I love this store. I can find unique items for my favorite movies and TV shows. Harry Potter, DBZ, Deadpool, xmen, pokemon.

If youre looking for anything neat and outstanding customer service and to be treated equal, THIS is the place to go! Disposable masks are supplied, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are actually SUPER fair. The inventory is so broad. Definitely something for everyone here. It may even be one of my new favorite stores!

ThinkGeek is a wonderful store, its products are definitely for any variety of geek. No matter if youre a movie, video game, or comic geek they have what you want! My only complaint is the price of the products.

Awesome place to get Pops and collectibles! The staff is the prices aren’t too bad, compared to other places, and they always have sales going on. And the staff is incredibly nice, they’re all fantastic! I love going in to check out what new stuff there is and sometimes just to say hi!

Our favorite place to find geeky stuff. You CAN get most of the stuff from their website, but its always nice when you are out and about to stop in and sift through the store. Or you can go in and have a look at something youve seen online and couldnt make a decision on without holding it in your hands.

Pretty expensive but the stuff is amazing! I love the purses and backpacks. Just cant spend 75 bucks for my 10 year old to have a back pack that wont last but a year! The figurines are awesome!

Love this store. Always something cool or unique. Prices are sometimes a little high but overall not bad. Staff sometimes get annoying when they follow you around and try to sell you on stuff you dont care about but I get it that theyre just doing their job.

Clean environment everything was sorted by section everything was easy to see and there was more than enough room to get around without bumping into any other shoppers. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Definitely will visit again for all of my funko/neca needs!!!

Fun store low on inventory

This store is full of all the cool memorabilia that will bring nerdy fun home. The staff always seem to be having a good time and are knowledgeable about the selection of items. So, if youre looking for yourself or even if youre shopping for a gift you dont really understand, this is the place to go.

The employees are nice here. Yes, the full price items can be expensive but I still can find cool things on clearance.Like I got a bunch of T-shirts once that were marked down and on sale at the same time.My most recent visit I got Game of Thrones door rugs. My family and friends keep asking where I got them! LolThank you

I shop at ThinkGeek pretty regularly. However, after my last visit, its pretty evident that the girls dont play video games stigma is alive and well. I couldnt get any help for 20 minutes and when I finally did I was asked, I dont think your boyfriend will like this. When I responded that it was for me and that my husband wouldnt care the guy laughed.

This ThinkGeek store is great! But the employees are so rude, they would straight up lie just not to help you. The ThinkGeek in Castleton employees are way more friendly. I want be back here. I will just have to drive North.

Think Geek is an awesome store, at least before it was bought out by game stop. Just being associated with game stop lost it 2 stars, but otherwise, didnt seem to different.

Good variety of different things. Seems like stuff good for gifts mostly. For a store with geek in the name I was very disappointed at the selection of Magic the Gathering cards.

If you are into collecting items from your favorite shows, movies, games, cartoons etc. You will love this place as much as I do!

Amazing store for niche items you wont find anywhere else!

I had been shopping here since the store opened and had always enjoyed talking to most of the employees that worked here. Grace and Anthony were especially great over the past couple of years. They always let me know about new items coming in that I would like and remind me to make preorders so Id never miss something I wanted.The store was always immaculate, I dont recall a time I walked in to see anything lying on the floor or product jumbled around like at their sister stores. Even after I moved to the other side of town I would still make the drive to this one just because of the better quality of the store and employees.So why am I giving a one star review? I recently found out both have decided to quit due to horrible upper management behavior. Last time I came in I was even told that they werent supposed to talk to me more than 5 minutes even when I was the ONLY customer in the store on a dead Monday afternoon because their district manager had told them to not bother with their regular customers and if they were caught on camera doing so it would get them fired.How or why that is even acceptable I dont know. But because of this event I will not be taking my business to this store anymore nor any Thinkgeek again until I hear that this district manager has been fired. I will instead be purchasing from the Gamestop website or other businesses and implore others to do the same.

Even if you arent a collector, youll get lost and broke fast. Which is good in this case.

Employees are rude towards women. I had questions about toys for my son and the 3 male employees were just standing around talking about inappropriate adult acts. I tried to get their attention but was ignored and told to go to FYE. I had my husband go in there and he was greeted at the door and towed around the store for exactly what we needed....something just seems fishy here with all male employees.

So many amazing and cool items. Tshirts are currently by 2 get 1 free.

Very specific hobby store from Gunpla, KPop, Funko Pop, anime figurines, and more popular things. Price is reasonable too. I honestly think you save more money buying in store than online.

I wish they stocked more of the fun stuff from the website and was not so FYE.

I would rate the company itself lower because of my terrible experience over a purchase for a fathers day gift last year on their website, but this is the store...And really it is not much better. I got ripped off online, but at least they were polite about it. The store could be considered worse. The cashier was the only saving grace. She was polite and thoughtful.However, my experience was different than my girlfriends. A taller bald man was incosiderate and rude to my girlfriend for no reason.She was not even talking to him. We were having a discussion over the Funko Pops. And he proceeded to interject into our personal conversation to condescendingly correct her. She never asked him a question nor were we facing him at all.This man went out of his way to talk down to her. I really hope he isnt in management because his ability to interact with customers is atrocious.And lets be real about their prices as everyone has commented on them. Way overpriced. They markup Funko Pops by $3.

I come in here today with my 4 kids and theyre playing with toys and behaving themselves and one of the employees tried to accuse my boy of stealing. Hes 6 years old he didnt steal i checked him. You cant just go around accusing people especially when their moms back is turned and hes 6 years old.

What to buy or what to not this is my biggest dilemma every time I go out for buying any gift. However, with a perfect hierarchal structure, I have done my entire shopping effortlessly.

Up to date trends for every geeky/nerdy collectable or novelty items. Honestly surprised they dont carry dice and D&D/Pathfinder stuff in the shop more frequently.From anime to StarWars or StarTrek, theyve got figures, shirts, and more.
