The service department is great. Phil Nations was exceptional he was constantly working, had good customer service and I had a great experience with him. I think hes the best Ive ever seen at this location. I would recommend getting your oil changed here. This review is NOT for the car salesmen they all suck. They will say anything you want to hear to sell a car.

Very disappointing visit. Walked the lot for 15 minutes, no one came out to assist. Finally went in and the young man acted like it was an imposition on his time to come out and assist me. Then he did not know the prices of the cars! I mean, really?! Then I stated interest in an suv, that I wanted in black and he said he would get with his manager to see if they had a black one at one of their other lots. He and the manager went inside, leaving me outside, and after 10 mins of waiting, I got in my car and left.
Do not trust anything they say, get it in writing their word is no good. Take your vehicle to have it inspected prior to signing any paperwork. I was sold a vehicle that had been wrecked voiding the manufacturer warranty w/o being made aware of this. Also the value of the vehicle is not what I purchased it for since it had been wrecked. The salesman was very nice but the fact is you are dollar sign and nothing more. They are not a dealer for the people they are the dealer for the dollar.
This was my first car buying experience so I was nervous. Luke immediately made me feel at ease as he explained he wasn’t there to pressure me. He walked me thru the process and made it so simple! Really excited about my new car and would 5 out of 5 recommend!

Do not allow these people any of your business as they are dishonest people. They reel you in by telling you that they can work with you then once you get there, after you have already filled out everything to not waste time, they tell you they cant unless you pay more in down payment and in monthly payments. Its nothing more than a freaking joke. And the people are just as much as that joke as any. Very unprofessional all around the board!

Never been to the dealership and never will. You go to their website and you can’t even browse their inventory unless you fill out a form with your contact info. I can only assume so their salesman can call and harass you. This is the things that make car shopping such a hassle for me.

I bought my new 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 here in 2017. I love my car and always use their Service Dept. I have to say that Oct 2021 getting my oil changed was the best experience Ive had there. Randy and Phil went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer!!! These guys are great! No matter what car or truck you drive, I highly recommend this Service Dept!!!
I started going to them just because of the oil change deal. They are very knowledgeable and asked me if I knew about service interval notifications in my cars menu system. I of course did not so the technician Jeff(?) showed me how to do it. Thank you very much for showing me that because I came in 1500 miles earlier than was needed so now I will be on time instead of too early or too late.

Only go here if you are okay with your vehicle being stolen off their lot while you are looking to purchase another! We were looking at a vehicle to trade out of our current vehicle and they allowed someone to drive onto their car lot and drive off with our truck! While waiting for the police to arrive management was huddled in the office and couldn’t even access the cameras to help the police find who had stolen our vehicle. Once police arrived we activated our locate service on our IPhone and IPad and were able to track the location of our vehicle since they were in the vehicle. The police were able to recover our vehicle with absolutely no help from Management at Truck Farm! We were there for several hours and they were never able to get access to their own cameras! The only worry they had was that we might not be out of there before their alarms automatically set at 10pm! They sat in the office while I sat in the lobby with my 4 year old son while my husband was gone with the police to recover our truck. They didn’t offer to help at all and we would have been sleeping on the street in Greer if the police hadn’t been able to recover our truck. I will never recommend them to anyone and hope people think twice before giving them their business. They didn’t care at all if we had no way to get home as long as we were out of their building before the alarms automatically set!

I love this place. The staff is willing to help you out. They dont hound you, they listen to what you need in a car and do the best to get the car you want and the financing options that will fit your financial life. They make sure you understand everything before you leave. As an advice to all buyers GET GAP INSURANCE so you wont upside down if your car gets totaled in an accident or stolen. Overall the easiest staff to deal with. They treat you like family.

I had been contacted by Brittney with the Gilstrap Family Dealerships via text message after submitting a trade-in appraisal on their website. It took a few days for me to be able to actually get down to Greer from Anderson, but Brittney was persistent in contacting me almost daily and letting me know how much they wanted to see my truck, and how trucks are going fast on the lot and that she was sure they could give me significantly more than KBB trade-in for it. Well, today I finally had time to run up to Greer and drop by. I even brought my nearly 3 year old son with me so we could get mommy a new car. Upon arrival, I was quickly ushered to a waiting area and informed that all of the salespersons were busy, but that I would have someone with me very soon. For the next hour, I sat watching several other families walk in and out and even had a salesperson attend to another lady in the waiting area, look me dead in the eye and not even acknowledge that I had been waiting. No one spoke to me, no one asked me how I was doing. No one even bothered to apologize for the extended wait. At exactly one hour from my arrival, and after hearing the salesperson helping the other lady in the waiting room gloat over his efforts in getting her into a nicer newer Mitsubishi for only $600/mo and that she could just refinance after a couple of years to get the payment down, I decided Id had enough and that, clearly Mr. Gilstrap and his company are not for the people. And Im not some low-credit-score hubalub dying to get into a car. I have an 800+ credit score and a beautiful truck to trade in.

