So if you bought a Hyundai and the owner didn’t give you the Luglock key, even if you have a defective wheel that may do serious damage to you or other drivers, to get the luglocks off you’re forced to wait a week to have the key you buy shipped, or you can pay JT at Hyundai 200$ to take off 4 total lugs . and that is an exact quote by him, The Service Manager.

Very disappointed the people are nice and I’ve been there a few times before so since my car had some issues that were covered under warranty I thought by bringing my car in to have it looked at they would be able to fix the issues and granted warranty did not want to pay in the end it took them a month and a half to tell me there was nothing they could do? 45 days for someone to finally reach out to me and tell me they’re was nothing they could do smh. I don’t know what they got going on but for them to check on a sensor it was a huge inconvenience for nothing.

Allen Hyundai are awesome and honest, I have been charged everytime I had to have a oil change, and argued before with this, but Allens are so honest, I took it in a month ago and they told me I only get the oil changes every 7500 miles even though my car tells me I need them every 5500.00 I love their honestly so we rescheduled to when I would get my free oil changes

My family has purchased a few vehicles from Allen Hyundai over the years. Robert Anderson is great to work with. He has never pushed us for a sale. Always just hands us the keys for a test drive and asks how it was. Makes the entire experience so much nicer when youre not feeling any pressure.

Worst dealership around. Bought my 2018 Hyundai sonata brand new and have nothing but issues. The paint on the roof came off and had to fight them to get repaired. The paint on hoods coming off and they won’t repair even though paints defective saying it’s rock chips this is not rock chips this paint is coming off bare metal . The Front struts failed and they act like they can’t hear anything. The deal ship lies to you and will do everything they can not to help you fix the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST GO ELSEWHERE !

I dropped my vehicle off for service. Had I known it would have been finished so quickly, I would have waited at the dealership.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. I originally called Firestone for a quote for a service and they wanted to charge me $400. Allen Hyundai did the service and it cost me less than $200!! The turn around time was very fast: just about two hours. I will be back next time I need a service for my vehicle.

Biggest complaint is the service dept seems to be extremely inexperienced. Bought a used car and it took 2 months to get it right only after sending it to a local dealership who actually sold the brand. While that was an inconvenience I will highly praised Allison and her MGNT for making sure me and kids were taken care of in every way possible. If it werent for Allison Im not sure how it would have turned out.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. If I could rate this company below 1 star I would. I have had problem after problem with my vehicle after getting work done. And the last time they dropped my car off at my home the driver left it smelling like weed and ashes in the cup holders. The ONLY thing they are good at, is making excuses for why they are so bad at their jobs. DO NOT purchase from them.

DO NOT use this dealership to service your vehicle. Recently, my disabled vehicle was serviced here, and my experience was very poor. My car sat for an extended period of time on their lot without any diagnostic test or any work of any kind completed. I had to call consistently to get some sort of update on the work they were not doing. Poor professionalism, poor communication, poor all around. In addition to this, the fee was extremely high although they used refurbished parts to fix my car! If I could give zero stars, I would.

The Hyundai team always treat me kindly and professionally. I like that they have a clean waiting room with two pots of hot coffee which is easily accessible to a restroom. These guys are hands down the best. I came to them in my time of need, after trusting one of those “quick change” oil places. They mangled and broke the push pins and screws that held in my skid plate. I rushed over to the dealership and they got me right in, diagnosed & fixed the issue for me. In & out in under 20 minutes. These guys have a customer for life.

I took my car in to have it checked for one recall. They automatically fixed all 3 recalls. Sadly, none of the recalls fixed an issue I am having with my steering but they had a diagnosis (without me asking for one) and told me exactly what it would cost, including labor. The worst part was getting to the location, but then it isnt their fault the 605 bridge broke.

Service was provided in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. No unnecessary work was done. I was given the military discount even though I did not request it upfront.

Have had our car for almost a month. Before that we brought it in 2 times for diagnostics. They keep saying they are waiting for tech line to get back to them. They have no estimated time that they will hear back. Crazy that it would take this long to fix a problem on a car that’s not even 3 years old.

They are very thorough but it took quite some time because my vehicle has an electrical issue. I have to take it back because I ran out of time and had to go. Nothing bad upon them. I chose to go here instead of Jason Pilger. They will resolve the electrical issue and supply us with a rental two days from now. In that aspect, five star rating.

Dropped off my Wifes Sonata for regular service and talked with the sales rep Bart regarding some of their used Hyundai Santa Fe autos because my Honda Pilot was getting way too old. Man let me tell you, he took good care of me and we went out for a test drive. The service team performed an oil change and tire pressure adjustment on my daughters Elantra. When she started to drive off the tire pressure light came on again. They took the vehicle back into the shop, diagnosed a failed Tire pressure monitor sensor. Even though it was close to closing time, the service called my vehicle warranty company (which wasnt easy), got approval that the work was covered and had the technician install a new sensor... thats service excellence!
