Mark was super amazing and not pushy at all. He was patient with us while we test drove several cars, he answered questions efficiently and gave pertinent information that we hadnt thought of. This dealership is around 3hrs from me. Ill continue to go back for vehicle needs bc customer service was definitely on point! Bought 2 brand new cars and that wasnt the plan when we arrived, but they have lifetime warranty on any new vehicle sold in March, so we couldnt pass it up and we really liked Mark.
I arrived at JAllen after lunch and without an appointment. Torian (spell check π₯΄) was there to greet me with a smile and also educate me on what maintenances I needed at the moment and in the future. He was a joy to deal with and was honest with me about the services I was there to get but wasnβt due for just yet. I would like to commend Dennis Watts and John Myrick for the professional way they handled a recent issue with a repair on my Toyota RAV4. They were very understanding and receptive to resolving the issue.
This is the way I got my truck back. The basket caddy was full neatly with the stuff that is now on the floor. UghAnd I had to call 7hrs after drop off to find out status. I had mentioned I need to pay via phone before 5pm was told that was possible and someone would call me to get that info. 4:45 still no call. I tried twice was disconnected after being on hold for 5 minutes. I had to have a friend call bc I had to work. And she too has a hard time getting thru. The fifth time was the charm. Oh and after having it all day. Didnt do anything with the check engine light which I mentioned when I arrived. At least my brakes arent squeaking... π
My husband and I went here yesterday to look for a car and Tony Wright, our sales person was awesome in helping us look for what we wanted in a car. Iβm deaf and he was very attentive and made sure I understood everything he was telling me and thatβs very rare for me to encounter. We were so impressed with him and his excellent, no-pressure, no-pushing customer service, that when we went back 10 days after our first visit (which was just shopping), we ensured we only worked with him. Weβd had some nightmarish ordeals at a couple of other dealerships and I couldnβt imagine working with anyone but him after those. Beyond Jason, the entire process and other staff members we worked with were all top-notch and just made the entire process more than tolerable. In a time where we are facing certain shortages in the auto industry, any and all comforts are welcome and needed and J Allen Toyota definitely provided those. We purchased a 2020 Rav 4 from J. Allen Toyota last July. Most of the time, when you are purchasing a car, the customer service is great, however, the true test is when your car has an issue and has to be brought in. We had a minor issue and our car had to be towed in. I called to let them know it was on its way. Not long after, I received a call from Tylan in the service department. He was calling to confirm the issue that we were reporting and to ensure that there wasnβt any other issues. They immediately got to it the very next morning and had us back on the road in no time! Not only did they have us fixed quickly, but Tylanβs customer service from start to finish was 100% on point! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past at many places today. So when excellent customer is displayed, I always like to make sure that it is recognized! Great job, Tylan! Thank you for all of your help! We appreciate you!
Warranties are a joke, willing to take your money but not willing to keep their end of the bargain. Always a technical reason why it is not covered. Bumper to bumper unless they find a reason not to cover it.Buy at your own risk. What this employee of J. Allen failed to mention is their customer service failure. At 7:30 dropped off car, at 9:00 received a call informing me the part was not covered under warranty due to external forces. I then asked to speak with service supervisor which they could not locate. I then told them to have the supervisor call me. After waiting four hours, at 1:00 I then called the supervisor and left a message for him to call back. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. When we arrived to pick up car at 5:00 the service associate magically found the supervisor. So, we went to his office to listen to him repeat the same thing for 10 minutes, external forces, which technically could be applied to every part on the car. So, I will let you the reader decide whether you want to buy a car here or not. By the way they said they called back and left a message, neither my wife nor I had a message on our phones, this was either a lie or a technical issue, again I will let you decide. As Paul Harvey once said and that is the rest of the story. One final note when buying a car make sure you have two key fobs and a car manual, I guess J. Allen thinks it is ok to sell a family car with only one key fob and no manual.

Had an appointment at 7:30 AM for service. An hour and a half later no updates. NADA, NOTHING! I had to complain, finally I got the diagnosis. It will be another three hours! No apologies! Just excuses! I wanted to leave, but I had already taken off work and invested my time. Not too mention $1000.00! And I bought the car from them. So disappointed!

