My recent appointment at Cumberland Valley ENT was an enjoyable experience. I was treated with utmost respect and care. Every member of the medical team was pleasant and kind. From the check in at the front desk, an initial check for any ear obstruction, the testing done by the audiologist, the final evaluation by the doctor, through the subsequent scheduling for hearing devices, the staff were very professional, competent, and efficient while all very friendly. I highly recommend this excellent medical team.
Very nice receptionist and the doctor did exactly as we wished instead of nursing insurance like the last doctor my friend saw and sending him to do unnecessary tests. They promptly faxed my prescriptions to the pharmacy and all went well. Dr Manilla was very easy to understand (accent and pitch wise) which is hard to come by these days, especially for the hearing impaired. We highly recommend!!
This is a practice with which I have had professional dealings for many years, but I recently had my first visit there as a patient. The office is clean and welcoming, and the front staff and assistants are efficient and professional. I saw the CRNP, who was likewise very friendly, efficient and professional. After briefly reviewing my medical history, she was able to focus on my presenting issue and offer several viable options. After selecting one of those, she was able to painlessly perform the procedure and alleviate my symptoms immediately. Follow up was established as prn.I was very impressed!
I was able to call in and get a next day appointment easily. e-Check-in made arrival and in person check in quick and easy. All staff were kind and professional. PA Megan did a wonderful job taking care of my medical needs. Thanks for taking good care of my needs!
Wonderful staff. Friendly, helpful and professional.this was my first experience with an ENT services. They were very comforting, knowledgeable and informative. I in inwill be recommending this office to family and friends.
One of the best ENT doctors ever! Dr. Wathne always makes time for my son even when we call at the last minute. He is kind and respectful no matter what the situation. What a great practice. Highly recommend.
Staff and Dr. Stoneman were great. Very short wait time. Highly recommended.Justin
My appointment went seamlessly with no problems. Dr. Manilla is a wonderful physician in my opinion.
I received my second appointment yesterday. It included being assessed for what type of allergies I have. The nurse who administered the test was compassionate, knowledgeable, and gave me informative follow-up instructions for my after care. Therefore I have a very favorable impression of Cumberland Valley ENT Consultants after that encounter.
Very helpful. Highly recommend for your Hearing needs.
Of my visits with Cumberland Valley ENT, I can say that I am very satisfied. They make sure to call and remind me about my appointments and they have very professional and friendly staff.
The Judys who staff the Allergy office are terrific people. They are easy to work with, seeing you, the patient, as an equal partner in your care. They are friendly, informative, and you never feel rushed. I am grateful for their administration of my serums this year.
Great appointment with Dr Manilla. He is one of the best physicians I have been to. Very caring, answered all the questions Ive had. Will continue to use him as needed for an ENT.
Dr. Manilla was efficient. And I hope his diagnosis and solution take care of my problem. Receptionist did not have my records ready when I arrived, even though I pre-registered with phreesia.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and care I was given. Dr. Manilla listened to all of my concerns and discussed my conditions with me in detail. I found my new ENT practice to go to! Very glad I found them on Google reviews.
I had 3 visits total at CVENT - an initial evaluation, pre-op, and post-op for tonsillectomy. The entire staff was helpful, timely, and kind. I was always taken back and seen by Dr. Manilla on time, if not earlier than the scheduled time (which was helpful and saved me time!). Regarding the actual process of getting my tonsils out, Dr. Manilla was honest with me about how painful the recovery would likely be, answered any questions or concerns I had, and did a WONDERFUL job actually taking them out. I had called the office 2 times during my recovery to discuss pain levels and bleeding that had occurred, and the nurse I spoke to, Alexis, not only acknowledged my concerns and validated my worries, but was helpful and reassured me that my recovery was going normal and as planned. I would 100% recommend CVENT and especially Dr. Manilla, as he is a wonderful doctor, answered all of my questions and concerns, and was straightforward and honest throughout the entire process. Would I get my tonsils out again? I would hate that... but if I HAD to, I would 100% do it again through them.
Polite, professional, occasionally rushed. Overer all very good.
I caled on a Tuesday and got me in on a Thursday. I need a minor procedure done and they worked me in that day and took care of me. Now I can go on my vacation and enjoy. Great group been going there for 20 years. Thanks Team!
Wonderful experience. We saw Megan NP, Dr. Stonebreaker, and an audiologist. Everyone was kind and professional. I brought my 2 and 1/2 year old daughter in for her ears and everyone was patient and very good with her. I am very happy with our experience.
Great visit! Very efficient.. I had sat down for less than a minute when they called me back. They explained what they were doing and told me to come back if I ever needed..
