I received outstanding service during my visit to your store Saturday 11/07/2021. I walked around the store just browsing hoping to find the entertainment center on my own. I took a seat on one of the sofas and the young man walked by an spoke to us then asked if he could help us. I said yes and asked about the entertainment center he said okay your on the wrong side of the store. Pointed us in the right direction and came over to help us. We had a store gift certificate and he called customer service and walked us to get help with it and finalize our order for the entertainment center. He explained when I would receive it and gave me his email address to contact him if I had any questions. Then later he texted me and said thank you. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

I visited Ashley HomeStore with the intention to purchase a bed frame. When I arrived the store was in immaculate condition and very welcoming. The person that greeted me was quick to help me find what I was looking for. Also her level of customer service was off the charts. She was friendly, helpful, and took all the time I needed to help me decide. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality home items.

I have bought almost all of my furniture from this store. I went to buy a new couch and because of the back log of deliveries, was told I would have to wait 3 months. I understand it is not their fault.

Very friendly sales staff and no pressure whatsoever. Let us check everything out that we were interested in and when we were satisfied with what we wanted the staff member was there to take care of us and get us what we needed and got us checked out. The refund was not processed as promised. The store manager was rude and without any regard to the importance of good service. Its my understanding they recently changed leadership and if this is the direction of they are going, its very disheartening.

I had a very pleasant and zero pressure experience while shopping for furniture at this store. My saleswoman Katlynn was quick to greet us in and give instructions on how the store is set up. I had my space to explore the store and she always remained within eyes reach to answer any questions on pricing or dimensions. The people there are nice but completely incompetent!!!! We have a Cal king mattress. We needed a bed. Found a great one and ordered it and a base. Estimated wait time is 26 weeks. The base was available earlier so they delivered that. They actually ordered a King base. So we went in to get that fixed. They changed it out with 2 twin xl bases, which happen to be the exact same size of a king. Idiots!!!!! The customer service is awful too. Nice stuff, but overpriced. Nice people, but completely incompetent! Go elsewhere!

I had a few issues with a mixed up delivery, mainly a mis communication, the lady at customer service was so sweet and understanding, she didnt give up until things were fixed properly and we were happy. Very refreshing to see someone so caring in dealing with the customer issues.

As people say they have a great staff. Very helpful. But on the other hand they go through a third party for delivery. Over couple of years have had multiple deliveries and each always had a damaged items. This last time my tv was destroyed during a couch delivery and being denied the claim. So will not being dealing with Ashley furniture anymore.

I will say I would give 5 stars if we would have been greeted the first 2 times we came into the Greenwood, IN location. We walked the entire store 2 weekends in a row without anyone speaking to us. We actually went to a competitor that was closed and decided to go back for a 3rd time. This experience was much different. We were welcomed immediately by Alex. A very kind and attentive young man that found us exactly what we wanted and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and knew their products very well. His recommendations and attention to detail helped our decision making process very easy and enjoyable.

We were pleased to see the great selection of sofas for our basement. We bought a couch and 2 chairs for a great price. The salesman was helpful and courteous. Our only issue was that we didnt have a grace period after the purchase to change our mind. Unfortunately, the couch didnt fit in our spot, but we improvised and are fine now.

My sales rep Macy is amazing, attentive, listened to what we wanted. Helped me make decisions by listening to what I needed and helped coordinate colors. I replaced everything in my home after my divorce. My daughters and I love all of our new furniture!!!! I would recommend Macy to everyone I know!!!

I came in almost a year ago and Shannon helped me find an amazing tempurpedic mattress and bedroom suit! He was incredibly helpful, personable, not pushy by any means and very knowledgeable on their products! Faith E. helped us for two days trying to find the perfect kitchen table and recliners. We kept changing our minds and between our going back and forth and trying to control our 5 and 7 year old girls. She had nothing but patients and and positive attitude. All our questions were answered and when she didn’t know our answer right away she gracefully figured it out to give us the best information to make a decision. We will definitely be going back for future furniture purchase. I also want to give credit to the manager on-site. He was wonderful helping out!!

