They worked very well as a team and I was literally in and out, all questions answered and walked out with a brand new IPhone 13 for my husband anniversary gift! Cricket and their employee, Xavier, made me a very happy and more educated customer today. So many stresses and hassles come with having to purchase a new phone. Xavier took that completely out of the equation today when upgrading my phone. He also took the time to explain to me what I was purchasing and educate me on my phones functions and usage. Lala and Nanni have exceptional customer service helped us with upgrades for my daughter, mine, and my sons phone. Transferred everything, put the accessories on and taught us how to use our new phones. Were very patient and pleasant

Crista and Amber were absolutely amazing. I brought a charger and a phone case two days ago which came to $70 and I couldnt use either one of them because my phone wouldnt charge they couldnt refund me money so I had to purchase a new phone and they paid for my case out of their own pocket. They offered to do it and said we just want to make our customers happy. I would have went with another phone service but they made me change my mindcricket u have some good employees.

I have never liked dealing with phone and internet stuff but the girl today was so nice answering my questions and actually helping me simply by listening to the problem and working through it untill the end result was even better and saved me more money than i expected. It was really appreciated.

I was trying to purchase new phones here, Ayonna was very rude and looked dirty. They charge so many fees, I walked out.

Went in to add a line to my plan.Instead of adding a line, a new plan was started.I was told that the nonrefundable first months service of $35 would be credited to my next months bill.Cricket corporate assures me there is no way they would EVER do that.As a result, cricket has permanently lost me as a customer.The Stockbridge store fixed what cricket corporate allowed to be fixed.And also said that the phone I originally tried to add to my plan (which Griffins rep claimed could not be added to that plan) is a phone which does work on my plan.

The customer service is awesome! Ive never had an issue with it at all. And the prices for the cell service just cant be beat! I came from Verizon, and have been with Cricket now about 9 or so months. And its one of the best decisions I have ever made! Thanks Cricket!

Theyre awesome!!! It took quite some time to do my phone, but she never acted like I was a burden. The gentleman even went and got Mango icees and wouldnt take no for an answer when offered to share!!! Wish Id gotten their names but the female was Hispanic and the gentleman was a young black (African American) so friendly and helpful. I saw them being friendly even when the rudest lady Ive met came in trying to upset everyone there. They were calm, never displayed anything but professionalism.

Excellant service. I usually yrade in Lovejoy but they didnt have the phone I wanted. Was in the Griffin store last summer and customer service was lousy but today it was very good. I only gave a 4 because it takes perfection to to be a 5. Even though it was a great experiance it wasnt perfect! Live Cricket.....hope things dont change with nrw ownership!

The customer representative at this Griffin location is the worst. She does not even offer any type of suggestions in what phones she feel that will meet my standards Ive been there several times and each time Ive gotten the same poor customer service. I will not be returning back to the store at all Ill just venture out to McDonogh at that Cricket store because the customer representative there definitely office alternate phones that meets my requirements

Nice helpful people. But the service sucks in some areas.

First of all Cricket is the best service out there. I am told they use the same towers and equipment as ATT. I had been with Verizon for over 10 years. I cut my phone bill in half and change in service was almost un-noticable. The next best part is the service you get at this store. Drop a phone - no problem. Come get another starting at about $70 bucks (try that at the Verizon store). I have always found (at least 4 years now) the folks in this store always know what they are doing and usually can get you in and out in no time.
