My husband had more cash in hand than vehicle price and was hung up on after waiting almost 3 hours for the phone call back. Met with an attitude and horrible customer service. When trying to negotiate price for cash in hand, was told, “that is the cash price, thanks for calling” and literally got hung up on. Hard to think you can conduct business like that. Vehicle was not purchased. EDIT to the reply: He offered $500 less than the asking price on the lot. Maybe if you didn’t have one price at the lot and another price online he wouldn’t have even tried to negotiate. But being hung up on without the customer service of a “thanks but no thanks, thank you for calling anyway, have a great day” comes off very unprofessional and rude.

Purchased a 2000 Focus wagon today, VERY happy with the vehicle, drove it the 3 hours back home and it handled wonderful! Great on gas, cold air, great ride. Everyone was nice and friendly. Would definitely buy from them again!
