A call was made two weeks in advance for a box truck. When the day came to pick it up in the morning it wasnt there.It was necessary for us to have it that morning. It took another week to get one.Not happy with them ☹️.

No issues at all returning my vehicle. I ran into some issues in my end and the employees were more than willing to work with me and make everything work.Also, the price was unbeatable on their one way rental from Texas to Maryland.

The truck was clean, I was late and they got me taken care of along with the backlog (that I created by being late) like Champs. Q much better experience than in the past with other rental companies. A great first impression.

BEWARE! Multiple inaccurate charges have occurred to us by them. They will charge your credit card for repair orders for anything that goes wrong such as wipers, lights, etc.

We use Penske for trailer repair they do an awesome job in the shop foreman is very very knowledgeable

Great place to rent from if your lookn to do a one way rental. Had a great truck n full size trailor which was very dependable and did the job by getting us 3000 miles across the country..
