Walked into a friendly greeting. Basic account information was shared and we had a seat for a second and then saw some other people be greeted by staff. Warm greetings all around. I mean it was great service we were next. Discussed apps discussed the cloud and talked about the new S21. I love my 20 and I used to make fun of iPhone people that go to the next level each time they come out but anyway great people met the store manager recommended to anyone . By the way the crew in the short North is pretty good but they were closed for some reason

Dante was great! He helped my husband get a new phone that supported his active, heavy duty lifestyle by being open and honest about which options would be best. He was very patient and kind with our questions and what we were looking for as we are simplistic people who are not super technologically inclined. Purchased a new phone. Paid for it in full. No one would set it up or etc. No info at all in box. I took in my old phone to see if it could be fixed. They said it could not. No one tried to sell me a phone until I ask if I could buy one there. I am looking for a phone case and screen protector. They most likely had those there.

June 15, 2021, I visited the Verizon Victra store London Groveport Road, Grove City, Ohio. I knew I needed a new phone as my old one had fallen into the pool the day before. Trae helped me, and I was extremely satisfied with his time in helping me, his knowledge, and explanation of all options. He is very patient and helpful. Rude! yelled at me for walking in said didnt you read the sign?. Didnt want to help me this morning either let me walk out cause they couldnt give me the price I was quoted yesterday ( youd think they would want me for a new customer. ) Got all the help and the price quoted when I called customer service THANK YOU. Wanted me to wait OUTSIDE in the hot sun for them to grab my phone and accessories. Huge air conditioned building with 3 workers in it only) was too risky for me to wait in ( Im wearing a mask!) Wanted questions answered on why the insurance i have wants 199 to fix my cracked screen instead of 29 Verizon claimed was the fee. Drew instantly told me it was not his problem, i needed to call asurion. When i asked for his supervisor and number, he said it was Brooke but i could not have the number. Said due to covid they could not take phone calls. I was told to leave after being escalated to cursing. Managers should not get in your face and have an instant attitude when approached with issues.

Today we went to upgrade all three of our phones. We had the pleasure of working with James, he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He took his time to make sure that we got the best deals and got what we wanted. He also took the time to set up all three phones and put the screen protectors on. Do not let Michael help you with anything, he is a liar and a thief. We went into this store to purchase 3 phones and ended up with 3 phones and 2 hum devices that we did not want or know that we purchased. We questioned the amount of tax we owed and he told us it was because we bought expensive phones. We questioned the amount of our bill and were told the online service rep did not include the insurance amount when he gave us a quote. We questioned him about needing our vehicle information and were told Verizon customers receive complimentary road side assistance. He told my teenage son that the store manager overheard him talking about air pods and would waive the activation fee on his line if he purchased them that day, he never waived the fee. Michael repeatedly had to go into the back of the store leaving us aggravated and frustrated that this was taking such a long time to get 3 phones purchased and and activated. Looking back on it now, I realize it put me in a mindset to sign and pay for whatever explanation he gave us, just to get out of the store. Michael put one page of the receipt in our bag, there were five pages online. He put our cases on our new phones for us and tethered our old phones with the new ones to transfer our information, giving us no reason to even get in the bag when we got home. Luckily we noticed what happened the next day and with help from a corporate customer service representative we were able to get our money refunded and get our bill adjusted. We had to involve corporate customer service because amazingly the store was giving us the run around. When I questioned the store manager about Michaels employment with that store I was assured that he still had a job with them and that he couldnt discuss it any further with me. I can assure that this guy is slick and this could not have been the first time he pulled this scam. I will not go into this store ever again!!

I have been a customer since upgrading to a smart phone several years ago. The new trend of telling customers to go to the Geek squad at Best Buy down the street needs to stop immediately. I purchased my phone here, I expect it to be serviced here, particularly when the issue isnt the hardware, its Verizons system. That being said, this is the better of the two stores in Grove City and they do provide new user education.

My daughter was having a problem with her phone. We went in had 1 person in front of us. Within 15 minutes someone was helping us. He fixed the problem and we were on our way. Been in there many times some have longer waits but everyone has always been nice. Also nice to see the same employees on different visits.

The person that worked with me did an awesome job but the reason I gave it a 4 star was because when I went into the stove I stood there at least 15 minutes before anyone anyone would acknowledge my existence. There were two associates idle but never approached me. A associate came from the back room and walked straight up to me and asked if I had been helped. I told him no and he helped me on the spot.

I stood around for 10 minutes after checking in being told Im next with no other contact from any of the other three employees just standing around. Finally gave up and when I threatened to leave someone offered to help in a couple minutes. I didnt have time to wait anymore so I left and will just call customer service instead.