Outstanding experience I had today! Chad in sales was prepared for every question I had, presented me with well prepared inventory and specials that worked with my needs. Leo in financing surprised me with the value of my trade-in, by no means did i feel low-balled.William worked out an approval with Toyota and got me approved, out the door and covered with gap and a lifetime warranty on my engine and transmission. I have to say, driving the extra distance to this location specifically changed my outlook on Toyota as a brand, and the dealership scene entirely.You might think this is some mighty praise but these guys know what they are doing, had all my needs sorted with my interests in mind AND had me out the door in a couple hours, really. I can say I am now the proud new owner of a 2021 Tacoma with all the bells and whistles, exact engine size and doors I wanted for less than I was paying for my 2018 Tacoma! These guys earned my future business.
This past week we bought a Toyota Corolla from here. Our salesman was Tony and we loved him. He was straight to the point on finding out our needs as far as price and finding a fuel efficient car. We were even going between 2 different cars and he took the time to go through cost, mileage, and time frame of both vehicles to see which would be most beneficial for us. During the test drive he was patient with me and explained the cars features very well. He helped pass time through the paperwork process sharing life stories and finding connections with both my husband and myself. We appreciate his patience as my husband and I are opposites when it comes to making decisions. I am not sure we would have even made a purchase without him. π
I really want to give a big shout out to my salesman James Berry and the sales manager Tristan Guthrie for going above and beyond to meet every aspect of my expectations. Not only did James do a very good job in being thorough about the vehicle I was purchasing but he also made sure I got the highest end for my trade in. Then he and Tristan even went the extra mile to handle other related needs to getting everything from my trade in all moved over to my new vehicle. All and all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Sooooooooo disappointed. I sent not one, but TWO Prius here to get keys made & yes, not one but BOTH of them had issues after the keys were made that they didnβt have before the key was made & this dude, Matt, gonna have the audacity to tell me that it had nothing to do with what they did, now, you got to understand, this is a Prius, the extra keys cost a whopping $325 each, so itβs a process, they have to specially order them then take them to get programmed & cut I believe. So, now Iβm getting diagnostics so they can scan me out of some more money.. letβs see where this goes..

I had a very positive experience at J. Allen Toyota today. I presented with what I thought was a highly complicated problem with my Highlander that would be costly for parts and labor. They promptly diagnosed the problem as a relatively minor issue, corrected the issue and even discounted their standard diagnosis fee. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and in no small way - honest. I like those qualities, and will certainly be a return customer! Andy Graig was the Service Manager and Anthony Ladnier was the technician.
Dropped off the truck for the fuel pump recall. Truck sat at the dealer for 5 months bc the parts was not available at the time. This dealership provided me with a loaner. Kenny was my assistant service manager and Kaycee was my loaner manager. They both really great to work with and they went above and beyond. They also kept me well informed along the way. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend both of them.
Tony Wright spent a great deal of time with explaining all the new features of the new Tacoma I purchased. He listened to me and made sure I understood everything about the truck. He was genuinely engaged that I was completely comfortable with the truck operation. He never pressured me, he just helped with me making a final decision. Bought my wifes van from here. Long story short, it experienced some issues immediately after buying it. Tristen went above and beyond what he should have to get it fixed. I trust these guys with anything we take them for service or buy from them. Tristen made all of our issues worth the while. I even ended up getting a MEGA deal on a new Tacoma after selling my old truck to them. I cannot say enough nice things about Tristen and this dealership.

When my car started acting up and I knew I needed a new one, I went to several dealerships and it was always the same thing - impersonal, offputting, and a chore. From the moment I drove up to the service lane and the guy put windshield wiper fluid in things were different at J Allen - I ended up buying a car, even though they could fix my car, but everyone from Kenny in Service to Jason in sales and Eric in finance - all were warm, pleasant, and competent people to help along the way. I could not recommend this place higher.
Terrible service department. My mother had to take her car in for a warranty issue. She was not given the opportunity for a loaner. They have had the vehicle for over a week. I made several phone calls and left messages, with no resolve. Allen Toyotas service department is absolutely terrible. So, if you buy a vehicle from them, dont ever take it their to get worked on. Allen Toyota, you have failed miserably and I nor my family will ever buy a vehicle from you again.

