Not only were they able to match me to a perfect solution for my hearing loss, they stand behind the products they sell. The staff is awesome! Though I dont go in the office often, they call me by my name (even when Im not there for an appointment).

Great experience at McCollum Hearing Center. The customer service is excellent and Linda took a lot of time explaining my hearing test results with me. There was no pressure to purchase hearing aids, just lots of good information as to why they would benefit me. I would definitely recommend McCollum to anyone needing help with their hearing needs.

A bit pricey but they are very helpful in adjusting to the hearing aids and in making any tweaks required.

I spend quite a bit of time researching brands of hearing aids and visited 4 different hearing aid providers before choosing McCollum Hearing Center. Two providers seemed more interested in making a sale rather than my needs. Another provider went through the motions and never offered me to try on the hearing aids or provide information about the features offered. Linda from McCollum Hearing Center took the time to explain hearing test results, hearing aid features, and even let me try a pair of hearing aids on. Felt no pressure to buy but she did provided me with the information for me to make my own decision. If you are looking for personal attention you will get it from McCollum Hearing Center.

My mother-in-law had had hearing aids for several years. They were expensive, but did little to help her. After coming to McCollum and talking with the staff, my m-i-l could HEAR again. The difference is so noticable and she is enjoying conversation again. Linda is so caring and goes to a lot of effort to ensure that she is hearing well and the aids are comfortable. I highly recommend Linda and staff. If you want to hear again, go to McCollum !

I was disappointed in my previous hearing aid provider and was looking for a new provider. I was very pleased with the time McCollum Hearing Center took with me each time I visited. I have had a good experience and I am pleased with their service. I really like that I can set the hearing aids with my iPhone. No reaching or fooling with hearing aids behind my ears, just a quite tap on my phone and they are adjusted both left and right.