My boyfriend and I went into this location to upgrade our phones a few weeks ago and since then we have had nothing but problems. We have had Verizon for years and have never had issues until recent. We were assured our plan and bill would remain the same and that it did not. I have had to call customer service 3 times to have these issues fixed and more issues have come to our attention this morning. Love the mobile service with Verizon but moving carriers has been a thought.

Went there to put a prepaid plan on a Google Pixel 3a unlocked phone that had just been purchased from Best Buy and told by an associate there that the phone wouldnt work on Verizon and to either switch to At&t or return the phone because the model number or some bs was incorrect. Went to another Verizon the following day and got the plan on the phone in less than 30mins. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. Got there around 5:45 and was greeted. They took my name, said there were 2 people ahead and would be about a 30 min wait. I went to grab something to eat, and then came back about 25 mins later. They “lost” my name in the system and had to put me back on the list. Said it would be any min that I would be helped. A few more people walk in, and they were immediately helped. I sat and waited for another 15-20 mins until I became frustrated and left. 0/10 customers service (except for the kind young man who greeted us the second time). Will NOT be using Verizon.

Worst experience ever. I went in to buy my mother an iPhone for Christmas. I gave the sales associate specific instructions to not send any communications to my mother. They then texted her and emailed her after I left the store. Ruined the Christmas surprise. The sales associate insisted that everything was in order, when it was not. The phone was guaranteed to ship by 12/26. I ordered the phone on 12/10. They store did not push the order through until 12/19. Needless to say, no phone for Christmas. So I expected the phone shipped on 12/26. Nope. The store cancelled the order and I never received the phone. AVOID THIS STORE.After the whole incident I called and got the Manager named James. He was short with me and non apologetic. He offered me a $30 credit on a bill that totaled over $700. I then asked for the stores general manager and his district manager to file a complaint. He said he would not give me that information. AVOID THIS STORE.

Im really disappointed in this place i did a online order then get to the store and the guy couldnt find it so i then set it up through him he didnt know what he was doing we was in the store for 3 1/2 hours. Then i leave and something happens to my phone and they tell me that he never put insurance on my device then i contact customer service and they try to tell me to pay 250 dollars for me another phone. I was in this store about a month ago and wasnt very happy with the service I received that day. Ive been with Verizon for many years now and have never been treated with such disrespect, dismissive, and condescending attitude. I was spoken to as if I was stupid by one Pat A.When I was informed that another person was handling my issue I went to ask a question and it was stated to me was there an issue with this person being there, do want me (Pat A) to leave, and or do want the other staff member to leave. All I wanted to do was speak to the other staff member about was going on.When I stated I understood the technology she was working with one Pat A. stated did she offend me and she was happy to know to that.I since been back there and my service was wonderful. I do inform them that one Pat A. is NOT to work with me EVER.It was stated to me shes the sassy one and I stated shes completely the opposite of sassy because I can handle sassy. Disrespect I do not like.In closing if you go the Verizon store in Grove City I encourage you to have another person Than Pat A. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. An employee of this location damaged my device, than they refused to replace it. I called corporate while in the store and had to let them use my damaged phone to talk to corporate FOR 3 HOURS while they argued back and forth over replacing my device. They refused to issue a full replacement at this location where they damaged my phone, so corporate decided to step in and cover the other half of the replacement device. This locations managers and staff are a joke.

Walked in looking for assistance with an issue we had on a phone. We wereregistered and asked to wait for assistance. While we waited, we set up our my Verizon account, had the assistant help and fixed the problem ourselves. When we went to leave no one asked us anything, just watched us walk out the door. Ive been a Verizon customer for well over fifteen years now, and I realized this store as my home store for quite some time.I was quite disappointed in the service that I received today. to make matters worse the gentleman that help me didnt even want to sell me the phone that I came in to buy. instead of utilizing his system to identify the correct pricing information for me he kept trying to figure it out and his head and when I asked can we just do this online so I can have the correct information he said yeah we can but Im just trying to give you the numbers. he proceeded to tell me that I would only be paying about $14 according to his calculation for todays transaction. That $14 somehow suddenly turned into $180, because he miscalculated in his head. Which is why I asked him to do it through the computer so that I had the correct expectations.

Ive been having trouble with my phone for a few days now. It wouldnt let me sign in to any of my apps. When I walked in and the greeter didnt really make me feel like I could get any help from them. Hed said I just needed to call apple. BUT once Adam began to help me he addressed the problem and informed me of how to free up some extra phone storage. He was great!

Staff is almost always rude and unhelpful. They do not hold up to their warranties on charging cables and screen covers. Their charging cables almost always short out long before the warranty is up but my family still has to pull teeth to get our warranty replacement. We have stopped buying their cables since we can get better ones at the grocery store.

