I couldnt be happier. I bought a twin metal platform bed frame and mattress in a box for my spare bedroom. Im a 70 yr old woman and I took it home and popped the frame open, set it up; opened up the mattress and put it on the frame all by myself! Easy as could be. Sales person was polite, professional and very helpful.

We visited this particular Mattress Firm store about a month ago. We tried a couple hybrid beds at the time and were very impressed, but we were also a little surprised at the prices--much higher than we had ever spent on beds before!Still, the store manager took the time to explain things to us, allowed us to try different mattresses, including a mattress similar to the one we currently use. We never felt pressured to buy or make a decision at the time, but we left without purchasing a mattress.We returned after Labor Day, and were able to take advantage of their sale. Again, we worked with the same manager, and he was just as pleasant, just as patient with us from the first visit. We ended up buying a new Tempur-Pedic hybrid, and are very excited to try it out.Overall, one doesnt buy a new bed every day, so it was nice that we could work with someone who understands a customers wants and needs, and then actually delivers. Mattress Firm, and this exceptional store manager did a great job answering our questions, and being patient as we tried various mattresses. We would highly recommend them!

Very poor and inaccurate information given at time of sale. People who deliver are nice polite and hard working. Sales people vary depending on location but we are not happy.Do not accept free gifts as they will use this against you in the case u need to make a return. A also they will not price match later like they tell you in store.Some nice people in the company and they are pretty good overall, but if u get the bad people it will ruin the experience and u will have a ONE STAR experience like us.

I had a 20 plus year old pillow top medium firm queen mattress. After a bad injury, and diagnosed early this year with sleep apnea, I began to realize how bad my mattress was. Reluctant to look for a replacement and bed mattress features have changed a lot in 21 years, I went to mattress firm because it had high ratings.Originally planned on spending 500 to 700 for a basic mattress. My salesman helped me narrow down the firmness I needed, and while I was looking at a standard pillow top mattress, he took the initiative to check the warehouse for any other possible matches that had arrived there.This was great timing as they were promoting a Labor Day sale. It turned out my salesman found the warehouse had a mattress that was the firmness and size needed, but unlike the standard pillow top I was about to buy, this one had a memory foam pillow top, and the heating and cooling layer feature for just a little more in price. I agreed to go with it. It was delivered promptly next morning. Just simply sitting on it the difference was night and day in comparison to my old one. Now I know why the store has high ratings, and they certainly earned mine. Was worth it.

My mother recently had a major stroke where now she can only use her left handHospice provided us with a hospital bed but only after three weeks it sunk in the middle. We tried multiple ideas to no avail.I was looking for a mattress that would work with the hospital bed. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and thoughtful as you hate to buy something not knowing how long the use of it would be. The salesman also went out of his was suggesting a 5 sided protection cover. Although there was not a mattress in the store he called your warehouse and found that I could get it by tomorrow. Knowing mom will be so comfortable by tomorrow night was a great relief! Could not had done it without his outgoing personality and understandingI do want to comment that the other young salesperson was Not wearing his mask over his nose. Being in the medical profession I found this to be not only disturbing but dangerous. Perhaps you could have him sit in an icu where COVID patients die without ever seeing their loved ones. I would educate on the importance of wearing his mask properly.Why I think I will like the mattress I purchased : my mother is not able to communicate verbally trying to recognize her comfort is only possible from non verbal actions. My one concern has been when we turn her to her side is the shoulder resting on the mattress hurting. She is 93 yo and most probably has degenerative disease especially in her shoulder joints. When I expressed this concern your employee geared me toward a memory foam mattress that will mold to the body. I will feel good knowing her shoulder will be comfortable against this mattress. I would like to suggest that future we employees spend time working under him during orientation.Thank you for your product. and hiring of the salesman who helped my family today

I cannot say enough great things about the team of Joey ( the manager) and Josh ( the assistant manager). We decided to stop by mattress firm on Thursday to look at buying a new king bed for our house. Josh was extremely helpful and knew exactly which mattress would be the best for what we wanted. Great professional service on his part. Delivery day I got locked out of my own house (new house no spare key. We went and got a spare key by the way) which is 10000 percent my fault. The delivery guys were so understanding and put the stuff in my garage like I instructed (only place I could get in). I called Mattress firm to see about rescheduling the set up of our adjustable bed frame. They said they would call me back momentarily as they were super busy (totally normal- it was a Saturday). They called back and Joey (the manager) offered to come out himself and help my husband set up our bed frame. Seriously BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Like this was something that I should of had to wait and just figure it out becuase it was my fault but they bent over backwards to assist us. I cant give less than one star or I would. We bought a king sized Sterns & Foster Mattress, box spring, frame, and protector on a Saturday. I understood that it had to be delivered, and were told Tuesday was our delivery date. ON Tuesday they called and said that there was a manufactures defect and it had to be sent back. We were offered to come pick out a free pillow, and scheduled the following Saturday for delivery. Which is today when Im writing this. I called yesterday at 6pm (Friday) and spoke to John. I told him I had not received a call narrowing down my 12-6 delivery time. AT THAT TIME it was still scheduled to be delivered, and should be receiving an automated call in the next hour. Today(Saturday) after never receiving a call for delivery time I called the store and spoke to Tyler who originally sold us our Sterns & Foster. Guess what? It wasnt on the truck that came to put warehouse They didnt know this yesterday at 6pm when I spoke to their store? Now it will be delivered Tuesday or else we will be having Chase charge Mattress Firm our money back.

I worked with Tyler specifically but the whole team was exceptionally helpful.After some online research I went in with my heart set on a Tempurpedic with a price in mind.
