Well understand the cost Im paying for this car. But before selling a car to someone it should be checked for what is wrong with it! I have literally spent over a grand on a car that I purchased a little over a month ago!!! This is seriously messed up. Havent even gotten the tag yet and already having major issues with car. These cars arent fully inspected first before sold. They cant be!!! Not to mention I found an empty beer can under the seat as well so clearly the car wasnt cleaned out. My suggestion dont go to this dealer. My other car I was provided with services the dealer did to the car before selling it to me. Never will return to this dealer and I suggest if you want a car, go somewhere less shady.

My mom purchased a car from here and the motor went immediately . They did replace the motor but in the mean time my mom made four car payments on a car she had just got and she was not even driving it. She got the car back four months later. When she started to drive it home which is a hour away the brakes were rubbing metal to metal. Spitting fire. She called Auto Junction they said they were aware of the brakes and that they did not fix them because they did not have the correct key to the lugnuts on the rims Now mind you these were on the car when she purchased it. So my mom took it to her mechanic and he cut them off put new ones on and she needed new brakes and rotors. They just didn’t want to fix it. She ended up paying almost 500 dollars to for brakes and rotors. Day 2 after she got it back the transmission started slipping and they said they would buy it back but for very little and it would not even cover the amount of the loan. My mom is on disability and making car payments on something that does not run she can’t get back and forth to her appointments or anything. They ripped my mom off and should be shut down.

They were nice and helpful up until we purchased the vehicle. But afterward, ZERO customer service. We live two hours away and they will not mail our tag. Call and call and cant get call back. Finally reach person in charge of tags to be told rudely we can come pick it up and thats end of story. Must not want tepeat customer.

Visited this junkyard to check out some of the vehicles, and the owner gave me a hard time about taking the car to a trusted mechanic to get it evaluated before purchasing. Even better, a grossly unhygienic action by one of the sales clerks was the last straw. Good luck staying in business. You will definitely need it.

So, about a month and a half ago I bought a car from Richie. First of all I had to drive back and forth from NC to Greer 3 times to finally get a tag. But thats not whats important. When I bought the car I asked if there was anything wrong and he said no. I test drove the car and it drove perfectly normal. I put down a deposit and a few days later I bought the car. Halfway home I started hearing a weird noise. I havent had a whole lot of time to look into it because I have been in New York, also Im a full time student and work 20 hours a week. But, finally I was able to take it to a mechanic today. The mechanic said that the noise is from the lifters in the engine and that the reason I didnt hear it when I test drove it is because Auto Junction probably added an engine quieter. Basically I bought a car for $2500 with an engine that needs to be replaced and they did not tell me.. Never again will I support them in any way.

Shady shady shady! Run screaming from this junkyard, theyll take your hard earned money while you deal with whats left of your lemon. Not flexible on price, which is ludicrous when you run a Carfax on any of their vehicles to find issues like salvage titles, odometer discrepancies, the list continues. Took the 2007 Accord they had listed to a mechanic and there was ZERO transmission fluid in it. Need more red flags? Let me know, Ill gladly fill you in. Ended up buying a WAY better car from a friend for $800 less than what I OFFERED the guy for the Accord mentioned above. Dont waste your time .

Worst experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. The stories of people having terrible times at a used car dealership are definitely not exaggerated. Please do yourself a favor and purchase a car elsewhere, unless you are willing to spend triple the cars value just to get it running properly.

Please dont buy a car from here. As a first time car buyer,This has been the worst experience in my life. I was sold a car with a bad transmission. The manager Brian didnt care once a sign on the line. I have only had the car for forty five days. Its been parked for two weeks now. Now Im trying to come up with another down payment for another car from a certified car dealership. Its been hard on me. Meantime I am renting a car. Please dont go here. I stuck in a deal and cant even get a fully functional care.

I found this place by accident and they ha a GMC Yukon that I liked.Richey is the name of the sales men I got and he was honest and even allowed me to run a diagnostic machine on the vehicle before I bought the truck. They treated me well, that all that matters.

Would be awesome if I could give a half star. Been on a wild goose chase for three weeks now, lied to on multiple occasions, and they would tell my wife and I different stories for a car I had half the down payment on the other half I had in hand to assure I got approved for a loan. Terrible service, for two days now Ive been told they were going to get me in the car and settle paper work only to not be called back three times and hung up on when I called to tell them I was walking. Ridiculous.