Horrible, horrible experience at this dealership. I had a saleswoman think it was funny to make jokes about putting bodies into trunks and kidnapping children. I have tried three times now to reach a manager or general manager for any of the Gilstrap family dealerships and have had no one return my calls. For a business that prides itself on supporting so many charities that help children you would think they would not be okay with those types of comments and would want to stay on top of issue like this.

HORRIBLE!! If a zero was possible thats what I would give. From the beginning, they refused to show me any numbers on my deal. They ran my credit 18, yes 18, times which caused my credit to drop and made it where I could not go anywhere else. It was run even again after I specifically told them not to run it again. Ian, in finance, lied to me about the bank they were using and the deal details when I asked him direct questions. I called the bank to verify what was said. I have records and recordings of everything. I am not just trying to bash them. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!! SHADY! And will not return a call. Very unprofessional. I have never left a negative review for a company but please beware of dealing with them. They do NOT care about people at all.

My experience with this dealership has been a total nightmare. The truck I bought had not even been through inspection yet and was told they had me a date set up to inspect it and fix any issues that it had. I got the truck back and it wasn’t right so I was asked to bring the truck back because the oil pan gasket wasn’t replaced and the front end was still messed up. At this time service found another major issue that they missed originally and found out the head gasket was blown and was going to get a price from ford to have it fixed! Well every since then I have got nothing but the run around and ignored calls,emails and have been told it would be fixed by a certain time and hasn’t been ready. So now I’ve had to contact the bbb, consumer affairs and attorney generals office! My next steps will be the news! When this could have simply been resolved by taking it to ford where I would have had my truck back 3 weeks ago with a 2 year parts and labor warranty from for and Gilstrap truck farm of Greer would not have to worry with this again. This truck was bought to use in my lawn care business to pull my skid steer as well as personal to pull my camper and not having it has cost me 4 jobs now because I couldn’t pull my machine to get the job done. This is slot more loss than what the truck is worth I lost around 35000 in work due to this! I simply want my truck taken to ford and fixed as promised so it will be done right and no worries for me or the dealer again. My credit has been ran multiple time on vehicles they had me in as loaners with out my signature which is fraud. Ian is a kid that tries to do finance. Hes morals and ethics are far short of acceptable even by the lowest standards. They let you ride in their car for a month then they try to tell you your payment went up 183 dollars a month. Thats due to not knowing how to due your job. J. GILSTRAP sure made a mistake hiring this boy.
Tim helped my daughter and I pick out her first new car! He was knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and he made sure we got the car she wanted! Decided one day to go look for a truck for my husband but drove off the lot in a car for our daughter. Have had nothing but issues with our 2018 we bought brand new. Only has 17k miles on it and has had countless issues. Shouldnt have to buy a new car with only 7 miles on it, and spend the whole first year worrying if itl make it to work and back.

The trucks aren’t clean at all. They had dirt all over them and one of the trucks the previous owner had smoked in it and there was still ashes in the seats. Will never buy a vehicle from here.
I was very weary about going to the dealership... Tony changed all of that. They fixed my Lancer and even gave me a ride home when the work lasted a little longer and we had a money issue. I would recommend them to anyone. Quality service and even better people who work there.

Ive bought three vehicles from them.. They are great people will try to get u into a vehicle no matter what your credit score is. I started with a high interest rate on my first vehicle and now I have a 2019 Outlander sport with 7.9 % interest rate... Look for Maggi up there she is great . No pressure buying there..

My husband and I had a terrible experience here. We went in to purchase a used car. They sent me straight to Ryan the sales manager to speed things along. We wanted to have our payments a little lower than what he was offering. He said he would work on it and call us the following Monday. After a WEEK, I finally get in touch with him and he apologized, saying he would do what he could since we waited so long. During this whole process, we stated that if they could not go that low, we were completely fine moving on to something else. After 2 weeks of me making a few phone calls, i decided to call the general manager last week. He has not even called me back. I have told multiple people there to make sure someone calls me. If they did not want to go down on the price, they should have the decency to contact the customer and let them know instead of dodging calls for weeks. Yesterday we decided to go to Bradshaw in Greer and purchased the car we wanted for the price we wanted in just a few hours. They even gave us more for our trade in. I am extremely disappointed in Ryan and this dealership. I highly recommend going somewhere else. All they want to do is sell brand new cars to get their money.

I am livid at this point!!!!..to much to point out.. it was going ok ..asked about my floor Matts for a 2019 Jeep ..was told we will get you them, could not do my detail at point of sale, still havent got it ..and and I was missing 2 of my valve stem covers yes I have called again was assured it will be taking care of ..still nothing yet!!! Called January 8th 2020 was told with a customer call you back ..since the deal was sealed .. I HAVE NOT GOT THE SAME TREATMENT WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR!!!VERY UPSET CUSTOMER..😤😤😤😤😠😠😠😠and DO NOT WANT TO EVEN GIVE IT 1STAR BUT HAD TO POST😠😠😠
