Went in for Nintendo Switch dock. None in stock so they ordered it online. It came quicky, but only the dock was official Nintendo. The power cable and HDMI cable were off-brand. Whole thing was pre-owned which was not disclosed to me at purchase.Avoid this store.

As soon as we walked in we had a friendly greeting from Ian. He was very knowledgeable and carried a conversation through the whole experience. I walked out with my used xbox 360 controller and since he was so amazing at his job I updated to the pro level through the rewards program. I will absolutely be back to this store bc of his service. Had a very good experience. Very clean and organized store. Assistant manager was greeting people at the door, offering immediate assistance to anyone who needed it. If my experience was the rule, not the exception, then GameStop should be looking at this store as an example of how to run all of their locations.

Friendly people, mostly clean store. The kids coming in were appropriate and polite. Im not a gamer myself. Just taking someone to and from the store, but from my observations this group of gamers that frequent this store are generally a nice polite bunch.

Sales people at this store are completely overbearing and wont typically let you take a step without asking what you need or what youre looking for and trying to push you to pre-order games. I find that to be annoying.

They had an unboxed figurine in the clearance section with no tag I was interested in. Apparently, it was taken out if the box and they just let people handle it and were keeping the box in the back. Kind of weird and put me off the purchase.

The manager at this store thinks because she says things with an upbeat attitude shes not being rude, she is. This store wont get my money until she is no longer there.

We was trading in all of our ps3 stuff to get an xbox one and the guy took everything EXCEPT the game system because we forgot the cords. We explained that we would be right back with the cords and when we got back he refused to take the game system because there was no controllers, he had just traded in the controllers the first time we were there knowing that we were coming back. So instead of saying hey youre going to need one of these controllers when you come back he just traded them with the games and screwed us over because now we can not get rid of this ps3. We will NEVER do any type of business with ANY gamestops.

Employees were ready to help with my new phone and were kind to me and my father. But when i bought a game it broke within a month and i had no way of returning it without a receipt. The space is also very cramped.

My wii u fight pad controller broke, and there was only a 30 day warranty on it. So a first the guy said I couldnt get another one, but then I put in my phone number and he found it and came back to give me another. So I am very pleased with the service, and he didnt give me a hard time at all

Got a really good deal on game system and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

My wife and my son took his old xbox 360, a few games, and some accessories into sell and these people completely ripped my wife and son off. They first forced them to purchase an HDMI cable so they, can test the xbox. Then they charge them $15 for a, repair on one of the remote controls. Said they would have to touch up the paint [that wasnt painted] on a USED remote. This was an absolute horrible transaction and had I been there would have never taken place. Instead they preyed on a 13 year old child, and a woman whom didnt know any better. We will NEVER return to your business to purchase, or sell anything again. Oh yeah, they kept the HDMI cable. Said they need to keep it with the xbox to sell it. Too bad xboxes DO NOT COME WITH THE HDMI CABLES WHEN THEY ARE BRAND NEW FROM THE FACTORY.

Pre-Ordered Madden 19, because they told me that I can pick up the game Monday night at 9pm (08/06/2018) I put 30 bucks down on the game. When I was at work today ( Monday ) they called me and changed the story... Now I cant pick up the game till Tuesday at 10am... I could of got the game at midnight, if I just ordered it from PlayStation. Love how they LIED to me, to get me to pre-order the game, than call me a day later stating that the rules have now changed. DONT pre-order your games here, they will tell you anything, to get you to pre-order the game, then call you a day before release, to change the pick up time. Im going to see if I can get my money pack, and just get the downloadable version from my console . I cant do business with people that tell you one thing, then change it a day before the release. Sad thing is, I just moved to this neighborhood, and this was my first my first time in this store, what a way to keep my business... NOT.

AJ is great, as well as other staff members... as a mom not up on all the latest, they were just so happy to help. Happy - not sales-ee. There was an issue with shipping my daughters XBOX I ordered, and would not be in time for her birthday - I about had a heart attack... but guy contacted headquarters and was able to create something for us at the Grove City store so she would not be heart broken. I appreciate everyone going that extra mile, and they were very supportive!

Sold me a scratched up game with greasy finger prints all over it, just check yourself to make sure theyre not handing you something you cant play. Im very unsatisfied just because I usually dont have any problems with GameStop.

Always leave happy with this store. I went to a store down the street because it was a little closer, that was a mistake. The people in the store didnt even know what game I wanted and told me there are no new games for the Wii, that they are all for the Wii U now. At Game Stop, they knew exactly which game I wanted (Disney Infinity), they had it in stock, and they knew about the game. They answered every question my daughter came up with, and she is a big gamer for a 9 year old. Thank you Game Stop for all your help. :)

This location has a good selection of games. The front quarter of the store resembles a toy store, though, with collectable figurines and other non-gaming stuff.

This is the absolute worst store to shop in. I literally had to decline a sale 4 times. It should have stopped after I said No the very first time. The employees here annoy the hell out of you. Now granted this happens at every gamestop but this one in particular is terrible about it. Its not possible to go in the store and buy what youre looking for without someone trying to sell you something else 4 to 5 different times. If you want to be annoyed and trade your games in for pennies on the dollar then shop at gamestop.

I go to this gamestop regularly, its fine. like most gamestops the staf are friendly and its clean and family friendly. its right next to walmart and the dairy queen so if you have some kids and shopping to do, its a good spot to go.gamestop has been lowballing trade ins for years right? why are people still complaining. And honestly, the indy stores do give you a few bucks more, but in my experience, the service is bad, snotty teenagers who judge me because I have an Xbox or buy used CDs. they play terrible metal or whatever garbage thats on the radio....no thanks.its a gamestop, you know what to expect.