Terribly run store, and they apparently have issues connecting with Verizons internal inventory system. Earlier I spoke on the phone with a customer service rep from VZW (corporate, not someone at this store in particular) and he told me I had to come to this location specifically to pick up my new phone. I drove about 30 minutes out of my way on my lunch break to come get the phone, and they said they dont have any there. The guy I talked to exact words were We dont got it bro and he said I could just go to Best Buy. He refused to try to contact another store to see if they had it, or make any effort to figure out why the phone rep told me to go there, and that inventory was confirmed, when in fact it wasnt. He seemed more interested in playing with his own phone (like several other workers I saw there) than helping me. Terrible store all around with highly incompetent, or at least lazy, employees.

I have been a Verizon Customer for over 10 years. Customer Service involving rep ADAM an the store mgr DREW was absolutely horrible to say the least. My son and I were not only treated with such disrespect, but my son was also so blatantly antagonized by the store mgr DREW by his repeatedly calling my son a genius an then making the statement to my son, I thought you were a genius. I was gonna offer you a job here. These statements were made after my son ask DREW for help in the activation of the new IPhone he had purchased. Without going thru a mountain of details, I did file a Formal Complaint with Verizon Corporate over the actions of both ADAM, the representative that sent my son out of the store with a new phone still in the box that even VZW Tech Support and Apple Tech Support could not activate, as well as DREW, the store manager for his actions toward both of us upon bring the inactivated phone back to the store.Again, a Formal Complaint was filed immediately with Verizon Corporate an I would surely hope that both the General Manager of this store an Verizon Corporate step up an address this must horrible treatment of their customers.

Worst Verizon Wireless store ever. Bought samsung galaxy 8+ after a 2hr wait. Phone kept freezing and went to black screen same night. Took phone back to store, was advised there an issue with this phone, but would have to deal with it and then if froze again was up to manager if would exchange or not. This phone cost over $800 & have been a customer for over 20 years. No manager was even in the store I was told at the time. Never want to come here again.

Not sure why everyone is so down on them. I hate big telcoms like the next guy, and expected the worst, what i got was a short wait time, help from people who knew what they were talking about and the latest in technology. all the staff carried tablets to communicate with one another or research products. it was clean and modern.the only caveat was the prices, all about 90 bucks too much, but i have used virgin moble and my signal suffered, if i lived in the city, i may do virgin or T mobile, but here in the back woods, Verizon does a pretty good job.

Unless you like unexpected charges on your phone bill, being lied to, and getting the run around when you try to resolve the issue DO NOT go to this store. I have went here 3 times and every time I have been there they told me one price in the store and it ended up being something all together different on my bill. The most recent was an early upgrade on my phone. I was told there was a promotion that would be cheaper for me and would result in a $15 discount monthly to my bill. With this promotion I had to pay the sales tax that day in the store then a 1 time $75 extra charge on my next bill. Then a small monthly payment afterwards.The promotion included a free case for the phone, a free car charger, and a free Delphi connect device for the car with no extra surcharges for the device, as well as a free face protector. First bill comes, an extra $170 charge. We had been charged $40 for the Delphi connect and $130 for the phone. So I drive the 30 minutes to return the device to be told it was a billing mistake, the charge was taken off, and told to keep the device. They then explained I had to pay the $130 but my phone would be paid in full when I did. No more payments.So I pay the bill plus the $130 charge for the phone. Next bill, an extra $27.95 charge on the bill. Was told it was the lease price for my new phone. Call the store and after 2 hours was basically told to either return the phone and get a cheaper priced phone or keep the phone and get stuck with the payment but get a one time $40 credit to the account for my inconvenience. So I keep the phone and take the credit. Next bill, $40 past due and total bill was $435. Called Verizon to find out that the store hadnt posted a $40 credit to my account. Called this store to resolve the issue and was told they could not discuss account information over the phone and I had to come in which is a lie because the entire ordeal with the payment for the new phone and the $40 credit was handled over the phone. These people are liars and crooks and have the absolute worst customer service. Customers beware! Just to let everyone know this is the resolution to the issues I had after driving all the way back up there so they could discuss the account1) I had to call Verizon (the call center) back but I did get the $40 credit. The representative that I spoke with decided to investigate since there had been so many notes on the account since the phone purchase and we rarely had issues with our account prior to the purchase.2) From this investigation we discovered I am being charged for the Delphi connect monthly. $5 a month for the line $5 a month for the subscription.3) I did not get a discounted price on the phone. It was not $350 and if I wanted to pay it off today it would cost me $628.4) The store refused take the Delphi connect device back as a return and continued to insist I had never been charged for it. I was informed if I wanted to cancel that line of service it will cost me $175.5) The $130 did not go toward my phone payment. It paid off all those free accessories as followsDelphi connect device $0.99Phone case $25.00Car charger $$26.00Screen protector $18.996) That doesnt come up to $130 you say? No it doesnt. My uncle bought a $49.99 phone case the same day. He paid for it but some how it got added into my accessory charge so I paid for it to. I doubt I get that $50 back. Then there was $9.08 in taxes and fees bringing the total to $130.05 which I paid thinking it went on my phone. It didnt obviously. It paid for accessories I would have never got had they not told me they were free.