My first consultation went extreamly well with all my questions answered in a very friendly, professional manner. Of course, Im hoping the operation goes as smoothly! So far so good.Update at six weeks:Stop watching those Youtube videos and get the operation! My sinuses havent been like this since puberty. I can smell things in the yard I havent smelled since my 20s. If I could give them ten stars I would!
The audiologists at The Hearing Care Center have always done a wonderful job for me. My digital hearing aids allow me to hear and enjoy soft, high-pitched bird songs while walking in the woods. All of the audiologists have doctorate degrees in audiology and with their credentials and experience, I cant understand why someone would want to have their hearing problems taken care of by anyone else. Also, the fact that they are affiliated with the ENT doctors of Cumberland Valley ENT patients have ready access to specialty care if the audiologists are concerned that your hearing loss is caused by an underlying medical problem.
Staff was very professional and attentive to all my needs.
By far the best ENT office I have ever been too. (Have been to many). My surgery went extremely well and I recovered very well and fast. Dr Wathne is excellent.
During Office visit and ENT staff demonstrated cordial attitude and operational organization.
As always Dr. Wathne provided his top rating professional care with skill, charisma and compassion. He performed the removal of impacted cerumen from the ears of my 92 year old mother with Alzheimer’s with as much skill, patience and personal attention as he would performing an intricate surgical procedure. Highly appreciated!
The secretaries, nurses, audiologist and physician were friendly and informative. I found that the care I received there was exceptional.
Went in got to see an np named Megan she was very nice albeit dismissive of my issues... Got the bill and tried to pay it I never get through to anyone its almost like they want it to go to collections what a sleazy company
They tell you to arrive 15 min. before your appt. and then you wait another 15-20 in the waiting and 10 min. in the exam room. The care is good.
The Allergy Dept. Of Cumberland Valley ENT has the nicest, friendliest and efficient staff. The ladies who give me allergy shots are the best! I’m in and out. In30 minutes at most and that includes waiting 20 minutes after getting my shot. Thank you Ladies!
I went in for a hearing test (Im 62), which determined that I needed hearing aids (which I knew I did) and Dr. Margaret Eackles was so professional and sympathetic and caring towards me and my hearing loss. (I shed a few tears of relief knowing that I am finally going to hear again) She was also very professional during the hearing test and showed me my results and also explained the results very clearly. She showed me all of the possible choices, explaining the pros and cons for each type of hearing aids. I was Very impressed with her!!!
My appointment was with Megan. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and didnt rush through the appointment. Fixed my problem in a matter of a few minutes. Will not hesitate to see her again when the need arises.
Always helpful and I never leave with unanswered questions.
This is my first negative review ever posted. I have been to this ENT a few times now so I could make sure I was really giving them a fair shot and not just having one bad experience. The office is clean and the staff is all very friendly. I have seen the same doctor several times and each time I left feeling like my concerns were not heard and I was brushed off.
I recently transferred to this office and everything has been easy. I feel like my problems have been addressed properly.
Had my ears cleaned by Megan Willwerth. She was very nice and a great professional in her skills. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. This is my third visit at Cumberland Valley ENT, and I will continue to use this facility.
Little to no wait time and they were very caring and considerate.
Dr Stonebraker made me feel very comfortable doing my procedure along with her assistant. Very informative about what would be done. I was a little nervous and that seemed to be the only problem. I seemed to be bit of a pain definitely would have loved to been put out. They was very professional and worked very quickly.
Unpleasant experience.Everyone was nice and very professional until I met the doctor. I took my 2 week old newborn for a tongue-tie evaluation. I was scheduled to see Dr. Angela Stonebraker. We decided for the baby to have the minor procedure done and when they were getting ready to start, the doctor asked me to step out of the room. I asked if there was a reason why? And she simply replied “it’s just a personal preference.”I explained that this was the second time my baby was getting this done and the first time I was allowed to be in the room. So, she continued to say that it was her personal preference.First of all, that is not a reasonable explanation for a parent to leave his newborn alone. Second of all, when we have a patient in the room is not about the medical provider and what she likes and what not, it’s about the patient. Third, when we say “it’s just a personal preference” what the parents hear is “I don’t want you to see just in case I mess up”.I am a medical provider myself, and I know that the way Dr. Stonebraker acted was inappropriate, especially when dealing with a parent of a newborn. Most definitely would not recommend.
Great service for my allergy test. Explained everything very well and checked in often during the test. Almost no wait time either.
Angela Stonebraker is a very caring ENT doctor. She takes time to listen to your issues and takes care of them. I also was out in record time!
Dr. Manilla and all the staff I come in contact with are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Cumberland Valley ENT.
