Great people and easy experience with Northside Auto Sales. Their trade in/offer is good for 10 days, I was able to trade in my f-150 for a nice gas efficient 2017 Malibu. I recommend that everyone do their due diligence and get every used car inspected. NTB is right next door, they will even take the car over there if you if you don’t have time and will fix anything big that comes up.

Let me say that the service here was first class. I was stuck in traffic on the way there and they stayed until after closing hours to accommodate me. They were more than fair when dealing with vehicle prices and payment options. They were willing to take a deposit to hold the car for a few days so I could figure out financing on my own. All of their inventory is relatively local and the car fax reports give some peace of mind to your purchase. I will for sure keep them in mind when I am looking to purchase another vehicle.

UPDATE after 1.5 years of car ownership:I bought an used 2014 Lexus ES300h from Wendy - driving from Knoxville TN. She was extremely accommodating of my needs for both delivery and inspection of the vehicle. Although she got the vehicle at an auction, the sale was backed by KBB buyback guarantee which is an added peace of mind. The car did give some problems right in the first day I drove it after I bought it, but I promptly contacted her, and she fixed the problem for me assuring that it is completely fixed and if there are any further problems I should certainly contact her. I am very happy with the purchase, and after 1.5 years of ownership, the car is holding steadily with no further issues.I fully recommend Wendy and her team!
