Ive tried plenty of places to get my car oil changed. I have a Chevy Volt and most people just dont have the parts. Touran wasnt sure they did, but took extra effort at the end of their workday to find the correct parts and help me with my oil change. They had a great attitude and valued me as a customer. The customer service was exemplary. The mechanics completed an inspection of our whole vehicle and communicated to us that there was a tire that needed to be patched. The price of the patch and oil change was done in a timely matter. As always, Turan Foley Chevrolet impressed me.

Was greeted by a genuine smile by Rose Monzingo, who promptly signed me in and told me the service should take about an hour, as I walked about I noticed how clean the showroom was, I also used the restroom, outstanding on the cleanliness, was quite impressed. The cleanliness of a restroom says how much your dealership cares about its customers. Thank You for caring about me.

OK my husband had went too get his truck done after getting into a wreck, who ever cleaned the truck had stole out our truck at first we noted all the change that we left was taken. I went too look for my other phone that was left inside the truck is also missing .We never leave our doors in lock in the phone has been in the truck an was inside the truck when we dropped it off because thats what he listen too his music on while driving his truck. Will not be bringing my truck back here to get service or anything else

Waiting room was nice and clean. Small place to order food, did not enquire, might of been just for employees. But a sign would of been nice to inform customers. No one likes to embarass them selves. Popcorn was free, it was needed since I was there a little longer then expected.

Great Service. 👍!! Only problem? They have 2wks worth of vehicles to work on and you have to make an appointment for service. The days of dropping your vehicle of at 7am and picking it up in the afternoon the same day is long gone. Be prepared for it being in the shop a few days. If you have a newer GM vehicle, this is the place for service. If you have an older one, shade tree is your best option 🤣

Rose was friendly professional! Your shuttle service was stellar too!Your scheduling process could improve. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday March 1st. It was not looked at until the Monday following week. I got my vehicle back on Wednesday the 10th.That means my vehicle sat in the parking lot untouched for a week while I could have been using it. Fortunately I was able to barrow a friends vehicle for the week. Otherwise that would have cost me a week and a half in rental costs.

Took my moms car here for an oil change. After she paid the cashier, it took them 20 minutes to find her car. Conventional oil change here is $55!!!! Also, when they did the multi point inspection, they said she needed 4 new tires. The tires on the car are less than a month old and have about 500 miles on them! Guess it was sell tires day. Wont be going back!!!

This is an update for a previous review I made about about my Chevy Spark. This place tried to tell me my battery was almost dead while I was having zero problems with it, and tried to tell me all my tires were dry rotted and that I needed to pay over $600 for a new set. I went to Ray Brandt on Cedar Lake....they told me my battery was still reading high and that my tires were fine. Ray Brandt also didnt charge me anything to check. Dont go to Turan. I knew they were trying to pull one over on me. Oil change is pretty expensive too.

Okay....here it goes, we were thinking of selling our car. We did a kelly blue book to see what our vehicle was worth. Then we looked and saw the price and was astonished that used car prices were so high $$$$! So the book asked if we wanted our car to be posted to companies and guarantees the book price. Next thing we received multiple offers at that price....turan foley was first to offer full price and we sold.....no haggling, we left with a check for full amount!!!! Great experience.

Came in for an oil change on my Chevy Spark and waited forever for it to get done. I was told that all my tires were dry rotted and I needed to buy all new tires...the price was outrageously high. All my tires were replaced last year when I bought the car. Then I was told my battery was going bad and the price they gave me for that was pretty high after shopping around when I got home. Sounds like they were just trying to get money out of me. I was about to drive off and the service advisor told me she needed to shut my hood because they didn’t shut it all the way....don’t think I’ll come back

To get your truck service take it to the place that you believe is best because the service department at the dealership is horrible they cant answer simple questions that are in a computer and theyre going to transfer you several times to only get to someone like Megan whos very nonchalant and you will have to start your conversation all over again from the beginning horribleAwesome customer service detail-oriented these people do what they say theyre going to do if you want a great car great deals great customer service go see Josh!!!! I usually use Turan Foley for device on my 2019 Tahoe and Silverado. Saturday March 20th 2021 oil changes were serviced on both vehicles. Once I got home, my wife drove the Tahoe and realized that the oil service message indicated to add oil. I checked it and there was no oil showing on the dip stick. It was a Saturday after you closed so I could not address it. Very concerned about the potential damage and future affect of the vehicle!!!

