5 star service! From checking in to receiving hearing aids. Peg, Jennifer and Natalia are all so kind. Jennifer is awesome to deal with new hearing aids that did what I wanted. Patient, non-rushed and very thorough.

Took my 3.5 year old in for a hearing test, to rule out hearing problems. We saw Dr. Michelle Garrett, and she was awesome! Took her time and made my daughter feel comfortable. Thankfully, no hearing issues. If I have any friends who are in need for their kids in the future, I will send them to her for sure! From one mom to another, thank you Michelle!

The extraordinary customer service and support provided by these highly trained professionals has helped me rediscover the beauty of hearing with the latest, truly amazing technology.

Dr. Eackels saw my 7 year old special needs son. I started to explain how she should approach/talk to him, and she interrupted to tell me she has plenty of experience dealing with children. This same attitude continued through the appointment, despite repeated attempts by me to lessen her difficulty with him. She interrupted me routinely and demonstrated she was not interested in my opinion on anything. If you are an adult patient, perhaps she’s fine. I suggest you take your children to a different provider.