Purchased a bed set paid in full cash on April 28, 21 the rep said I would receive it within 2 weeks. I called in May.to be told it would be sometime end of June because the headboard and side rails were in but foot board and dresser were on back order. Called again end of June to be told the same thing that it wouldn’t be until end of July for the same reason. I’ve been patient but It’s now Aug 4 still no bed set so I’ve called this time and spoke with a manager. Shes told me it’s now going to be end of October. So I asked what can we do about this because it’s been 4 months . They offered me $36 dollar credit or a $75 in store gift card. I told them what’s that going to do for my daughter not having a bed. Its not about a credit or a gift card It’s been 4 months since I purchased it now it going to be 2 more . My daughter has the night stands but no bed to sleep in. All I got was sorry but there’s nothing we can do. We can’t give a refund and we’re not suppose to give any credits so the $36 or $75 is the best we can do. Again it’s not about the credit or refund it’s about items purchased. I get things are happening but come on 6 months for a bed and dresser. I WILL NEVER purchase anything through Ashley’s again. So unless you want to wait 6 months on something I wouldn’t order through them. Ridiculous. Poor customer service ..

We found some items in the store that we thought would look great in our home. One of the items we were allowed to take home and the other was to ship in a few days. 6 weeks later there was still no item. The sales person would not return calls, and customer service told us there was no way to track it. After many calls we finally went back to the store and a helpful associate got approval for us to take the other item that was in the store. We liked the items we purchased, but it was not a process we would like to repeat anytime soon.

My husband and I were really impressed with the service (Luann was extremely knowledgeable and helpful), the quality of the furniture, the discounts being offered at this time (20% with a $20 donation to St. Judes) and the Protection Plan. We had shopped other places, but bought at Ashley due to all of these factors.

Franklin was very patient with us. We were running around the store looking for several pieces. He helped us even after they were closed. Thanks for a great experience as always at Ashley!! Furniture is taking awhile to get but that’s not their fault and we are happy waiting for quality furniture!

This morning I purchased a love seat and a side chair at your Greenwood store. I have been looking for approximately 5 months. Entering the store it was immediately apparent that the quality of the furniture was superior to other stores I had visited. The salesman’s name was Steve and he was really knowledgable about your furniture. I took advantage of the Memorial Week Sale. I will be back and would recommend Ashley Home Store.

Shannon was our sales consultant. He was very informative and not assertive. We had done our research and knew exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the outdoor furniture we were interested in is on back order. We also noticed that the online pricing and the actual price tags didn’t match up. He made sure that we were getting the correct pricing when ordering our furniture. And he made us feel comfortable with the fact that if the furniture was not available at the estimated time, we would get our deposit back. Most importantly, he honored all the ‘Sale’ pricing. Keeping our fingers crossed we get our Patio Furniture before Halloween!

Very friendly staff. Cant stand pushy sales people but as a shopper we still need them. The staff struck that balance between being in your face and available to answere any questions. Admittingly that can be hard to do, but thay pulled it off. I didnt feel like they were following me around and asking all about my personal life. Great experience!!

I showed up on a big sale day and found a love seat and chair that matched an old couch I already had that was still in good shape. I had looked all over for something close to matching, and I was very happy to finally find something that matched.

Great looking furniture, but you will need to wait 4-6 months to get anything. Staff shouldve notified me of this delay when walking into store and spending a couple of hours looking before deciding. At the end of my visit they took me to the clearance furniture area since that is all they had in stock. I found broken pieces to many of the options and what looked like returned furniture or floor models being sold as new. Needless to say, I walked out of the store feeling grateful I did not buy. I recommend avoiding this store, and maybe Ashley furniture in general for a few years until they get their supply chain fixed and put signs up indicating the lead time as people come into the store. It would certainly go a long way to set expectations the customers will have when they enter the store. I was prepared to spend 5-10k during my visit on new furniture, but will not here due to experience.

