I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for this morning at 8am. I have an email to prove confirmation of the appt. I arrive this morning and the doors are locked, clearly closed and there is no one answering the phone. The sign on the door even says open 7am to 7pm so at this point, should have been open for an hour and we’re not even with a schedule appt. I’ll never go back again.

Tried to get a nail patched. They said they couldnt do it because of a policy against another repair in the tire. They had no policy available to show. Forced to buy a new tire. Associate was nice, but we should have the right to have the repair done if we want.

Would be nice if they updated their hours on their own website. It lets you make appointments for days that they are no longer even open!

And even with the business being very busy on a Sunday, they quickly and professionally took care of the valve stem for me, and even did it free of charge. Used the website to find tires and set up appt. which was conformed by store. The next day I get a call 30 mins before appt time we dont have those tires but we have some that cost $100 more. Bait and switch scamers watch out!

I have been coming here for a while now, and I have always had a positive experience. They are quick, efficient, professional, and courteous. The customer service is fantastic, and they explain everything they are doing. Joey is the one who usually works on my car, and hes always been top notch.

The BEST experience I have ever had in any auto shop. This was the fourth place (first Walmart, Costco, and Goodyear) I had went to this morning to see if someone could look at a slow leak I had in my tire. I was very frustrated because I was told at every other place it would cost me $140+ for a new tire and would be about a 3 hour wait. It was 10:30 am on a Wednesday so I was hoping there wouldnt be a wait. I simply wanted a new tire or for mine to be fixed, if possible. I didnt think it would be that difficult because it seems that there are plenty of tire shops around Greenwood. I was wrong. I decided to try this shop as my last resort before giving up and heading home.Gareth (service manager) greeted me with a warm welcome and asked how he could help me. I explained to him my situation and he made me aware they were a little busy but nothing longer than 20 minutes. He asked to see my tire (nobody asked that at the other shops) and he informed me that they couldnt fix my tire and explained why. I was SO appreciative that he looked before making me wait. If I would have waited at Goodyear for 3 hours, they would have waisted 3 hours of my day for nothing. But wait, thats just the beginning...I asked him the cost of a new tire and was quoted about $100. It was the best price so far so I agreed to get it. I went to the waiting area with my son and grabbed a drink. It was less than 15 (maybe 10?) minutes later and my car was finished! I had mentioned to Gareth my stressful morning and my disappointment that my sons last day of winter break was spent driving all around for a tire. When I told him how happy I was that it was so fast, he said he wanted us to enjoy the rest of our day together so they made sure to get it right in. He also gave me a great deal on my new tire. He easily ended up saving me about $80+ dollars today. Not to mention my time that is invaluable.He took the time to talk to my son, and actually walked us to the door. My day went from stressful to great in about 30 minutes today. I had to hold back tears because of his kindness and respect. My entire life I have been swindled and taken advantage of by auto shops simply because I am a woman who doesnt know anything about my car. I truly appreciated Gareth informing me about my tire and his generous discount.I will definitely be returning!!

Ive used this particular location a few times now. Their customer service is great and Ive never had a long wait. I bought 4 new tires last year and thought their prices were competitive. This week the starter quit on my truck. I would typically use the mechanic shop near my house for this kind of thing, but it is usually a 2 day wait and the price is pretty steep. I gave Tires Plus a call because I was pleased with my previous experience with them. They quoted a price over the phone that seemed fair and said they could get it done the same day. The tow truck dropped it off there around 11am and the repairs were complete by 5pm. Brian and Ronnie took the time to call me when the truck was delivered, and again when they had verified what repairs were needed. Great communication and very courteous. I will definitely be using this location again in the future.

