Okay for certain items. Like greeting cards for a $1. Gift bags, toys, groceries, a small amount of clothing, lots of household items and a lot more. Lots of things are way more than a dollar, of course. Check expiration dates on food items. To achieve the low prices they carry many items of questionable quality. Usually a slow check out.

The staff is professional and customer friendly. I wouldnt go there for anything more than snacks and condiments. Most of their items for babies are a little higher than the grocery stores. Diapers, wipes those things.

Never again. It was my turn to pay next and they opened another register and took the LAST person on my line. When I pointed that out to them the one cashier was argumentative and the second cashier had no response. Therefore, the people who waited the least amount of time got to go first.

Love this place. They always have what I need. And the people who work there are wonderful. Theyre always helpful and very kind.

Good prices for alot pf things you need

I always enjoy shopping at this location. The store is usually not crowded and prices for certain items are very affordable. The cashiers and associates are super friendly, especially Quincy!

Great place to buy laundry essentials and sometimes have stuff other stores run out of. The staff are very helpful and seem on top of the covid situation.

I don’t care for this store. Rude workers don’t say hello - when you reach them at the register. They just look at you. When you say hello it’s like pulling teeth. Maybe they’re afraid you’ll ask for help? Also a big deterrent for me is the fact that at this store they only ask young black men to remove their backpacks and leave them with staff at the front of the store. My son saw several of his classmates -girls - walking around the store with backpacks on while they immediately stopped him at the door. Happy to say he left, pride intact and took his money and business elsewhere. Not even worth the headache. Head to Dollar Tree or Target!

Store is good, but beware of buying Billboard headphones from there. They are cheap though but it just got into pieces with just normal usage of 20 days.

I go here a lot when Im too lazy to make dinner and I wanna grab something frozen. its everything u expect from a dollar store. The staff is nice.

Ok place to get a cheap thing or two but they dont charge the correct tax for NJ. Havent compared in a while so cant confirm if the difference is still as drastic but when compared to the 7/11 next door a can of $0.99 ice tea cost $1.06 at 7/11 and cost me about $1.20 at Family Dollar. Never bought ice tea here again and I dont really come here that much unless I need something and I know it will be cheaper here.

Its a dollar store, pretty much what youd expect

I visit this store today 8/11/2017 took my product to the register and the associate at the register was very rude. She was unable to ring me up at the time, instead of her being polite and stated can you please go to the next register. Without looking at me she throw her hands up indicating I go to next register. I kindly ask her should I go to the next register she still did not look up nor did she answer. Mean while Im being rung up at another register a delivery guy thought this was all so funny the way she disrespected me. Wonder if she acted like that with him if it still would have been funny. If thats the negative persona you have at work why even bother to come. I was in hurry why I did not look at her name tag, but she is heavy set women on the lighter complected side and dark hair please be aware of such a Grinch

To put it simply, Family Dollar has just about anything & everything! If you think youre going in to buy 1 or 2 things, forget it! Lol They have anything from toys to paintings to clothes, etc... You end up buying 1/2 of the store! However, dont forget that there are some things that you might buy that will only last for a short period of time. For example, I needed a quick fix on a home cell phone charger bc mine broke. So, I bought one for $5. It helped greatly for a good amount of time until I bought a good one. I still have it for a back up just in case. Look, at this point, everyone should know what kind of quality theyre going to get when buying in a Dollar+ store. However, this is one of the best ones Ive been to & the staff is nice too. #LocalGuide
