores; this is the best route to go. The website is easy to maneuver and you have direct contact to Mr. Venini. He’s really down to earth and puts you at ease and I love it. He has yet to disappoint!

Description on their web page did not match delivery. piece missing that was not included in delivery when description online said it was included. want me to pay if i want what should be included according to the product description. and it happen with two items. my living room set was missing a center piece and they told it wasnt include and it was sold separately. the description of this product in thier catalog says it is in cluded. the confirm me it was a mistake and i need tonpay for it if i want it.

On May 26th I had to call the police on this establishment in order to get my refund as MOTI wrote me a fraudulent check that td bank denied me to cash as the bank account did not exist. I was getting the run around up until the police barged into this business. I then received a CASH refund while the police were there as they waited on me to be refunded! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this furniture store. Try coco’s furniture or another reputable company. I see every negative review on this page gets a reply back as if we are reviewing the wrong account. This review is intended for Venini furniture store located in Hallandale beach. Their customer service is PISS POOR! I have pictures and video to prove it.