These people have always treated me with respect and look out for my best interest (making sure Im safe, thoroughly explaining what is going on in laymen terminology. ) They can be trusted. (I dont like mechanics...but these guys and gal are trustworthy!!🤗😇)

The front right tire on my Accord started feeling shaky, I found Tires Plus online and made an appointment on their website the night before and was able to get an appointment for the next morning at 11 AM. My appointment was confirmed early the next morning. Brock was my service advisor and did a great job explaining my options. Turns out a belt had broken in my tire. Both of my front tires were low on tread so I ended up getting two new tires and an alignment. They were able to work within my budget and the car is back to running great again. I would recommend Tires Plus to others and will return there myself for future maintenance needs.UPDATE: Returned to Tires Plus this morning and also had another very good experience. My brakes had been making noises. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM earlier this week. It was quickly confirmed and when I arrived today they were ready and expecting me. I needed new brake pads. It was all taken care of quickly and explained to me. I am very pleased with the service and will return in the future. I would recommend Tires Plus in Greenwood to friends.

This is a great place to get tires because the service is awesome. I have had several vehicles tires done with these guys over the years and never any problems until the last set of tires on my Ram 1500 had issues.No problem they took care of it . I cant recommend these guys enough.

Excellent customer service! I had a bent rim which they don’t repair but farm out to another vendor. I didn’t use their vendor but mine needed the tire removed before the repair. Tires removed the tire for free. ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON. NO CHARGE! That never happens. I will be back.

Extremely satisfied! I think Ive been coming here for 5 or 6 years with all 4 of my cars. I think Ive bought 5 or 6 sets if tires over these years. I have all my oil changes and tire rotations done here. Brock and Heather know me by name. They and the rest if the staff are very professional and friendly, and they know their products and services very well. Its always a great experience when I go there. I appreciate how they let me know suggestions on things that should be done to my car without being pushy and obnoxious . I cant imagine going anywhere else for my tire and oil change needs. Blew my tire on Saturday. Called them the next day. They didnt have anything available but they were able to order 2 brand new tires and have them there within 2 hours. Took 20 minutes to install. This place saved my job basically. Great place to go!

I have always had a great experience here. I most recently came in for one tire patch. Turns out I have 4 nails in the tires and one had to be replaced. I was really upset, mostly because it was terrible timing financially, but the guy calmed me down and made me a great deal. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff that go above and beyond what I expected. Better prices than their competition and even drove me back to my car. And then they called to check up on me and make sure I got my tire on with no trouble. Great service definitely will be coming back.

Today I went in for an oil check and routine service. Gareth Bailey took the time to explain to me what they were reccomending and why. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything. I have been a customer of Tires Plus Greenwood for 10 years and I am always 100% satisfied with the professionalism and service I receive.

I probably should have gave them a 1. I have lived in a few different states over the last 6 yrs and Tires plus was always my go to for any repair work or tires for my car. When I came back to Indiana I came to the his location for a simple oil change. I had been to this location numerous times and loved the manager and staff. There were new faces this time. After driving my car for to work and home the next day. A message came across my screen saying that I need to turn off my engine NOW. I freaked out because I was on the highway. The car still seemed to be running fine though. I took it back there and they said I needed a new sensor and it would be over $200 dollars and that I had to get it done or it could cause some serious damage. Luckily they did not have the part in stocks because I almost had them do it. Later that day my fiance, who use to work on cars, took a look at it. He said that my sensor was loose and all he had to do was screw it back it. That was about 8 months ago and I still havent had an issue like that again. So I could have been out 100s of dollars. I felt cheated and now youve lost a customer for life.

Always very dependable. They dont seem to use the sell them everything they dont need philosophy that most service centers have. Ive used them at least a dozen or more times over the years and have never had a complaint about price or service. When they fix it its fixed. Highly recommend.

