Informative sales rep. I received a lot of options and feedback on different ways to help me get the exact service I need for me. The sales rep explained all my options effectively. & was considerate of my time. I Was Greeted at the door.

Store was great people are great. First time I went it was for my wife to buy her a new phone. We traded in her phone and they gave us like 2 weeks to get everything transferred over and bring the transfer phone back in so I brought that back 2 days ago and came back today to get 2 new galaxy watches from them and they had to order them but we are supposed to receive them tomorrow or the next day. Anything you want they will help you find and they helped with prices and got coupons and things on for us and I didnt even ask for them. Great people, great store.

Brenda was outstanding! Although I took way too much of her time, she made it an enjoyable experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, polite and funny. It was like having my friend work at AT&T! The entire staff was warm and friendly, but I am so happy to have been Brenda’s customer today! It was s great experience. 😊

Of course there was a pitch for TV services and I price shopped a tablet that I didnt purchase but Jessica was more than willing to run prices without pushing me into a purchase I didnt want. To say my experience was exceptional would be an understatement. Brenda and Tiffany took such great care of me today. I felt like family walking out the front door. Brenda even embraced the hug I planted on her when she walked me to the front door. Tiffany and Mia are the best!! Tiffany the new manager is fantastic and anything you need or want she will try and help you. Mia spent two hours getting me set up on first net and was amazing helped me pick out phones and cases and wearables. This store has had a huge turn around and Tiffany has made it a huge success.

Tim was totally awesome.He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very understanding. He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He did not rush us and took all the time needed to set up our new phones and made sure we understood how to use them before we left the store.

Me and my wife came into this store upset that we had to update our 3G devices but we got the pleasure of working with Aaron. The store manager and Mia went above and beyond helping me get a new phone. My situation was time consuming because of a recent hack. The Mgr. and Mia spent time and patience with the whole process. They both kept a smile on their faces and persevered a couple hours of technical roadblocks. AT&T should be very proud of these 2 employees !!!

Beware! I traded 3 phones in to this store in order to get bill credits for 3 new iPhones. An employee of the store either lost or stole 2 of my devices and AT&T has refused to do anything about this. I was supposed to have a receipt emailed to me (my fault for not asking for a paper receipt), and only received a receipt for 1 of my 3 phones. I have spent hours on hold, in the store m, and speaking with corporate. My cell service is great but I do not trust this company at all! Do not trust anyone here! If you do decide to do business in this store make sure you document everything!

Went into store and was helped immediately by Jessica H. I requested a new charger for my S9+ and my Note 9. I was escorted to the charger section and quickly shown a set of chargers and cables. Jessica selected a pair of ATT branded 4ft and 6ft cables for my chargers. Once the transaction had finished and I was set to leave the manager on duty (didnt catch his name) let me know I could get 2 additional cables for free with the promo theyre running, a buy 4 get 2 free.Jessica helped me select 2 additional 4ft cables and processed the transaction and I was out the door quick. When I got to the car and was going over what had been purchased I discovered that the 4ft cables were iPhone Lighting cables. I returned to the store, and had to unfortunately return the additional cables because they did not have in stock the USB Type C to USB Type C cables I needed in the 4ft length without having to ship them which wouldnt help me now.All in all this store is very clean, and the team seems friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Just double check your bag before you leave and make sure what your sold is what is compatible with your device.

Today I came to upgrade my phone and was taken care by Tim, he helped me with the upgrade, sold me 2 accessories. By the way he is a good salesman. And then save some money in my monthly bill. Awesome service. A lot of patience from him and very knowledge helping me to navigate with the new phone.I have being an att customer for 15 years and I come to the stringtown store the last 2 years and always had a great service there.

The first gentleman that I spoke with was very kind. I was coming in to simply drop off a phone from a trade in a couple weeks earlier. He was kind, but what he said did not line up with our interaction with AT&T staff a couple weeks earlier. He went to, what seemed like the manager, who said his name was Brock . Brock was completely belligerent and rude. When I asked his name, he said Brock, which I proceeded to write on the note pad in front of me. I asked for his last name and he told me to “give me my paper and get out.” It was an awful experience. Went home and found the email from our original purchase which confirmed the information were presenting, so I’m confident that things will be worked out with AT&T, but this employee was a terrible representation of customer service.

Im a US veteran and went into this location and was assisted by Timothy Tonestelle was very rude on assisting me. All I needed was a sim card that my family member help setup my account and since I live here by this location and show my ID, was trying to get new Sim card for my account and was inform that he couldnt assist me. Horrible services from this location and will never come and shop here. PEOPLE BEWARE this location is very rude and doesnt seem like that they wanted to assist me!