Always polite & friendly service by all staff! Thank you!
Megan, the nurse practitioner, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.
Front office staff is always as sweet as can be. They’re pleasant and have always been more than helpful. Dr. Manila figured out a solution for an ear problem I had been dealing with for over 2 years. I couldn’t be happier with them. I travel over 30 minutes to get to them but it’s worth it. Feel like I’m in good hands while I’m there.
Front Desk person was very helpful and did a great Job, Dr Wathne was very helpful with the Great check upand the person that checked out the hearing test was great
Gave them too much information for a 5 minute visit, why? do they need to know everything
Dr was arrogant and basically blew off everything I had to say.
Dr. Whatne’s the best! 👍
From the front desk staff when you check in to the staff when you leave and in between, EVERYONE has been so nice. This practice is a shining example of what I would have envisioned a good practice to be and other practices could, and should, follow their lead and learn from their example and how they do thing. Absolute efficiency. If I had one suggestion, I think it would be smart to participate in the MyChart system. That is what I am used to and use, and it makes keeping track of everything much easier and efficient. The PA, Ms. Williams, is kind and thorough. The doctor I saw, Dr. Wathne, was incredibly nice, and thoroughly explained my plan of care and upcoming procedure(s). I highly recommend this practice. So far, this has been, by far, one of the best practices I have ever visited.
Everyone was so friendly, professional, and punctual.
Outstanding staff...professional, respectful and down to earth friendly....highly recommended!!!
Everyone made me feel welcome and put my fears to rest. I was very satisfied with the service and the staff that I will recommend CVENT to others. Keep up the good work everyone.
I have been a patient for years. Dr. Wathne is terrific, not to mention extremely competent. He explained everything. The audiologists were wonderful too! Totally a good experience all around.
Everyone was nice and quick to respond. Everything was explained to me so I could understand. I go back in 2 months to see if any improvement. If not a procedure will be done in the office. Very happy.
Everyone is always so friendly. Dr. Wathne is the best!
I was treated well and it did not hurt when the doctor removed the dead skin from my ears. I had some dizziness, afterwards, caused by the suction and he kindly sat with me and told me to fix my eyes on one point so my brain could focus and stop the spinning. I did not throw up.
Just stop by to make doctor appointment
Also get good care from Cumberland Valley ENT. The staff and physicians are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Precautions for COVID-19 are also excellent. Highly recommend them.
Hearing Care Center staff & Cumberland Valley ENT staff teamwork enabled my back to back visits today & saved about 30 minutes of my time. Am so appreciative of their going the extra mile. Always a pleasure interacting with both professionally run offices.
I am always treated very professionally and with concern for any issues I may have. I feel comfortable seeing my doctor and the staff.
I was pleased with Dr. Manillas courteous and professional attitude and treatment. He was very kind and caring and efficient.
I see a very good doctor! I had a good experience.
Dr. Stonebreaker and her staff are exceptional. Very pleasant and personable. Friendly and polite. Respectful and professional.
My husband went there. Friendly and caring folks. Diagnosed with quite a few different allergies so now hes getting shots.
Very friendly and courteous staff entirely! Quick appointments. Dr Wathne is extremely friendly and straight to the point! I ALWAYS respect and am thankful for Doctors like him! Few and far between!
My 3.5 year old was in need of a hearing test to rule out hearing problems for her speech. They were great. Super patient with her through the whole process. It was a pleasant experience for her, and mommy too!
I am a new patient to Cumberland Valley ENT.My doctor was Dr. Manilla. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Like I’ve always been going there! The staff was very friendly and listened when I was talking and answered my questions I had. Dr. Manila also listened when I talked and answered all my concerns and questions. I would definitely refer them to a friend or family member.
Friendly and concerned staff. Can highly recommend.
Great experience; everyone was pleasant. Easy to check in and I was seen promptly. Dr. Stonebraker explained my problem to me and addressed all of my concerns.
I went here today for the first time and saw Rhonda the PA. I was very nervous, but all the staff were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse, the audiologist, the receptionist were all great. I went in with fluid in my ear and unable to hear for months! They did a hearing test and even drained my ear! I can hear again!! I was so happy to not be rescheduled to get this fixed and took care of it all in one visit. Thank you!
Very nice, efficient and knowledgeable
After years of suffering hearing loss this was the most professional experience of my life. Im 72 years old and the staff and thourough examination was beyond exceptional. Dr. Was very personable.. Explaining every detail along the way.Im completely satisfied with their action plan. And will definitely recommend to all I encounter. Left there feeling like family.Outstanding
Excellent service!