The staff at this Verizon store were very pushy. We updated 2 of our phones and purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and a Motorola Moto Z. The salesman kept trying to push extra accessories that we didnt want, no mater how many times we told him we werent interested.There was a sign with no expiration date offering that if you purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, that you get the next step down phone for free. A buy one get one type deal. The salesman stated the offer expired on the 24th, and today was the 27th. I asked him to honor the deal because the sign was still posted with no expiration date. He said that Verizon wouldnt be able to honor the deal. He stated that they are too busy to update the signs below the phones.The final step was that the sales man said that all we had to do was to download an app to transfer our old phones data and contacts over to the new phone. This was just him being lazy. When we got home the phones hadnt been registered with Verizon. My Son use to work for Verizon and was able to use his experience and call customer service and do the salesman job for him.To sum it up, find another Verizon store if you need to go to get any service or buy a new phone. I am not putting down Verizon, I will continue to stay with Verizon. I will no longer for any reason, ever use the Grove City Ohio, Stringtown Verizon store.

Stopped in this past week seeking out the New home Security Solutions that VZW now offers. There was more Variety than i anticipated. That being said i was initially assisted by a New Sales Rep whose Mgr. immediately got involved as he was listening in & i was asking some very intricate questions. Ultimately everyone learned a lot and other Reps did a Great Job assisting in their own experiences with equipment they had at home as well. The all mighty question what do you use. Everyone had their own opinions & it was great feedback. i chose the New Arlo system and its works SUPERBLY in my shiny new home! Thanks

Waited 20 minutes to be helped. When the specialist came to assist us, he made to eye contact what so ever having a What do you want... demeanor. Having commissions, it was clear that he had no interest as we were only upgrading one phone. Mentioned switching to a lower data plan and did not provide any information. While thinking it over, he apparently was bored and pulled out his personal phone and messed with it for a while. After asking about any other promotions, he went on about Samsung offering a free 50 tv when purchasing two phones, despite the fact that we were looking at iPhones. ABSOLUTELY worst customer service, really the tipping point to switch to another carrier. This worker really has no business working there.Went to Best Buy down the road and the man assisting us was very thorough, discussing different options including in-depth costs differences.Moral of the story, avoid the store at all cost and go to Best Buy. These guys know what they are doing and are very helpful in terms of the customers needs.

Came into Verizon with my Fiancée to add a line of service with our current account, I have had Verizon for over 10+ years, and have never had a issue at a CORPRATE STORE until now. We went in and he Employee was very misinforming from talking about our current devices being at poor memory which is none of his business and we have never had a problem with them we just wanted a brand new line that is it. He pitched the deals or promotions which we declined and then he got very rude and sarcastic with us after we just wanted to pay he add line and device and leave. Then proceeded to quote wrong figures to us each time growing twice the amount. We got frustrated and left and believe it or not went to a another non corporate store and everything went 100% smoother. I believe the Reps name is Jimmy, if it wasnt for the other store we would of switched that day.

We came in on Saturday to look at phones and then decided to purchase an Ultra Plus 64GB card with adapter for our Go Pro. The seller, Kingdre-E09TR, informed us that we could return it within 14 days if we didnt need it. Once arriving home, we noticed we already had one and decided to return it on Monday. We were informed that those cards can not be returned. We let them know that Kingdre told us that we could within the 14 day timeline. The manager told us Thats how he gets his sales, telling guests that they can return when in reality they cant. And hes still working there?! Thats coming from his manager too. Im confused as to what kind of employees they keep employed there. Lying to the guests is not appropriate or professional.

Very poor customer service. I was told to leave after I wanted an apology from Pat, whoever she is, and she refused. Made me factory reset my phone in order to order a replacement under warranty phone. She was a joke and the little girl their from another store was acting all ghetto. Then 7 to 10 employees came out and intimidated me to leave. I went outside and waited for the cops that they called.The manager told the police that if I returned to this location They would press criminal tresspassing on me.Time to switch.#canyouhearthat#verizon
