Isabella was our sales consultant. We didn’t plan on buying a new phone because we had to troubleshoot our existing one..we have been to several Verizon stores and nobody was as patient as her. She stayed with us and after 1.5 hours fixed our problem. We ended up upgrading and she was fantastic about transferring the data.Highly recommend doing business with her

Originally I came in just for a tablet to go with my phone. The service I received from Rolando was such a pleasant experience I wound up buying a phone and a tablet and am now paying less than my original bill. His service exceeded my expectations so much that I brought my husband and mother in law in to received the same excellent service. He guided us through the whole process, showing us where we would benefit, and what was unnecessary for our needs. He even gave me his private cell number for any questions I might have, and I have had many, and I continue to receive the same excellent service each and every time. Thank you Rolando for all your hard work!

We purchased 3 phones from this location. The sales person was an absolute degenerate who slammed us into phones we did not want. Refused to honor the promotion on TV and failed to add $10 travel plan resulting in $1800 in international roaming. 6 months later, still dealing with the aftermath of this one bag of trash they allowed to work there. Spoke to Chelsea with the authorized retailer..she promised to fix the issue but nothing was done.Word to the wise, just because others experience 5 star service does not guarantee you will have the same experience. My advice, place your order online or directly with Verizon rep on the phone. Stay as far away from this particular authorized retailer as possible.

Went there to upgrade to a an iPhone 13 Pro Max and possibly get a iPad or iPad mini and let me tell ya it went great.All the staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help, make sure you get help from Isabella. Everyone at the Haines City Store has been extremely nice, polite, and professional during the last 2 days, while trying to solve the issues Im having with my new (1-month old) phone. The phone has some pretty major glitches, & before the company will replace the phone, a factory reset must be done, in an attempt to solve the issues. This is NOT in any way the fault of the employees here; but Emily and Ron have gone far above the call of duty in their efforts to help me get all of my important data and pictures saved & backed up, so I wont lose anything. They have both spent a considerable amount of time and energy helping me, and I appreciate their help SO much! I cant say enough nice things about them; and they are truly an asset to Verizon Wireless. Thank you, Emily and Ron‼️😁

Angelis was a literal angel! She helped me when Ascurion, Verizon, and Geek Squad, could do nothing for me. She stayed almost 2 hours after her shift to help me with a phone that ultimately had to be upgraded due to a Hardware issue. I had to run around all day since no one helped me wherever I went. She vouched for me when she could’ve walked away and that’s true customer service right there. She was personable, understanding, patient, and excellent. I want her accolades to be shared with everyone because she was phenomenal. The wait and the calling was grueling but she always had a smile on her face and reassured that she will take care of the issue while saving us money. She is a fresh face in that store and a diligent worker. I walked out with a brand new iPhone and less than .50 cents more on my monthly bill (a steal)! I could go on and on but she was amazing!

Recently my elderly dad needed some help getting his phone updated, and as someone not too technically proficient it required a lot of time and patience. Emily Bruyn came to our rescue with the best service we’ve ever had! She went out of her way to give him options and to provide extra helpful services, and even updated and replaced the personal instruction notes I had attached to his phone. Since I was in Chicago and he was there, she updated me with numerous texts and phone calls. Emily Bruyn has a huge heart, is a top notch service provider and Verizon should be so proud of her. I was a customer of TMobile for years and got so tired of their horrible service so I decided to stop into this Verizon location. The store was extremely clean, every sales rep was dressed really sharp. My sales rep was Ron McKinney. He was so friendly, professional and truly believes I made a great decision by coming to Verizon! So far after a week of service, I am more than pleased with the customer service I received as well as the great connection service I’m now receiving here in Haines City, FL. I went to the store with a slew of complicated tasks having to do with 10 lines which required a lot of attention to detail. I went to a store in MI and was told I needed to call tech support. No offer of any help. I had Ron McKinney’s card with me so I contacted him. But, much to my surprise, Rolando & Adam were able to get me into a new phone, with all the features in was looking for, without raising my bill. They were both very helpful and patient, going over features with me to ensure i would be happy with my new phone. Try even transferred all my data over for me. If you need honest and friendly assistance, I would strongly recommend both of those employees at the Haines City location.

I hate shopping for a phone. Had to replace my old 3G flip. My experience with Verizon Auth. Retailers have never been good. (time, extra cost, knowledge)So I went to a direct Verizon in WinterHaven, Had a phone in mind and wanted to look at it. They didnt have one on display so they brought one out. I said I like to look at it. They would not take it out of the box and told me any info I needed I could go on line. ) for ther effort. Decided to check out the new Retailer in Haines City dispite my past experiences, I needed a phone.I was greeted by Kawann Coleman. Told him what I wanted, he went and got a couple of choices. Picked the phone I wanted after looking it over. In about 15 minutes he swapped all my info over, explained all my options, answered any questions and I was out the door with my new phone.I have bought about 30 phones for my family and myself over the past years and this was the best experience I have ever had.Kawann was professional, friendly, knowledgable. with complete focus on his customers needs. We got slammed with all kinds of lies. Promotions we knew existed were not offered. Equipment we saw available online was not in stock. Really hope this place goes under.
