I had to get one of my truck doors completely replaced. Once they got the parts in they were done with all repairs and painting in a couple of days. The paint was exact and the work they did looked fantastic. Very friendly and professional staff.

I dropped my truck off on Thursday for an all over color change paint job. It was ready the following day at noon. In and out quickly. The quality was better than expected.

I would be more than happy to send pictures or bring the car by so you can inspect your quality work. It was pouring rain the day I picked it up. I was given the keys, no paperwork and told my vehicle was at the end of the building. As far as customer service you never not once proactively call me to give me an update. I had to call repeatedly sometimes getting a person to answer many times reaching the recording. You may want to upgrade your venilation system because the fumes are clouding your memory

I had my 1999 ford truck painted and some minor bodywork on the rear driver side and tailgate. This company did the repair and painted the truck. It was a very good job. I noticed a small blemish on the paint after it was painted, and the manager was excellent to communicate with as I inspecting the work. He sent the truck back through their paint process for a second time and the paint job came out with very good shine and looks great.I would recommend them to others. In my case, I paid for the upgraded paint job. It’s a good value, and they did stand behind making sure I was happy with their work. My Dad has a 2009 Honda that we are going to have painted there soon.Overall, I rate them with the highest 5 ⭐️ stars. Their prices are right there in the wall when you walk in the door. I find their services rarely in the market, because their value and quality can accommodate a wide range of paint jobs. I saw some quality work but very inexpensive quick paint jobs that were just intended to make a car “ look good” for very cheap price, or pay a little extra for the upgraded paint & body package (like I did ) and get a bigger scope of work done that turns out looking great In the end. Be sure to talk to the manager there, he was at the front desk a lot and obviously takes a lot of interest and care towards his clients.Tim H.

Selected the Premium Painting. Great job and quality work. Looked the same as when the vehicle came off showroom floor 12 years ago. Cost was very affordable. I would highly recommend MAACO. Would certainly use them again on another vehicle.

Im ok with the paint job. Im sure it will look better after I wet sand and polish it. My problem is its been in a carport on 4 stands since I brought it home and there are bubbles in the crease on the hood. Also, Bubbles and cracks on the rear fin. Waiting on rotors. So when those are on Ill trailer it by so yall can see. Thanks for following up with me. Wes

I would suggest waffle house instead. This taco bell said.. Another dam taco when my order was placed. I askes for extra cheese on nachos barley any at all. My husband never complains he said it was the worst taco hed ever had .

Its a fast cheap place to bring you car to revitalize its look but I do think they could do a tad bit better on their clear coat. Great place friendly staff and super quick.

I had a motorcycle trailer painted and it came out better than I expected actually. I’ve heard some not so good comments but, they did a very good job on it. They were even kind enough to store it for 30 days while I dealt with a death in my family and they didn’t even charge me storage. However, I know the storage is not typical I’m appreciative of the paint work and the storage.Thanks,DC

They were quick but not so efficient in doing my paint job on my entire car... overall the paint job looks decent from afar. However, there is over spray all over the place. Ie. Undercarriage, fender wells, tires, head light, and muffler. I wouldnt recommend this place if your looking for something professional for your classic car or something of value to you. I will not be returning to them for any future paint jobs.

Chad was really nice and helpful. He fixed my side door to perfection where there was this big dent in it from a wreck. They also did a nice paint job on the side where the dent was.

Maaco got us right in. That was good. But then it went downhill after that. I believe they rushed my paintjob. Lots of paint runs, roof still has paint chips, overspray on bumper and keys, not sure how that happened, broke my bug shield so they didnt bother saying anything, lost some hardware for attachments, and to top it all off, broke an inner wall panel that isnt easy to replace. They are totally unprofessional and need to be more accountable to their customers. Employees dont exhibit a quality atmosphere. I will next time, pay whatever the difference is and take it to a shop that values my vehical and my business. Sorry but truth is hard and needs to be accepted in order to excel.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Chad and the staff at Maaco. We had an unfortunate event happen with our company vehicle and Chad was simply amazing. There was no lack of communication from start to finish. He was very timely and efficient. Hopefully other Maacos take note! Thanks again!

