Excellent service and repair to our vehicle

My vehicle was recently slightly damaged and no one wanted to back up their guaranteed work they could repair and once I received my vehicle back the next day I was very impressed and happy with the fair charge on what I thought was going to be very expensive. They do excellent body work and I have utilized them twice and both times were thorough and jobs well done. Keep up the fantastic work.

Took a car to have bumper / headlight fixed. They messed up my electronic consoles.My word against theres. MY recommendation is video your car prior to being serviced.

I had to have some body work done on my car. The quoted price was in line with other places. Drop off was easy and quick. I was told I would receive text message updates throughout the process. I havent received a single one. I was told the car should be completed on Tuesday (today). Ive called 3 times since yesterday to confirm a pickup time or get any sort of update and have been sent to a voicemail each time and not received a call back. Im very displeased with their communication.

Theyre doing it right

Bradshaw Collision did a repair on a GMC Acadia for me that was rear-ended. They did a GREAT job on it, and I couldnt tell it had been hit afterwards. They provided transportation for me to the rental company to return the rental too. Great service, and great job.

Absolutely the worst repair experience I have ever had. Constant delays that arent due to part shipment, lack of communication, and poor customer service. Do not use this place.

Great service and location.

Choose another place to get body shop work done. If you do drop your car off there and you’re told they’ll have it ready by Friday, don’t believe it. Over and over again delay after delay, I’ve had to call to get updates every single time. So far I’m going on eight weeks waiting on my car to be repaired. Perhaps they’ll have it ready for this Friday. Ha ha ha ha
