Very knowledgeable, great personality, and followed up after the sale to make sure we were satisfied or had any issues with the vehicle. His patience was appreciated as we test drove three cars in one visit, and two more on a second visit.All personnel we encounter were friendly and always said hello and/or asked if we needed any help. I highly recommend!

Loved it!! Best home cooking. Lots of choices of meats and veggies. We had meatloaf, mash pot, green beans, ham, mac & cheese and sweet potato souffle. All of it was great!! Quick service too!

I was pleased with scheduling my appointment. The manager made sure I was able to use the valet service. I was given another Genesis V70 similar to my care. My car was returned clean and washed. I am a doctor, and the valet service did not interfere with my schedule. I am very pleased with my service.

Took my Genesis G70 in to get a minor detail checked out. Jeff Cassidy payed close attention to my concerns and did his best to assess. I’m happy with his level of attention, sometimes that’s all that counts. Hope to keep getting that level of care!

Most of the staff seemed unfriendly, almost unwilling to sell a car. Couldnt do any test drives on multiple occasions because they didnt have any plates.

Bought a new GV80, $65K, put 65% down (you can do the math). Owed a whopping $1,683.43 on my trade in. Took them 3 weeks to pay it off, was getting past due notices from the lien holder! Tara, customer care manager said she would get back to me on a certain day and time, but didnt and i had to call. Only met her once and all she appeared to be concerned with was our survey rating...quote if you cant rate us great or excellent let us know what we can do. Well, she obviously did not deliver on her words. Sales associate, Joyce was the only one that would respond to me, thank you Joyce. On 2 different occasions Joyce informed me that she was going to contact her GM, Mr. Fred Davis. To this date Mr. Davis hasnt had the professional courtisy to call me.If I could return the car and buy from a different dealer I would immediately. Not my definition of a luxury dealership!

I just walked in, and the gentleman that was there saw me if not on his way out to greet the customer, he saw me coming in, and I was surprised to find out that HE was the only person there because I would have thought he would have said something then, but he acted as if he didn’t notice me.I said hello, and asked if anyone else was there he said oh no just me, and asked if he could help me, but not looking at me at all !So... I went next door to KIA, and remembered there was one on congaree in Greenville.Just to clarify how I’m feeling, I’m Afro American, and the people he had total tunnel vision for were not.. IJS... it felt like it, and he even motioned something or said something to the person he was with because they all laughed at something.Hell, I don’t know, YOU figure it out.Not going back, and will tell ALL I know of my experience.

Hard to schedule service for Genesis vehicles. Not sure about other brands.

Genesis of Greer is an awesome dealership. They helped answer all of my questions. The G70 is so beautiful!
