I bought a mattress at Mattress Superstore at 733 Loews Blvd. The mattress was uncomfortable so I returned to the store a few weeks later to exchange it.Upon my return, Doug Harrell kept asking how old I was and then proceeded to tell me that I needed a “mattress sugar daddy”. He then told me that he wanted to help me “break in my new mattress”.I left the store and called David Barnwell, the owner, to tell him about the incident. I told him that I wanted to return my mattress because I didn’t want to do business with someone who treated me so disgustingly. David told me that Doug “was joking” and refused to let me return my mattress.Doug and David’s behaviors were beyond unprofessional. I will never return to this store and hope that by sharing my experience, others won’t either.-David - in response to your reply...I do not wish to be associated with this comment for fear of retaliation, which is why I clearly made an anonymous account. This is legally confidential information; remove my name. If you don’t remove my name immediately, I will take legal action.I do not believe I received a 50% discount on the new mattress upgrade and delivery was free anyway. Yes, you did meet me early before the store opened (which, looking back, I shouldn’t have gone alone), but I told you I wanted to return the mattress, not exchange it, given how I had been treated. Had this been handled properly, I wouldn’t have shared what happened so publicly. But it was not. So I’m sharing the truth with others so they can take it into consideration before going to your store. I do not want anything from you or your company.

I bought the cheapest queen size mattress they had (which is usually a dumb idea) and 2 months later I still love it. I sleep like a baby, no more melatonin. I’ll probably never shop there again because I see no need for any other mattress than the one I have but if I ever need another, I know where to go.

I did a lot of research prior to going to the stores and i was almost certain that i was going to buy a Nectar bed! So today i went shopping to 3 locations to find myself the right bed. My first store had the Nectar bed that i wanted and i almost bought it right then and there but i wanted to check out three other nearby locations. When i went to Mattress Superstore i didnt think i was gonna buy anything but just wanted to check it out just to say that i did. But when i walked out my mind had done a 360. The owner was very knowledgeable and didnt try to push anything on me. I even left to check out some other locations and even to retry my Nectar bed but Mattress Superstore had me won over. I bought a whole different bed then what i had plan and even spent more then i actually wanted, but he honestly hooked me up and worked with my budget! I got a new bed, a pillow, and a mattress protector! I would highly recommend this place and cant wait to get to sleep on my new bed! This was my first bed i have ever bought for myself (my first big boy bed) and i am not disappointed with my experience at all! Plus i always love buying from a smaller run buisness!

West was very knowledgeable about all the products. No pressure to buy, as they do not work on commission. We spent alot of time there and Wes made us feel very comfortable. They also have a bed that tests your pressure points and tells you what mattresses would be ideal for you. We did end up buying our new bed there and left feeling happy with our purchase.

Had an absolutely great experience here today! We did the bedmatch to find what worked best for each of us, owner is super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We tried several and ended up going with the Sealy Hybrid firm. Im super excited to go to sleep! Definitely recommend this store! Their prices beat competitors as well!