My personal experience was a huge disappointment after a coworker suggested J. Allen. They have no problems insulting your intelligence as if WOMEN dont know the car sales game. Try here 1st then go elsewhere and see how much better you get treated!
This is by far the worst Toyota service center I have even been to. I came in to fix a flat tire with a slow leak, and it popped on the drive back home after the so called fix. I had to come in the next day after replacing the flat with a spare, and now they tell me I have to get a brand new tire. I would have preferred they just replaced it the first time if a fix wasnt possible. They said they would refund the cost of the original tire fix, but that never happened. They just applied the military discount that I would have gotten anyway. The final insult was when I realized they never even bothered to put back the valve steam cap on the new tire I had to purchase. I dont know whats going on there, but its not anything good.
I traded in my vehicles at another dealership back in December 2020. I requested cancellation of the finance products I purchased from them at the early part of January 2021. Instead of going in (against my better judgement), we were told to just email or text the information needed to cancel said products. That request was completed immediately to keep from any delays. Come mid-March 2021 and still havent received the refund. Contacted the finance department again and they said oh Im sorry. Im doing it right now. It is now a month later and still have nothing from Allen Toyota. What does a person need to do to get their refund back? Im going to assume that the finance department just doesnt want the chargeback against them at this point?!

Cold hearted thieves. Went there for oil change - Service Mgr. stated I needed new serpentine belt plus needed new front brakes...total lies! Belt was replaced with new water pump just six months ago...front brakes were at 7mil...not 3mil like Allen Toyota claimed...dont go here

I bought a used Ford F 150 1 month ago and I already have it in the shop. All of a sudden my heater stopped working and coolant was leaking. I realize that itβs a used vehicle but upon inspection of the vehicle that shouldβve been noticed. Now, my bill is over $1,000. I feel this company shouldβve took into consideration that I just purchased it from them 1 month ago and shouldβve made things right. But instead the manager tells me that it will not leave me on the side of the road and that I did purchase a used vehicle and heβll see if he can come up with cheaper parts. When I purchased the vehicle, I put all my trust into them to tell me the truth, but I see now, I canβt trust them. And I will not purchase a vehicle from them again. They should make things right.

I had to start looking for a new vehicle after my 05 Toyota Sienna was totaled in an accident. Went on a Friday evening and C.J. was our salesman. We test drove a certified 2018 Rav4. Loved how it drove and the low miles on it. Couldnt decide that day so we went back Saturday and spoke to C.J. again. Test drove the Rav4 again. Gave them an offer that was in our budget. Went home with a new-to-me vehicle. Love working with this dealership. They are friendly and doing business with them has always been a pleasure. This is our 3rd Toyota purchase from J. Allen. Any questions we have had they are more than happy to help.

I gave her my parameters, and told her where I was comfortable financially. When I got to the dealership, Courtney introduced me to Stephen, my sales rep. Since I cant reply to your response, Ill have to edit this review.Im not in your system. My wife is. I called to find out what it was going to cost to replace the hybrid battery in her Prius. I was told the battery would cost $1950 and the installation would be around $330. With every other Toyota dealership I checked, the price of a new battery ranged from $1700 to $1850, with the MSRP being $1950. We decided to go ahead and pay your higher price because it was the MSRP and you were closer. After dropping the car off, my wife was told the battery will be $2900 with who knows what for installation. Im annoyed for referring her to crooks (you) who drastically inflated the price when a woman came in for the same part. This is likely why you didnt make the connection between the different people you quoted drastically different prices for when you saw the opportunity to take advantage of someone to increase your profit. If you dont have the competence to make a profit honestly, you dont deserve more than one star. You really dont even deserve that. I did try to call, but nobody in the service dept. can be bothered to answer their phone. I guess ripping people off is busy work.
My sister went to what l thought was a reputable place to buy a vehicle she ended up w a lemon Chad Gunn and Leo are the worst to car dealers they are bullys l tried to drive the vehicle myself and it died on me too. I told them, l was willing to give her my car and me buy anew vehicle nope they still wanted to be rude. What away to run a business l thought was a good business
Although I was able to make a purchase at this dealership, my saleswoman Nicolette was great to me. Very patient and I had a great experience. I definitely recommend and will look here for future purchases!
Relaxed easy going atmosphere. Clean, organized interior. Our sales Rep was not pushy, helpful with trying to help us find what kind of car we where looking for. No rude or smerky comments where made. Although we had not purchased a vehicle with this visit we did take the offer home to discuss it further. The offer on the vehicle was a fantastic offer though!! We have a 2018 Tundra and was having serviced for its oil Chang. We where comfortable and relaxed with our wait. Would recommend visiting this dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle.