Have money down on a car but found the Car listed on their website that has frame damage listed that we have not been told about. I purchased a vehicle from Auto Junction for my daughter, who has Stage 2 Cancer. She needed transportation for Cancer treatment and care for her 10 month old daughter. I explained to Auto Junction the seriousness of my daughter’s situation before the transaction. The sales person stated he would do the same for his son, and provide any assistance necessary to help with the purchase and ownership of the vehicle. However, once Auto Junction received full payment for the 2016 Chevrolet Impala, the business failed to uphold their responsibilities. They failed to issue the Title for the vehicle during the required 45 days.Without the title, my daughter wasn’t able to get a license plate nor registration for the vehicle. I reminded Auto Junction the seriousness of my daughter situation; the lady responsible for the title paperwork and sales manager made it clear, they didn’t give a damn. God blessed me with enough money to purchase my daughter another car so I wouldn’t have to wait on these lazy people. Avoid patronizing this business.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. My experience here was horrible. The sales manager Ryan aint worth a cent. They lie, they are misleading, after the sale your forgotten about. They sold me a used Chrysler 300 that was shutting off as soon as I got it home. Me and the manager got into an argument over it. Which was unprofessional. Then they didnt send tags for the car because the auction never released the title.(from what they told me) I have a car sitting in my drive way that I cant drive because of no tags and I cant use my own tag because the car is not registered to me. They dont like to return calls. When you ask questions they play dumb or act like they didnt tell you something different.

My brother recently bought a car from this place for 11,000. Got it home. Started smoking and acting super weird. Took it to have it looked at by a professional and they said it was going to cost 5,000 to get it running right again, never never never buy from these people. They are a joke!

PLEASE READ BEFORE GIVING THESE MONKEYS YOUR BUSINESSPurchasing a vehicle from Auto Junction LLC has been nothing but a 3 week long nightmare. Car drove fine during test drive, and only had a few cosmetic issues, but everything else worked great. I paid my deposit and picked up the car a few days later. After four days of light use, the engine completely blew out and overheated. I watched the temperature gauge every day prior and it stayed right in the middle with no issues. I called back to request a refund on the car, and they denied it, and blamed my negligence for continuing to drive it after it overheated. I find that response very funny, as it was not my fault. Everything was going good then out of nowhere the engine blew out and nearly killed me on the road. There was absolutely NO warning signs, yet they claim it was my negligence. I had the car for four days and only drove to and from work 8 minutes each way.Good thing I purchased a warranty, right? WRONG. I paid nearly $600 for a Platinum Drivetrain warranty that explicity states many parts of the engine are covered. What I didnt see hidden in fine print was that they do not cover loss due to overheating. So now I am stuck with a hefty $3000 repair bill on top of the $3500 I paid for the car and warranty. All of this happened within 4 days of me purchasing the car.This review has been posted on July 26, and every day since July 7 has been a constant battle. I am also out $350 from having to use rideshare services to get to work every day since my car has been sitting at a shop.Ive contacted the BBB, and in their defense statement, Auto Junction made false claims saying I threatened, harrassed, AND posted fake reviews to slander their business. All of these claims are FALSE. My threats and harrassment were simply calls inquiring if there was any way they could help me cover the cost of the repairs, or even simply just get a refund. I believe their customer service representative is very emotionally unstable, because not once did I threaten them or harrass them. They also claimed I posted fake reviews about them. I find this hilarious because I have not done that. As you can tell by my history I write factual reviews. It is also hilarious to me because obviously I am not the only person that they pissed off if they are receiving many negative reviews.Just so you people are aware, a negative review is not slander. I have been looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter. I found a 2011 Nissan Rouge here on auto junctions website, I started reading over the reviews that were posted about auto junction, but I still felt I would inquire about the Rouge and I’m glad I did! So far I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the car or the treatment I was given through this whole process. I don’t live in SC so each of the staff Todd, Chris, & Richie we’re amazing to deal with. All my paperwork and approval was done before I made the trip down to the dealership, I new exactly what my down payment was, how much my payment was each month, and my APR. they called to check in and returned every single message I left, and sent me text messages to keep me updated or answer any questions. I was also given the option of a service warranty which I did take! It covers 2 years 24,000 miles, I have GAP protection, Roadsides Assistance, and Rental car rembursent! Richie handled all my questions no matter what they were with patience and kindness, I was worried about one issue and it was quickly resolved and he made sure I was happy before I signed any paperwork. When I sat with Chris to do the paperwork he answered all my questions without any hesitation, and not one single thing changed from what I was told and when I signed all the paperwork, and he even put gas in the car for me since it was empty and he new I had to drive back to Asheville, NC. I do plan to add a follow up review after a few weeks of having the car, but this car runs great my daughter was super excited when I surprised her! Many people only put reviews when it comes to something negative, not many post positive reviews! Anyone can have a bad experience and when purchasing a used car there are risks you take, all you can do is be proactive and do your research! When you test drive a car you can take it to a mechanic of your choice to have it thoroughly inspected prior to signing your name, and if you choose Not to do that or not to take any extra offers given to protect you as the buyer than that is a gamble you take when buying a used car! I hope other buyers give auto junction a chance to prove themselves to you like they did to me! Trust me, I had my guard up, I looked many other places before I finally made a choice!
