Ive had Metro cell phone service for about 8 years now if not more and cant complain much about the service even going to P.R my service has been pretty good except for getting my messages delayed when I do travel. The only thing is recently not sure whats going on with the phone and service. My cell (OneNote) love pics but awful when Im on wifi anywhere theres wifi, sometimes my cell and hubbys also android doesnt ring so we have to restart. Better android phones would give it 5 stars

We came to this location about a month back, when we walked in the music was too loud echoing off the walls and neither employee offered assistance. We decided to leave an find another metro. My husband learned he was able to purchase a phone from T-Mobil and have his sim card transferred to his new phone at metro. Today, he decided to give this location another try. We are happy we did! As soon as we walked in, Katie greeted us with a smile and offered immediate assistance. She even let us know, we could have purchased the exact cell phone here at lower cost. When we expressed our first experience, she took accountability for her team members and apologized. I was impressed with Katie’s rebound service that we decided to purchase a phone case from her and not amazon. Katie gets 5 stars! Metro as a whole 3!
I give them 2 stars because they were nice, they were (for the most part) straight forward when explaining everything. Now here’s why they lost 3 stars.MISLEADING SERVICEI wanted the $60 service witch I always get, the first month comes by and I get my bill. I’m sorry call me whatever it may be but my bill was $74, witch means I’m paying 23% more than I thought and maybe it would have came up to $64 because of taxes. But they gave me services that I didn’t request they gave me a warranty on a phone I specifically said “this is a temporary phone” (DIDNT ask whether or not I wanted it) and they gave me a something to block numbers. (My iPhone does that for free) .If I was questioned .. “hey do you want this” it be fine the fact that I wasn’t bothers me. Really nice people work here, but don’t leave things out when money is involved
BEWARE! Very dishonest staff... The assistant manager and a new sales associate did not inform well about their lease with SmartPay... just to get their sale completed. When I checked my lease account, I then noticed I had to pay 2 or 3 times the price of this cheap phone, but not only that... They also added to the lease the value of their FREE phone case.. I didnt even liked any of the cases they had... I just picked one because it was supposedly FREE with their promotion that day. When i went back to return the phone, cancel the lease and get a refund for the case, they didnt help. I even talked to the manager by that time, Claudia, and explained my situation she said she would call the store owner during the day and get back to me... She never called back even though I tried to follow up by calling the next day.
Customer service was excellent! It was so excellent that the young lady gave me a lot of incentives like phone glass cover, phone case and even a Bluetooth speaker all of which my transaction started at $699 and when Jessica was done with me everything added to $883.77 so i guess all those incentives wasnt free after all. Lesson taught well BEWARE!!!

If i could give no stars i would! My husband got instructions from corporate to go to a store and ask for a sim card. He walked in and the employee named Katie, who claims she’s the manager, started talking to him with attitude he explained he needed a sim card and she continued speaking to him with attitude and trying to charge him fees that corporate stated he already paid. We understand there are also authorized dealers we were more upset with her unprofessional and nasty behavior. After calling my husband IGNORANT, she told us to leave and we were not doing anything except trying to explain the instructions we were given. She even threatened us. I should have let her call the cops so that i could report her. Long story short if you need something done DONT EXPECT THIS LOCATION TO HELP YOU OR FIX THE PROBLEN OR DONT USE METRO PCS’ service at all... dissappointed.
This metro is the worst. There service is unprofessional sold my mother a phone that did not work and would not take it back two hours later. Went there to pay my bill and the had no change and the employee with an attitude said I guess we cant take u then the change was two dollars gave 45 it was 43 I dont see how metro has not stepped in to this franchise yet horrible. Making metro look bad next month switching.katie was so rude

Theyre nice to you when your bying phones and products. If you have a problem its a whole different story. My wife was promised a screen saver to fit her new zmax phone because a smaller one was placed on it, because they didnt have any. She was told that she would be placed on a list and would be called that following week. After no call she stopped by to see if the screen saver was in, once again told no she would be put on the list to be called as soon as they came that week. A total of 3 weeks past no call no screen saver, my wife did not cause a scene in any manner, but when we went to them again to ask about the screen saver we were given attitude by the sales girl who sold us the phone, passing us off to another associate because she didnt know what to do with us. Again my wife did not cause a scene, even asking what the policy would be if something happened to the phone were the screen was not covered by the wrong size cover, no one could give us a straight answer. Again we were told we would be called when the screen saver came in, still have not received a call. We have been dealing with MetroPCS and this Haines City store for almost 7yrs with this experience we will most likely go elsewhere. New customers are giving a plus treatment but existing customers are not.

Store claims to be open for business till 7 pm on sundays. Lazy employees would not take a payment before 7. The employees work hard there. Work hard at excuses to NOT work. OPEN FOR BUSINESS TILL 7 OR NOT!!
2 SD cards damaged i took it to store and the staff tells me that the sd cards were damaged when i went thru airport security which is BS. So i went to another cellphone store and it turns out that the SD cards are fakes. Ive been thru airport security many many times in the past and i only started to have problems with SD cards since i changed service& cellphone to metropcs.
