What a great decision: The customer experience was exactly what buying a new car should be like. Brought my Alfa up here all the way from Atlanta because the local dealer in Atlanta quoted me an insanely high price for 2 year service. They did the service in about an hour and at a fraction of what I had been quoted in Atlanta. Also had a great conversation with John sales manager. I shall return.

Love the Guilia model...drives great, manuvers well and is fast. Benson Fiat worries me since the logistics area is weak at best. Honest good people that are easy to work with.Cannot tell me when my lease vehicle will arrive at the dealership. Hard to plan without knowing when the vehicle will arrive at dealership.

I asked a salesman for a price on a vehicle without trade. He insisted that i trade my current truck in even when i just wanted a price. When i refused for a second time he said we were done here.

I waited 22 years for Alfa to return to the US. I couldnt wait to drive one and it was so much more than I ever expected.