Im always skeptical about going to another deal (even though it is a Toyota dealer) when it comes to my Suzie! I always frequent the same one every time! However, seeing that I was out of town and needed services, I made an appt with Allen Toyota! They got me in before my appt time! (BIG PLUS WITH ME) THEY communicated with me during the servicing times! Check out was a breeze! I would definitely go back if I am in the area! The waiting area was so clean! The people were so nice! They have a dedicated cleaning staff and everyone was social distancing!!!! Thank you all!
Make no mistake, the rental department will ghost you. Itβs been twice that I went to Allen Toyota to rent a vehicle and have been ghosted both times. First (August 2020) when I needed a day rental- good luck getting it done on the phone or have someone available when you get there. The second most recent (December 2020) is when my 4Runner was struck by another car. The other personβs insurance company set me up with Enterprise, but I advocated to use LOCAL and chose Allen Toyota! Even coming in with a big insurance check for a THREE WEEK RENTAL of one of their most expensive SUVs available, I was given the run around until I finally gave up. They say β3 Strikes youβre out,β but Iβm not going to bother with a rental with them again.But itβs only fair to provide two stars instead of one due to the fact that my wife and I have purchased a Toyota from Allen Toyota that was good.My response to the response from owner: This isnβt an issue of availability. This is an issue with customer service. If you had no vehicles available, I wouldnβt be writing a review. Deferring from the situation is just as bad as finally reaching out to me less than 40 mins after I posted the review. If you all have time to check google reviews, you should have time to deliver decent customer service.

Car shopping for what I want in a car has be so stressful. I have finally come to realization that car shopping is NOT my thing. Honestly, J Allen Toyota was the last place I wanted to go. It was not my final option I just assumed they were like any other dealer. Lets get to a positive note. I was WRONG and gave it a shot. I was aggravated, stressed, & just felt hopeless. Not at Allen Toyota! Nicolette Day made it happen! I informed her of everything I wanted in a vehicle. She searched day in and day out, before and after hours, to find what I was looking for. Being that she went out of her way to even act as she cared is what got me. She called me and informed me about a car. A Nissan Pathfinder they had just recently received. Let me say, this car is GORGEOUS and exactly what I wanted. I am a more than proud owner of a Nissan Pathfinder yall. My experience overall was wonderful. Their salesman Chad knew from the minute he saw my appointment that I had the vehicle already picked out, my financing was done and all we needed to do was see the Jeep and fill out paperwork. He did an amazing job getting the vehicle for me and telling me a little history on it just so I knew where it came from. After that was done and it came down to the paperwork before finance, Tristian (Sales Manager) helped me out more then I ever could imagine. I had never used Capitol One auto finance before so I was worried if any dealerships knew of it, but as soon as Tristian introduced himself to me, he had already informed me he knew what my payments were looking like and I was already good to go! He even went as to show me the price broken down by every penny just to show this was a fair honest price. Everyone was so nice to me and were completely honest with me throughout the whole process. I will most definitely be looking at a new tacoma after I graduate college and I am for sure it will be from here!
My first ever car was a silver Toyota Corolla 2015. I loved it, however it was totalled due to an accident. After that accident I decided to go for the same car, but a 2016 because I knew I loved, then it got totalled due to an accident. When I went looking for cars, I knew the first place to go was Toyota. I was looking around the parking lot, when Mr.Tony Wright approached me. From there out, I had an amazing experience. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He showed me used vehicles first, then new ones. I already had my eyes on the RAV4 but it was a little more than what I could do. With the help of my father and Mr.Tony, we were ableto get a price I can do and a brand new 2021 RAV4. Mr. Tony is understanding of my father being on the phone with me the whole time and he is a father and it felt like he was helping my like he would his own daughter. I went in today for a service and Andy Graig helped me. This is the third or fourth time heβs helped me and every time has been great. He always gets me in and out in a timely fashion, explains everything, and weighs the different options to fix the problem. Heβs a super nice guy who does his job well. Iβll ask for him every time I go back!
!UPDATE!! They did fix the gas gauge problem for me which I an extremely grateful for! I Bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata with 117k miles on it on 3/8/21 I left the dealership and noticed the gas light was on, went and filled the car up the gas light did not go off and the gauge still said it was still empty. So something is wrong with the gas gauge, THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT THE CAR. I contacted them and the manager said they can not do anything because of the mileage, and I bought the car as is, but was not made aware of any defects. 4 days later 3/12/21 my low tire pressure light comes on and I stopped to get air and noticed the tire was damaged. I took the car to the tire shop to have them look at my tire and they informed me all 4 tires are completely dry rotted. I can not even drive the car anymore until I get 4 new tires 4 days after purchasing the car. I had high hopes for this dealership everyone was extremely nice during my purchase but evidently they do not sale quality used cars. I would not recommend them.
Came to a dealership for an oil change. MS has a mask mandate and they mentioned wearing my mask, but their employees are wearing masks below their noses. Iβm worried about my health now as I tried to do what I thought was right for my car. Signs are up but employees are not appropriately wearing masks and some are the drivers of the cars!Then they tell me my Toyota Care is expired and I have to show them and explain what year it is. I am not sure what is happening here but I will avoid it in the future.

