For three years, my stuff sat in storage at Beaver Creek. My stuff was safe and sound. I never worried about that. But the icing is the wonderful customer service. Nicest people in the office. They were always kind and friendly on the phone, when I would call to pay my bill. They have online billing now. I was late a few times and they were never rude or condescending in any way. They also have candy at the desk. The grounds are clean. The people are friendly. The stuff is safe. It is really all you can ask.

We downsized and moved locally using Beaver Creek Mini-storage movers. It was a challenge moving some of our furniture to a smaller house but Josh and his crew accomplished it. They managed to move (squeeze) the furniture without a scratch and placed it right where we wanted it in our new home. Great job! We would highly recommend Beaver Creek movers! Excellent moving and storage company. Used Beaver Creek to move my daughters apartment into one of their storage units and then move into her new apartment a month later. Morgan and all of the ladies in the front office were extremely helpful and kind. Also, the movers were very friendly and did an excellent job. And the price cant be beat. We were thinking of renting a U-Haul ourselves and just having them load the truck (which they will do) but they gave me a better price for them to use their truck and do everything for us. The storage unit is accessible 24 hrs, which is nice. I definitely recommend you call Beaver Creek for all your moving and/or storage needs - I will not go anywhere else from now on!!

I cannot express how great these people are! Family owned and operated and they have been doing this for years! Absolutely great people to work with! Fair and reasonably priced. Cant find a better company that does storage, uhaul, and moving! Check them out, you wont be disappointed!

Used Beaver Creek Moving and Storage for a household move. We were extremely pleased! They were wonderful to work with from making the appointment, to getting the estimate, to the actual moving day. Professional, polite, organized, thorough......we have no complaints at all!!!! They were reasonably priced and worth EVERY penny!

I was very pleased with the storage options and customer service at Beaver Creek. I rented trucks, used two different storage units over many months during our move. Online bill pay, a key for my husband and myself, reasonable pricing and a really friendly staff made our moving process easier. I would definitely recommend anyone needing help in a move, or just storing extra items, to use this business.

I rented a U-Haul from Beaver Creek mini storage. The staff are very nice and helpful.They walked out to the U-Haul with me and explained about the truck. Made sure the pointed out the safety points of driving a large truck. You know like watching for low bridges, turns, etc. Very nice to deal with would recommend anyone to use them. They even gave me and a son a couple donuts :)

Went in to Beaver Creek Mini storage with out a appointment. Talked Mauree she was very helpful. She set me up with a 26ft u-haul truck. She went over all the information and walked around the truck showing it to me. Very polite and nice people to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone. Great place. I had to get packing boxes and Morgan helped out alot. Didnt even have to leave my truck, she brought them right out for me due to my disability. Very kind hearted person!Recommended to anyone.

I implore you—stay far away from this storage facility. Incorrect records, inconsistent billing, and improper business practices are commonplace for this business. Thank goodness for our short stay, as we could not wait to escape our lease.

Too bad you cant give these arrogant inconsiderate women less than one star. I rented several trucks from other UHaul dealers in town but this location was close to the rental property that I was cleaning out so I thought I give them a try and give my wallet a break because it would be reduced mileage. I also figured Id prepay and rent a storage for the valuables that were coming from the rental property.Needless to say: I was overcharged for the rental. More mileage than I used, overcharged for fuel I supposedly didnt put back in the vehicle. *(Im suspecting that they used it for personal business and forgot to cover their tracks) I was charged an additional 20 miles at $0.99/mile plus $36 for a fuel surcharge. The truck was completely full.Now onto the facility: One word for you, R O D E N T SGOOD LUCK IF YOU TRY TO USE THIS DUMP.

Everyone you talk to is the boss... VERY unprofessional!!!! They cut the wrong lock off my sisters unit and tried to charge her for July rent in June...then they wouldnt let her in the unit to her belongings or give her a new lock until she paid!!!!! Illegal and TACKY!!!!!! Jennifer says one thing and Mauree says another.
