Im not happier I dont like the quality of my bed its been a year it started out OK had a couple loops and work through Im gonna be right back to the quality of bed frame.Over a $1000 I could have went and got for a couple $100 more a simple Box mattress that Im certain Id be happier with. If you want something that will last you 8 months this is your spot save a dollar

I bought my bed in April of 2019. From Dexter the owner he was very nice, and very informative. He told me alot I didnt know about buying a bed. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and I bought a very good one. this Ive been incredibly happy with it. I did have an issue with the original mattress, and he was very good about replacing it and making it right. He had no problem bringing my new and picking my old mattress . Both times the delivery people were very nice, as well as careful. Ive never slept better!!! He also gave me a set of sheets FREE!! I have and will continue to send people his way to buy their beds. Thanks all of you at. AMERICAN WORLD MATTRESS!!!

I stopped by here in January and got a great deal on a twin mattress for my daughter. Told the guy I would need a king in a few months and he said he would take care of me. I came in today and he remembered who I was and what I was looking for, did a great job of showing me what he had, and made me a great deal on an awesome mattress. 10/10 I’ll be back here for my next mattress.

Great store to find the mattress, frame and bedding you really need. High quality coupled with very competitive pricing. You cant go wrong here. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly welcome by the owner or salesperson in charge. ... very helpful and knowledgeable with all questions. They really try and take the time to help you find what fits your best need.

I have purchased two mattress sets from this store over the last couple of years. One for me and one for my mother. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The free delivery (same day!) and set up is awesome. They took my old set away free as well. They also helped me find a lift chair for my mother through one of their suppliers for less than I could find it anywhere else and she loves it. Very high quality mattresses. I checked out the prices at other mattress sellers for the exact same model of mine and this store was about $150 less than the typical price. I highly recommend. Thanks for great service guys!

The man who sold me my mattress and box spring was very polite and honest about the different products he sells. Very reasonable and right in Greenwood. I would definitely purchase from this store again!

Purchased 3 twin mattresses w box springs and was given a cost of $700 fine paid $200 up front was told if I paid the remainder by july it would be paid. Set up a payment plan and done. Im now getting money taken out from my credit card every month didnt know what for find out its for this company. Go back to the store to figure out why I get the run around being told the manager isnt here and the man who sold me the mattress wasnt there either!! I have been calling constantly and now I get told that this was a 1yr lease!!! No one ever mentioned that this was going to be a year lease I paid what I Needed to pay to be done in july this is ridiculous and absured you will not be getting another dime from me!!! Horrible customer service!

The negative review by Jeff Dakin is not appropriate. For one the review he pasted under his name was from a different person that had issues with the old owner of 3 years past. This negative review should be removed since the store has changed hands...as well in the content of the post is clearly describing the view from a female, hence the line about being called hotI have been dealing with the new owner and the employee and they are not anyway how this review states. I have done some invoicing for them and Jeff Dakin is NOT a customer of the store and is not in the customer file or database.Give this store a chance and or a second look....they have some incredible deals and free delivery as well!

The bed buying was easy enough (Im really not picky, and Ive never had any problem in the past with buying a new bed). The guy who delivered my bed (after the store closed at night - and who still works there) said that I am hot (I am 53 years old) and was pretty creepy coming on to me like that before he left. The bed gave me a hip problem (that I didnt identify as the bed) - so I went to a doc who sent me to PT for a few thousand dollars worth, didnt help...I slept on the floor one night when I hurt so bad I couldnt get to sleep. Woke up 70% better the next day and have identified that it is indeed the bed. I went back to the store and evidently its under new ownership (within 6 months of purchasing my mattress). The new owner said come in and he would help me. Well, without writing a book, lets just say hes MORE creepy than the guy who delivered the bed was. Wow, and hes very sarcastic every chance he can be. I put a board under my mattress but the mattress is too thick to really tell a difference, and the hip is hurting. Sorry to say that my $500 mattress/box springs arent worth .02 if I cant sleep on them :-(