A very unpleasant experience. When I pulled up to the service center, this lady comes and opens my car door without saying anything and pops my hood. I was taken aback, but she said she would fill my washer fluid while I waited. She never did. Then a few minutes later closes my hood and tells me to pull up. Once again rudely opening my car door, without a mask on. I was not treated with respect. No one wears masks at this facility. No regard for the pandemic. Will not return.
Allen Toyota cares nothing about the customer only the money. This is the only place Iβd take my car to for service since itβs where I purchased my vehicle. I took my vehicle to have it checked they put it on the machine and gave me the diagnosis. Everything they told me was wrong I had them fix it. As soon as I picked it up there was another issue the very next day. Now I have to get something else fixed that their machine that I had to pay a service fee for didnβt catch. IβM SO OVER THIS PLACE! I will be finding another service place and I will not purchase another vehicle from them.
I had a general agreement with the internet sales manager that was captured in writing. When I showed up to purchase the vehicle the sales manager told me they couldnβt honor the agreement and that the internet sales person shouldβve never agreed to the terms she did. The people I encountered at this dealership are unethical and liars. I filed a complaint with Toyota Corporate but since each dealership is individually owned they offered no help.Update to Allen Toyotaβs response:I was lied to several times.1. You didnβt honor the deal I made with Angela, your online sales rep.2. After I was told you wouldnβt honor your deal Mr Ursey, your sales manager, said he needed to make a call and would call me in 30 minutes. I never received a call.3. Tristan Guthrie, your general sales manager, sent me a Facebook message saying heβd call me and never did.
Do not waste your time, customer service, service department, and office manager are very rude and definitely not about helping people. All they care about is selling cars, once you drive off the lot donβt expect any help. I will never buy from them again! They just built 2 new car lots across the street, go there!
I took my vehicle in to diagnose and repair one of my tires that was leaking air. When the service tech returned, I was told that there was a nail in the tire on the sidewall, and patching would be impossible. I was then given an invoice for $274 stating I needed a new tire. I asked the tech to take a picture of the nail/puncture because I wanted to make sure it was on the sidewall, the tech said no problem and then disappeared for 15 minutes. When he returned, he said that the tire was actually in fact able to be patched, and that a new tech had input the wrong code into the computer stating it was on the sidewall and irreparable. I was then given the keys to the car and told I was good to go, tire patched perfectly, and would not have to pay for the service. This definitely seems to me that I was told it was punctured on the sidewall and irreparable because they wanted me to pay full price for the tire. Once proof was asked for, its all of a sudden fixed and patched, and my service was free. I would not do service here in the future.