Im about a 7/10 on the happy scale. My 2004 Nissan Titan overall looks great. The staff was very friendly. When I was doing my walk around one of the letters on my tailgate was uneven and turned out to be upside down. The staff member fixed it on the spot. I did notice multiple locations of painted tape still on the truck, not sure how that can be over looked but it was. My passenger side window wiper was broken. The metal arm was resting in my glass. The staff member was very clear that this issue was on me. Cant prove they did it, but it wasnt like that when I dropped it off so $20 later it is fixed.I also had to inquire about washing and waxing it, that information wasnt provided upfront.When I got home I noticed even more painted tape on my truck and about 6-7 spots of glue type substance. Im sure Ill be able to clean that when I can wash it. My truck had a bug shield and 4 sticker areas on the hood. 3/4 was completely sanded and the 4th was painted over.The inside of my truck was dirty with red dust.Both handles on the inside the truck has hand prints as well as the roof inside the truck. The seats on the sides had dust like someone sat in the truck or maybe my doors were open when they sanded it. Windex, general purpose cleaner and about 1 hour of my time later my truck is clean.Alot of the small details could have been taken care of because it seemed so easy.Overall the paint looks good but the minor details Im not too happy about.If the paint holds up I will be happy.Time will tell.

Maaco has refinished 7 of our fleet trucks and we are very satisfied with the refinished work on every vehicle, the work is as good or better than the factory finish and has held up over the years.

I paid over 1500.00 to have car painted including clear coat.Tapping job was poor and paint job was good but obviously no one does quality control.There were a couple spots we returned to have fixed and I wished we had not because once again no one checked the completed work and it was not done well, in fact its worse than it was, with over spray all over front bumper and work completed not satisfactory.

Looks better than what it did but the paint still has a lot of trash in it. They painted things that was not painted to begin with . But you pay for what you get . And there was a lot of dust and dirt inside my vehicle that was left and not cleaned .

They fixed my minor fast but wasnt very great on communication.

I have used the location in Gulfport Mississippi 3 times. Each time was pleasant, fast and left me happy with the experience.

They told me when I went to get the job that doing it the right way would take too long so they dont do paint jobs that way. Thats the whole reason I will not go work there. Plus I drove over an hour to go to an interview and the guy didnt even talk to me

I took my vehicle to Maco to get a minor scrap on my Lower right side bumper repaired. The work was done in about 3 days. When I picked my vehicle up it was raining, I didn’t get a chance to do a Thorough thorough inspection. When I got it home I noticed the clear coat around the Genesis badge was peeling off. I contacted Chad who is one of the managers at the Gulfport, Ms. store about what I found. I also bought it back to the store for his inspection. We set up a date for me to return and get the problem corrected. I returned the following Monday to get repairs corrected and picked up my vehicle the following Wednesday. When I got home I saw further defect of the repair. I am very disappointed in the quality of work performed by your technicians. I really don’t want Maco doing anymore work on my vehicle, but this problem must be corrected and done right. This would be the second time not counting me initially coming in for service.What is this company going to do to rectify the situation.

Chad and his staff have always been very helpful, professional, and courteous, to me and my co-workers each time we have been to Maaco. The quality of the work for the budget is very good and I have and will continue to refer customers to Chad & his team in Gulfport

If I could rate it lower than one star I would. I took my car here due to my mechanic not being able to fix a leak in my trunk, Bo at Maaco told me he would have to diagnose my car and it would be a $65 to do so. He called to let me know it was a leak from my back window and that I would have to take it to a glass shop. I paid my fees and took it to Safelite which diagnosed my car with a trunk seal leak like my first mechanic had said. I called Bo at Maaco in Gulfport Ms to see if he would refund me and he told me no. His exact words were “How do I know Safelite is telling the truth” I explained that Safelite showed me the hole in my trunk and that I could show him as well, his response was No. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Worse service I have EVER received. Will be in touch with corporate for the unprofessionalism I received as well as them leaving black sticky gunk on my back window and all over my trunk both outside and in. BEWARE!