I just took 2 of my cars in for alignments after replacing every part of the front suspension on one and every part of the front AND rear suspension on the other. I didnt get my alignment printouts when I left, and had to ask for them. Once I saw them, I knew why.One car had the camber off by over a full degree on all 4 wheels, and the other had it out by over 2 degrees! I had bought the SPECIFIC camber adjustment bolts THEY told me to buy and had them professionally installed, and the response was thats as close as we could get it.For those of you that dont know much about alignments, the state they left them in after deeming them acceptable will cause my tires to wear at least twice as fast as they should, and their tire warranty does not cover abnormal wear. What a perfect scam.Save your money, and definitely DONT buy the lifetime alignment they try to sell you. They wont actually align your car. Aligning a car takes work and attention to detail, and that is something that this company sorely lacks.

They tell lies about doing work

Ran over a car piece that punctured my tire after a crash was cleaned up poorly on Emerson Ave. I limped my car over to Tires Plus and the entire staff was very friendly on and off the phone, got me in quickly, and replaced my tire for a VERY reasonable price in under an hour from getting there. Im a college student so I really loved not having to fork out a ton of money for something so unexpected. I dont live near Greenwood, but might just have to drive back down if I ever need tires! Thank you!

Wow what a terrible place! I took my car in because it had something wrong with it after I ran off an icy road. I asked them if they could repair it once they had determined what was wrong. They just did an alignment--when I drove it off of their lot, just turning the steering wheel caused a loud rubbing sound. Then when I took it back to them they decided that it needed some new parts--all told this cost me $300 and STILL didnt fix the problem. So I took it to another place who told me that there was no way it could have been aligned with the problem it had. When I went back to ask for a refund, they decided that it had a bent spindle which they estimated at $1300! Its unbelievable that they thought that they could swindle me out of yet another $1300 when they had no idea how to fix it in the first place. Not only was I out the $300 but I spent hours waiting and time at another place to get another estimate. Im certain that they have no idea what they are doing. Do not go to this place! If you need a place close to the mall, go to Firestone on the other side of the mall. They are trustworthy.

This is the only place I will go for my alignments! Reasonable and easy to work with. But I would definitely recommend an appointment. Since they are at the mall, there is plenty to do while you wait!

Greg was my service technician and quoted me a couple of hours time on some new tires to get to the store so they could put them on my Nissan. 5 hours went by and no call from Greg. I was concerned because this was my only day off and I had to get it done on this day. So I called Greg and he called the driver who quoted him the time frame of a couple of hours. The driver “didn’t have time” to swing around and pick them up. (At this point you’re wondering why I have them 5 stars) upon hearing this news Greg immediately called me and apologized. The tires I WAS going to get were a pretty cheap option and only had a 10k mile warranty. Greg offered me some BRAND NEW Firestone tires, some of the best tires out there, with a 65k mile warranty at the SAME PRICE! Also I had to push the appointment back and they were totally cool with it and finished in a very timely manner. I will absolutely return to Tires Plus my Nissan is running better and smoother than ever!

The staff is very friendly they are quick to get your vechile in and out. The atmosphere was clean. Will be coming here for now on.

Decent prices on tires, but they dont mention how much they charge to install. Double check their work. They may not perform an oil change on a big ticket like mine. They will fix if your nice about it. But definately check everything before you leave.

I gave them 5 stars because they fixed a tire problem I had when all the other tire stores were closed. They also identified I had 2 other tires that needed immediate attention. I’d recommend them.

These guys can fix about anything! They put my sons car back on the road on a sunday mind you, in just a few hours after his brakes locked up. Highly recommend!

Great place. I found a nail in my tire and they fit me right in. I only had to wait for an hour. I have to give this a three star rating because of a quote they gave me foe a tune up. They verbally gave me a quote for 223. I asked them to print off what I needed so I can take it to my regular mechanic. The quote was over 1200 dollars on the paperwork. Needless to say I know my car needs work, but when I show this to my regular place it will be interesting to see what they say. This is typical of most places so I cant hold it against them.

They were very nice men working there. They were also very respectful. I will be a customer again.

These guys will treat you right. They will tell you what you need to keep you vehicle reliable, but, will work with you just to keep your car running if you cant afford everything you need. They helped me out greatly when I was in a bind and they did it with a smile.

