After the original mover backed out 2 days prior. I was referred to DJ Moving Pros by another company and Dawn was able to schedule us quickly and keep our timeline. Dawn was really nice and professional, the movers were excellent. I would recommend DJ Moving Pros in a heartbeat, they are one of the best movers we have ever encountered.

We really wanted to like this company. Dawn is very friendly, and we like to support small local businesses. Unfortunately, we had a lot of problems. The unloading end of the move was awful. They were very short staffed, so it took much longer than anticipated, and the crew got very frustrated and upset. It became very awkward. I ended up carrying a lot of the boxes and furniture to help out, which definitely should not have had to happen! They were rushing and damaged a lot of items, and scratched up the word floor quite a bit. I have been trying to work out with Dawn the coverage for the damaged items for months, but still have not been able to get anything. Their price was a little lower than the large companies, but in hind sight I would have rather paid more for better service. Im glad to hear so many others have had better experiences. Im hoping our situation was the exception.

I just wanted to take a moment and recommend the fantastic service from DJ Moving Pros. From the beginning speaking with Dawn on the phone, she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns as I was facilitating this move for my grandmother who was not at all versed in the process. I wanted this to be as smooth as possible from all ends.Chris and Marcus were absolutely fantastic! They were on time, professional and got right to work. They had concern for the quality of the items as well as taking the time to wrap up the fragile/delicate items and making sure they were loaded up properly. They were very careful with bringing them onto the truck and these pieces were hundreds of pounds. The attention to detail was appreciated as well. Overall I would recommend DJ Moving Pros.My only concern is that their wasnt a lot of communication between DJs and the auction house Cochrans. I wish that had been coordinated a bit better since Chris and Marcus werent even told that was where it was being delivered when they first got there. I had to make several calls to facilitate making sure someone was to be there to receive the furniture.

I received a brochure from DJ Moving Pros in the mail and saw they had good reviews online, so I thought I’d give them a try. From my first email asking for information, Dawn was friendly, quick to reply, and very helpful. This is the first time I ever hired movers, and I am so glad I did! The men that came were so professional, and they worked really hard all day long. They had great attitudes and never complained, even though the move took longer than anticipated. They helped with everything I needed, and they even brought a truck, so I didn’t need to worry about renting one. They figured out how to put all of my things in the truck so we didn’t need to make more than one trip. I was just really impressed with this company from start to finish, and I would recommend them without hesitation!

Everything went very smoothly with this company. Everyone was professional and treated my items with care. I will definitely use them again once I find a home.

The guys arrived with 2 trucks as promised. Freddy lead the team and made sure everything kept going & on schedule. Fred, Seth, CJ, & Jerome were really nice. They were professional, careful with our belongings and were great with our two crazy dogs! Definitely recommend.

You worked with me through the delays and possible delays in my closing date. You are a great face for the company.The three young men you sent out to do the move were respectful to their clients, professional in handling our possessions and very efficient with the time that I was paying for. There were no casualties with my possessions and, when I asked them to be extra careful with my dining table (one of the nicer pieces we were moving), they double wrapped it in blankets and handled it with kid gloves.Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend you to anyone needing a mover.

Trying to find the right movers on one of the most stressful days of your life is a big task. I called at least 15 different places and only 1 stood out from the rest and that was DJ Moving Pros. I spoke with Dawn and she could not have been any nicer and so helpful. I hired them and they did such an amazing job! They got the job done in way less time than quoted, they were incredibly professional, nice, great attitudes, and busted their butts the entire time! Best move Ive ever experienced thanks to them, took a huge amount of stress off me for sure! They were very careful with everything, not one thing broke, didnt bang up the walls, super careful, packed the moving truck in such an expert way it was truly amazing to me. I highly, and I mean HIGHLY, recommend these guys for your moving job. The staff was friendly and nice. The movers assisted in finding an alternate route when we got stuck in traffic in route to my new home. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently with no damage done.

We had a great move with DJ Moving Pros - from the initial personal care shown for our furniture in PA by Dawn & Jason and then moving day when the guys were polite, hardworking, attentive to detail and ultimately careful with our furniture and valuables. I had came across a situation where I needed to move on a day that I could not get off of work. Which with me i have to be in control of everything, that gave me so much anxiety. I came across DJ Moving Pros and they came out gave me a quote and assured me that everything would be taken care of and I had no reason to worry. Now my oldest son was there to meet them, and they were absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, were hard workers, nothing was damaged and I received a great price. I felt such relief when I made it home, everything went great.