My sales person was Luann and she was very nice. I was looking for a sectional, coffee and side tables and dining table. Im one that doesnt know what I really want until I see it. Luann was very patience not pushy and was very helpful. She answered all of my questions. Great selections and quality furniture. Ashleys 4 out of 5 stars is based only on my experience at the store because I just ordered and Im not scheduled to get my furniture until mid May, but it works for me because I have other projects to do to my house before Im ready for my new items. I will probably post another review once my furniture is actually delivered. Im hopeful that it will end up being 5 stars.

We exchanged information so that I could contact him when I was ready for the dinette set.I arrived home and couldnt get this unique piece off my mind. I contacted my associated via text and shared with him how I wasnt ready for the dinette set however I wanted to purchase the very unique candle holder. He replied no problem Ill take care of it.My husband and I have purchased from Ashleys in the past and weve always received great care and concern for our choosing of home fashion needs. This company has the poorest customer service and follow through. After multiple attempts to get an update on the status of my order and getting multiple answers from dispatch and the online customer service rep, I opted to cancel my order. I was told that the order could not be canceled without speaking to the local store. I have called repeatedly, and they do not answer the phone. The central dispatch also cannot get through to the local store, but will not cancel the order. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told none were available. I asked for a return call from a manager when one was available. They said 30 minutes one would call back. No call back. I tried the local store again, and again, no answer. Do not do business with this company!!

Been here a couple times and each time was a really pleasant experience. Nobody really pressured me into buying anything and each time the service I received on the floor was great. Very large selection at this store. Plenty to look at. Worth checking out just to get an idea even if you arent all that sure of what exactly you want.

Went to this store not expecting to see what I wanted to buy, already been disappointed by Weekends Only and had a I dont love it but its ok option at VCF. The store is HUGE. Gage interacted immediately, gave us some suggestions, and let us browse. I was feeling like I was also not going to come out of this store with the couch I wanted, and the prices, oh the prices made me gasp. BUT! Gage got a feel for the ones we showed interest in, helped us measure, and even if we didnt love it, he helped guide us towards other options. I didnt love most of the couches and was feeling disappointed. Gage guided us towards some others and solid second choice was found. He then showed us to the clearance version of the same couch EXACTLY what we wanted. He set us up with financing and even a secondary piece to go with our couch.Up front, honest, and helped us to find what would be perfect for our home.Will likely be going back.

If anyone is considering Ashley, just know not to believe their salesperson. I ordered furniture on 3/20/21 and was quoted no more than 12 weeks. I was considering purchasing from two different companies…the only reason I elected to order from Ashley was because the salesperson seemed honest and swore 12 weeks was an overly conservative estimate since they manufacture their own furniture.After several months of calling, I was told tonight that it’s 2023 estimated delivery for my last piece. Note, it took almost 20 weeks to get 3/4 pieces. I would’ve rejected partial delivery if I had known the last piece of my furniture is almost 2 years out. On my last inquiry (5 minutes ago), the lady told me 2023 and then hung up on me. Great customer service 0/10 would recommend.

Got a call from delivery and we told them we would not be in our house for a week ask if they could deliver it then . Then called to confirm the delivery and our furniture was given to someone else tried to contact Frank the sales guy he confirmed the delivery . I went into the store and the young guy claimed to be the manager and said we were liars . He then told me to call another location because my sales guy moved. He said you have his number you call him. He declined to call the store for me . I now am in house and don’t know when I’ll get my furniture . I was told my kitchen table now won’t be in until jan if 2022. No one cares I call customer service they can’t help I go in and the Greenwood manager is really rude and mean . I try to email Beth at the Avon store and she ignores my email. I can’t get any help . It’s a horrible feeling knowing the company doesn’t care . Frank told me when I ordered back in May he couldHold my furniture . I’ve called so many times trying to get help .

I went to the Ashley Furniture on Lowes Blvd in Greenwood Indiana to purchase a new bed for my guest room. I just want to say that Faith was awesome to work with. She listened when I told her what I wanted and was extremely friendly. I talked to her like I had known her for years while she processed my order. I will be looking for a new couch for my den in the near future and I will definitely go back and have Faith help me. She is a true asset to Ashley.
