Awesome mobile store in Griffin, GA. The store has plenty of free and handicap parking. The store is in outstanding shape and very clean. The employees are knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Metro by T-Mobile. My phones was having message problems and was fixed rather quickly. Overall, I was very satisfied and pleased with the service I received at this store.

I live in Thomaston Ga. and the places I go my phone dose not work no service can’t text or use my unlimited Data. I have a I phone 7 that’s what my replacement was and I pay insurance I have been with them 5 years and couldn’t get a decent phone all the money I paid for insurance and could not get what I really wanted. If I could go to a new phone company I would just don’t have that kind of money 💴 last year was awful and I’m stuck with this. Don’t go to metro...

Sorry for that there nothing wrong with the service it was my phone the Samsung Galaxy a20 wasnt getting any service in my house but I had another phone so Im on Samsung Galaxy j2 core

Please read your receipt when going to this location!! I went to purchase my son a phone a phone that was on sale for $49 and was told the total amount would be $200 plus... Now Im no rocket scientist, activation and first month still wouldnt put you that high. JoJo stated it was mandatory to purchase an accessory at this location, but yet couldnt show me anything in fine print. Told me basically if I didnt purchase the accessory that I couldnt get the phone so I left. She would not give me the manager of this location information, stated she didnt have it. I know its tax season but please be aware of CON artists like this, people are tricking you into buying things you dont need!!! Rude and unprofessional!!! Doing things of this sort is against the law, there is no signage or disclosure that says this is true!!

Im a 3 month customer. Love the coverage and reliable service. The mobile hotspot of 10G eats up very fast. I pay $90 a month for 2 phones unlimited, with 10G hot spot for each phone. Not happy with that. So when I find s better deal Ill leave.

Everytime I go to this store the employees are professional and courteous I highly recommend going to the store

Dont know what Vicki Kent is talking about. Compared to other phone companies that offer no contract unlimited plans, Metro PCS has a much larger and vastly better phone selection.Sure, the coverage area sucks, but you should know that before you buy. Your fault. Those of us who dont travel far dont need a Verizon size coverage area. Its a small price to pay for people like me.Lastly, the people in this particular office were nice and helpful. Not overbearing and pushy. An excellent choice for anyone who mostly chills in the Metro PCS coverage area and doesnt get around too far.

At this location you can never get through on the phone every time I call this location the phone rings forever then go to voice mail to hear a recording that this mail box is full please hang up. Why have a phone number if you are not going to answer the phone !

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS is my actual rating. This location SUCKS. These employees do NOT care about the customer. They took my money and did NOT even have my phone on the 4G plan. They had me on 3G. The other Metropcs location on Taylor St. had to look in the system and unravel this mess. But I had to go to this location wher eI spent my money to fix it. They were so rude. Tried to make it as if it was MY FAULT they did not do thier job correctly. Thety literally spent over 10 mins arguing with me, telling me when I came in to pay I did not say the right thing so she did not know. Well no other Metro location ever needed a step by step diagram to do THEIR job right. Maybe the nappy booty hair /carpet fur she had on her head with the silky looking pony attached confused her. I am not sure. I let them know I would be doing a very accurate review and would not return. They shrugged their shoulders. Thats how they feel once they have your money and have screwed you over. Go to the professionally owned and operated Metropcs location on Taylor St. across from the Burger King. It is So much better. Ask to speak to Amber! Whatever you do, do NOT EVER EVER go to this location. The fleas in their hair could jump on you!