I had some issues with my car and had taken them to another mechanic. My issues were not fixed and continued to cause problems. I called and spoke with John who was very pleasant and he offered to meet with me that same day! I couldn’t make it to the service center then but went the very next morning. All of the staff was very nice, answered all my questions, and listened to what I had to say. Service was very prompt and they did a full inspection. They noticed a brake light was out that I wasn’t even aware of. My car is running great and I’ll definitely be a return customer.

They never have anything in stock and can’t get parts in time but they refuse to give out part numbers out of pure greed so they can make you wait and then 5x charge you. The part I needed was $29 anywhere else but $159 through them and they don’t even have it in stock. They don’t want to help anybody but their own pockets. Extremely unprofessional.

Erika Bengali was terrible.1) informed her to start work on my vehicle and a week later called and ask should she start work on vehicle. This is after the vehicle had been there over a month!!!2) informed her if the part I was replacing was re-manufactured I wanted the part replaced on both fuel tanks before vehicle was reassembled even if the other wasn’t damaged. Well, the part was re-manufactured and only replaced on one of the fuel tanks. Now if I have an issue with the other side, labor will be more and i’m without my car again. She said the part was made stronger, but not redesigned... huh...3) Hung up on me after I tried to explain reason for wanting the part replaced on both tanks... to save time and money if the other part failed. I spoke with Service Manager Supervisor about the un-professionalism. He stated he would speak with her and would work with me on labor cost if other part fails.

It took two hours after the appointment time to do a oil change. I told them not to rotate the tires because I had just bought new ones, they still went and started to rotate them before I saw them doing it. It took way to long, and could not follow simple instructions. I am going to try a different dealer next time.

Worst vehicle service experience, hands down! (2014 GMC Sierra) Wiring issue in my truck left me stranded on Saturday. Had my truck towed, $88, to their service department only because they were the closest GM product dealer. Five days after dropping the truck off, I received no information as to the status of my vehicle, and later found no work had been done to it. I went in person to find this out. No calls were returned (4 total) in regards to progress of work, ever. I rely heavily on my truck for many different projects. The service manager did apologize for the inconvenience after leaving him a voice mail. I paid another $88... ($176) total to have it towed to Mandall GMC. No one came came out to apologize in person, or attempted to remedy the situation. I would never recommend this dealer in any capacity whatsoever. Enjoy the photo of my truck being towed off their lot due to non existent customer service. ( you’ll also see a response below from the service manager. I did in fact email this person and received no response in return. I’m assuming this is face saving as a result of this review with no intentions to resolve anything)

I was told that a ten (10) day wait on the starter and I would need to leave my car . They finally agreed to call me as the time got closer so I could then bring my car up . Had a 10 oclock appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 9:45, was logged into the computer at 9:50. At 10:40 saw my car coming and I thought it was done but it was driven into the building. The hood was opened, tech walked away, never saw him come back. At 10:55 I asked where my car had been for all that time. I was told it would probably be another 1 to 2 hours. I told them to give me my car back. When I made the appointment I was told it would take approximately an hour and they had a waiting room. I dont live next door so I made no arrangements to be picked up so I could leave my car with you for at least 3 hours so I left with my car. This is very unprofessional and I went the next day to another Buick dealership and was in and out in the time I was told I would be. Will certainly not be using Turan-foley Motors in the future.