Everyone was so polite and helpful. Rhonda the PA was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. When I left I knew so much more about my illness than I had in the last 7 months. I would recommend Rhonda and the entire staff at Cumberland Valley ENT.PS: They actually listen to you!!!
Very knowledgeable and helpful with making decisions regarding hearing aids. Glad I found them!!
The receptionist answering the phone listened carefully to my wifes concern that she had sudden hearing lost and made an appointment for the same day. Dr. Stonebreaker was provided excellent care. She explained things in a easy way to understand and most of all helped my wife! The office staff provided good follow up instructions and scheduled MRI quickly. Office staff and physician highly recommended.
My son was in the office today and was seen by Dr Manilla, it turned out that he was diagnosed with a tonsil stone. Dr Manilla told him he would need to go home and push the stone out himself. I asked the doctor if he could push the stone out while we were there in the office and he said no, here are some swabs you can just do it when you get home. Im sorry I came in to a specialist to get treated not to be told to go home and treat myself. This is poor practicing. And this is not the first time I had an issue with this same doctor, the first time my son was taken to see Dr Manilla he was sent home saying looks like strep throat. Needless to say we ended up in the emergency room that evening with a severe case of PTA, which caused his throat to swell shut. They had to call in a specialist to ER to preform the procedure that was actually a colleague from the same practice. The colleague stated to emergency room staff to come watch the procedure being performed that it would be beneficial for them to witness as this is something you dont see everyday. And this was the worse case he had ever seen and couldnt believe he was actually sent home from the office.True Lack of Concern10/01/2020
Staff is friendly, busy but friendly. The could work on eye contact though instead of staring at their screens typing. My ENT doctor is kind and a good listener. Ive seen him twice in 6 months! For maintance care. I enjoy his office!❤
From the first time I took my mom to Cumberlnd Valley ENT Consultants more than 10 years ago, every visit has been excellent. I first went to Dr. Wahtne for an exam. His respect for my mom was the reason I asked him about my hearing problem. He and the front office personnel are very positive and show they care about their patients. The audiologists, Peg and Jennifer, are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. As one of Pegs patients, I particularly appreciate the gentleness with which she interacts with me. She helps me understand my options re: purchasing hearing aids and supports my decisions. Peg is friendly and answers my questions professionally. At every visit, I am greeted warmly by Natalia the office lady with a very welcoming smile and voice. On those few occasions I have called the office, Natalia has addressed my request with professionalism and courtesy. Cumberland Valley ENT Consultants is an excellent medical provider, and I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing difficulties.
Great Care given by Dr. Campbell & her staff!
Dr. Stonebreaker is always very professional and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable about my problem and helps to control my hearing issue!!
Cumberland Valley ENT has been taking great care of me for over 40 years. They are like family! Excellent care! Excellent people!
I bought my 3 year old in for snoring issues and large tonsils. Dr. Sailor made my son feel comfortable right from the start. Within a few minutes of listening to an audio recording and looking in my sons throat, he knew the exact course we should take. Without hesitation he answered my questions and made me feel at ease.
Pleasant atmosphere...greeted well...Dr. took time & explained matters with follow up....parking very tight...covid 19 procedures in place...felt safe
Everyone from front receptionist through to Doctor himself was all exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Doctor took time and was patient with me.
My appointment was very good. Everyone was friendly and efficient
Dr. Stonebreaker, the nurses, & the office ladies were so delightful. I highly recommend!!!
Very polite and helpful with my older dog who doesnt like to go to the vet!
It took me 25 minutes to complete the check in. I think it would be overwhelming for older patients. I love this practice but there has to be a easier way to check in.
My husband has a been dealing with chronic sinusitis for nearly 45 years and has FINALLY found a doctor who is taking his complaint serious enough to look further to finding out why. Thanks to Rhonda Williams P.A. we hope to get some answers soon.
Super nice people that are caring and have you best interest in the proposed treatment
Very pleasant experience. I’ve always liked the doctors there.
Personal and professional treatment! Tentative to your needs. Friendly. I love the personnel. Great experience every time I go. Highly recommend.
I was in and out in no time and that is rare in medical facilities. Very courteous and professional.
Great staff
Impressed with the quick response to a question and appointment offered to see the provider the same day. The appointment was very informative answering the questions as well as reassurance and information for future concerns regarding the medical diagnosis. I appreciated the kindness and courtesy of all the staff and doctor that alleviated anxiety. Thank you!
My visit was great they time to discus any issues you have and always very friendly.
A wonderful staff and Dr. felt at ease. Thank you all for making my appointment a nice experience.
Very friendly and helpful staff and an easy experience even considering the changes due to COVID-19.
