Placed an online order for pickup but after it was accepted it was canceled. I called to double check and staff was very nice and helpful. The manager said inventory shows they had the product but cant locate it. They said they would call me if they found it. How nice!

Came in to buy grass seed. The large bag I wanted was in the back. You would have thought I asked the manager to work a double shift by the exacerbated sigh and reluctant shuffle to the back to get them. After that I asked where the grilling pellets were. He pointed to a skid on top of the shelf and it was obvious at this point that asking him to get that down was out of the question. The guy had a limp so I dont want to be too harsh but seriously wheres the work ethic?

Went in there today to get my gas tank filled like always the same tank i always take and some guy ive never seen came out and said he cant fill it cause it looks to old does this tank look to old? Told him ive been there many times he said he didnt care he was not going to give me gas told me to find somewhere else to go!😡 i Wont be going back there again

I had a really rough day and I got to Tractor Supply three minutes *before* closing time to get necessary supplies for my chickens. The doors were locked and I left with nothing. Even though I needed supplies for the next day and Id raced as quickly as possible (adding to the stress in my day) to get them. Definitely not the experience that shopping for farm/animal supplies should be 😞😖And Ill do my absolute best to avoid shopping at this location in the future.

If you need farming equipment or tools, this is a great place with great prices and a friendly staff.

Normally ok but customer service did not seem like they were wanting to serve the customer at all. Needed to check a tire that wasnt labeled for size and he just measured it and said it wasnt what I needed. But didnt offer to check and see if they had the right one in stock (none of the tires were in the right areas) or try to assist me in anyway. Thanks anyways, I will order from a different store.

In case you don’t read this all the way through - Go to Rural King or even one of the big boxes (Lowe’s/Home Depot), but don’t shop here (Tractor Supply - any of them).Called to ask for help as my father bought a tiller for us as a housewarming gift. We used it once and during that time it immediately began burning oil. Turned it off and put more oil in... got her started again and within seconds smoke and oil started shooting out of the exhaust. Apparently piston rings were toast... called Tractor Supply to ask about an exchange/refund. They said sorry. Used it once within a month of purchase and well within the 90 days and they’re response - sorry we can’t help you. Don’t shop here.

These guys are seriously the best. We go there for everything. One of the only stores that still feels like an old time hardware store. Everyone in the store knows where everything is and are always happy to help. Their 4Health dog food is amazing as well!

Good store to get unique parts and fittings for various implements. You can also grab some animal feed and gardening supplies that you otherwise wont find other places. I wouldnt make this my first stop for basic tools as the prices are higher than most other stores, but if you need parts for yard or farm implements, I would recommend stopping in here.

Went in for bird seed and they didnt have any.

Love the little store. It always has exactly what I need when I dont feel like running to a big box. Cheap LPG gas refills? no problem. Ant bait for that infestation? say no more. Pipe dope to fix a plumbing fail? quick in an out. Support these guys when you can, they are awesome

Picked up an online order for my mom. Great staff. Very helpful. Gentleman helped my boyfriend load the truck. We had to pick-up a motorbike, kayak and 2 rocking chairs. Easy assembly as well.

So much cheaper to have tanks for grill filled instead of exchanged.

For me personally, youre losing a full star for the dusty rack of $7 a piece cars right by the register that my son obsesses about, otherwise its a nice place. Prices are a little high but there are things there you cant get elsewhere.

Typically rare to see long lines, and if so all of the staff jump in to help get people out the door.I love the surplus always availble and each employee eager to help carry or find an item you need.One of my favorite specialty stores

Ordered merchandise online for local pickup. Turned out local pickup was 18miles away. The store is not hard to find, but has only one entrance. Ive traded with TSC for over 40 years now. The store was clean, the staff attentive and easy to deal with. The company carries quality merchandise, always has and always will. While TSC tends to sell farm related goods, they also carry clothing and pet supplies. Do I recommend TSC? You betcha I do!

Best price for propane, but Goggle Map search for propane didnt bring it up as a location

I went there for a propane refill. The cashier instructed me to go to the gate by the propane tank and someone would meet me there. I went and waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I went back inside and the cashier paged an employee to the propane refill area again. I waited another 15 minutes then decided to take my business elsewhere since they obviously did not want it.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We just go to get the pressed pine bedding for our guinea pigs and rats.

A little over priced, but they always have stuff that I need that no one else carries. I was a little disappointed because I had my hands full with my two kids and the I walked out without one of my items, and the lady didnt say anything, and by the time I made it back they were closed.

I normally have a better experience here than i did tonight....i was walking around looking for pig feed, passed 3 employees, one was busy with a customer (i was one of maybe 5 in the store at the time), the other 2 were not and no one asked if i needed any help. When i finally stopped one to ask if they had a certain type of dewormer his reply was do you see it on the shelf? I couldnt help but laugh at the rudeness of his response and informed him that i knew it was a brand that tractor supply carries, but, no, i did not see any and that was the reason i was asking, could he tell me how much it is. He walked away for a few minutes then came back and said he couldnt find any so he didnt know how much it would be. More Ive worked retail so i know he couldve found out what the price was and probably couldve even told me when he could have some in stock for me, but since he didnt even offer to help me and i had to stop him myself, i guess Im not surprised! Honestly, if i could get the brand of food i use at rural king i would not go back to tractor supply at all. But since they are the ones that carry it, i will continue to shop at tractor supply still but now will go out of my way to go to Brookville rd!
