Gerber Collision & Glass destroyed my cars bumper. I had to purchase a new bumper and have it painted at a competent shop. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Maaco is a better choice.

Very professional, very organized. Took longer than initially quoted, but understandable due to the lack of availability of parts. My car looks awesome and was returned to me in like-new condition. I would definitely recommend this company.

My daughters Nissan Kicks was backed into and had very minor damage to the front bumper. 6/16/21 Got an estimate from Gerber Body shop. I couldnt get a repair appointment until 7/22/21 because Gerber was so busy. We dropped it off Wednesday night 7/21/21 and was told it could be ready as early as Friday. Got a call Friday saying the bumper wouldnt be in until Monday. Now the estimate was a month earlier and why they didnt already have the bumper is beyond me. When I asked I was told they dont order parts until they break the car down. To make a long story short we didnt get the car back until Friday 7/30/21. It took over a week to paint a bumper and install it. We couldve drove that car for several days instead of it just sitting on their lot. The staff was nice but due to poor planning & slow service Ill never use them again.

They were very organized and professional and kept us up to date with the repairs on our Toyota Camry. When we got the car back it was perfect and we couldn’t tell where the damage was. They quoted us an amount that was reasonable, worked directly with our insurance, and finished before they said they would. They also took care of coordinating our Car rental. I had my truck repaired here after hitting a deer. The customer service was first rate. The ladies were very nice and professional. The repairs took no time and were absolutely perfect. My truck was returned to me washed and cleaned. I will definitely recommend them to my family and use them again in thr future.

Hands down the best place i have ever had service done. When they tell you that if you can tell work was done then they havent done their job....they mean it. Over the past year I have had two cars with less than 3,000 miles get in fender benders. One of the cars was a limited edition color. The work was flawless. The service was flawless. And they took care of my wife and I in the most professional and courteous way possible knowing how concerned we were about two new cars needing repairs. On top of it, the price was right. You will have zero regrets choosing this shop.

I will not go to any other body shop. They did great work to my 2015 Lancer. She came out looking like a brand new lady. Customer service was amazing.

I have had to use them twice. Each time they were great when it came to the repair, there have been issues with timeliness and ordering parts, but all in all when the repair is most important I would recommend.

They fixed cars. But there was some issues cause by disconnect battery. And they refused to help fix them. They didnt even try or intend to have a look on it. Keep saying they didnt touch the tailgate. It took me minutes to google with desperate mood. Thanks god I could recover the automatic functions myself. If someone from the body shop is reading please remmember even you didnt touch it, it might caused by your other operations.

They communicated with me about the repairs being done every step of the way, and my car was done ahead of schedule. My car is brand new and and I was worried that you would be able to tell it had been wrecked. It looks brand new again! You cant tell any body work has been done at all. I would definitely recommend John Harris!!

Hannah at the front was extremely helpful. Even offered to stay after closing to help us even though Im pretty sure theres a drop off key system (who does that!?). Easily worked with my insurance company, lots of communication through the process, car looks great. Cleaned the inside as well which was a pleasant surprize. Got a F-150 with a messed up bumper Im going to take here next. Theyre a true body shop.

The service was through and upfront. Everything was explained and there where no surprises. The services where integrated in that I needed a rental car and the service brought the car to the repair location and picked it up from there as well. The cost was as projected.

We had a 4Runner put in the shop and it has taken almost a month for simple parts. They said it was the shipment facility fault. We also went to pick up the car and had MANY problems with the picking up process which you would think is super simple. Seems they do not know how to relay info to each other. I’d recommend installing parts yourself.

Work was minor (from another car door damaging my quarter panel down to the sheet metal) but turn-around was quick (could have been within 48 hours if I was able to pick it up the following day), repair and paint look great and service was friendly!

Dropped my car off because my insurance company recommended it. Never had any issues with my car until they touched it. My car wouldn’t start when I came to pick it up. The broke my driver window switch and they went thru my car like they were looking for something to steal. Never will do business with these people again.

Very nice people. Very clean shop. The automated messages sent were not accurate for time until completion. That is the reason for the number of stars. That was confusing and frustrating to get a text that you will be ready for pick up and then hear nothing the day previously mentioned.

I was involved in an accident in my insurance company sent my truck to John Harris Body Shop they did an amazing job and you cant even tell its been wrecked these guys were top-notch

I went this morning to get my truck looked at, damage wasn’t bad could have been buffed out. Instead of getting a professional to buff the scratches out the receptionist decided to do it herself and held the buffer at an angle and ended up chipping off paint causing more damage than to begin with. Then she asked me several times if I just wanted a check or my finder fixed, I told her repeatedly I want it fixed. She then told me because it had been previously worked on by someone else that they couldn’t fix what they damaged. I wouldn’t recommend going here, horrible service.

I had my wife bring our 2018 Mustang to John Harris for a front end repair from a Raccoon on 4/22/2019. It was around $ 1,500.00. Between Lee Dunlap, Kathleen and the Estimator they kept me aware of the repairs and got the vehicle back to me in the same condition as before the accident. Great work !

There is no sense in waisting my time telling all the crazy 😵 stuff that goes on there because the girl up front was on her phone...and simply said..you dont have an appointment .. My Insurance is Geico and the adjuster was there ..The reason I didnt have an appointment is because undoubtedly she must have been too busy talking to her friends and forgot to put it in. I traveled from Hendersonville NC after working a 12 hour night shift...After that the adjuster came to my house and its going to be done here locally in Landrum...So much for waisting my time...So my recommendation is get the Adjuster to come to you and find a good body place locally and keep the business for your own home town...

Very clean friendly service

Well, I’m not sure about their quality of work but I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate a week prior. I take time off work to take to find out once I get there they don’t even right estimates for the insurance company that I used. That would have been convenient to know before wasting my time.

After hitting the biggest deer Id ever seen they really did an excellent job putting my baby back together and made it look even better than it did before the accident!!

It’s sad to say but this time i have to be completely honest i have Had 3 cars done here and every one of them had to come back they left lost the light out the side of one car and the marker writing was still visible on the car at pick up the next car the entire seat belt Assembly was left in the floor of the car and was not connected back had to take the car back to have the fixed next issue somebody there steals my sister messed around and left a pair of new Jordans that are no longer made in the back of her car and some seat covers and when the car was returned the items was missing the guy who did the car admitted they was there he saw them but no one seems to know where the items went and the manager says he’s not replacing them because it’s no proof they took them the proof is that your shop employee told you they was there now they gone sadly i will never use this shop again.

Thorough in their estimate, finished my 2016 Kia Optima ahead of schedule, and quickly answered any follow-up questions. All was done in a professional manner and my car looks great!