Took my car in to have new tires put on, new battery, and an oil change. The very next day, as I was driving, the TPMS light came on, so I called the store to let them know. I set a new appointment and took my car in today. The store manager came out after about 20 minutes, and told me that the TPMS light was on before I brought it in to get the tires changed. This makes no sense, as I know it wasn’t on, and if it was, why wouldn’t they have asked me to change it when I got the new tires? He continued to call me a liar, stating that his technicians were great at taking notes. I then asked him why it wasn’t addressed when the tires were put on, to which he had no reply. I also asked why I would be disputing an $80 charge, after I had just spent $1000. I was not trying to get anything for free, I simply wanted my car to be fixed. Store manager was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with. Greg should be fired. Any manager should know that you do not continually call someone a liar, especially one who has had all his business done with them for the past few years. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Please do not use this service.

I set up an appointment in advance and they ordered my tires ahead of time. After an hour, I was called to the desk and asked if I was of the fact that the tires on the back of my car are larger than the front. I said, Of course. It was explained to me that they didnt have the rear tires in the shop. I told them to just change the front then, a little exasperated because they ordered them in advance. I was told that they had already changed all of the tires, and that putting the same size tires on the front and back wouldnt hurt anything.

Paid $1200 for power steering leak. Shouldve been $350 if diagnosed correctly. Then after paying $28 for oil changes, all of a sudden its over $60, cause they havent been charging correctly.

We usually take our car to the Plainfield location for oil changes, but we where meeting our daughter and grandkids in greenwood, and we had dropped our car off for and oil change, and we all went shopping at the mall. We where running a little late getting back to pick our car when the guys offered to stay late so we could pick it up when they didnt have too. Great group of guys, genuinely caring people. Wouldnt go anywhere else, but Tires Plus. No matter what location we visit we always get excellent service.

Ive used Tires Plus at Greenwood Park Mall for oil changes and tire leaks. So far the customer service is great and the prices are low. Cant complain. Call for an appointment for quicker service, it can take a while sometimes.

My husband blew a tire and called to see if they were able to squeeze him in. They extremely friendly and helpful. Its a huge plus that they are open on Sundays.

They told me they didnt have anyone qualified to change a blown fuse, but they had someone qualified enough to tell me I needed four new rotors... Seriously? I would hate to see how many people they pull fast ones on everyday.

Sent my mother to have them add a little power steering fluid to her car. Im a mechanic, but was out of town. They charged her ten dollars to tell her it had a hose leaking and the pump was shot. They then proceeded to tell her they couldnt add fluid to it because they dont top off fluids when they service your vehicle. Really??? They wanted over six hundred dollars to fix her leak. I replaced a 35 dollar hose and added fluid to the pump that was shot. Avoid this place if possible. What this place does gives mechanics a bad name.

I have always had good luck with Tires Plus for new tires, batteries etc. Usually not too difficult to set up an appointment. The employees are friendly.

Went the extra mile and honest. I went in for a simple plug and patch due to a nail in my tire. When removing the tire from the wheel the machine slashed a hole in the side wall. The informed me of the situation and that it was most likely due to a tire overheating/low air pressure problem. Brock then went the extra mile for customer service and ordered me a new tire a no incremental cost to me. This type of customer service is rare and hard to find.

Got an alignment on my 1991 5.0 with alot of performance suspension parts and these guys took every step to make sure it was perfect.

Called at 530 to see if they could get me in for two new tires, out by 630 with two new tires! thank you guys!

Ok, I gave them 2 stars. Heres my problem with them the last 3 years I took my vehicles to this place for an oil change. For some reason, they always find a nail stuck into on of the tires and it is always at a location where you cant really notice it. And they would say they couldnt patch it because of the location of the nail into the tire. Anyways, service is good, but I just felt suspicious the 3rd time they saw a nail stuck into one of the tires. It happened again for the 4th time about 2 years ago or so. I stopped going there for a while now.Did anyone here experience this problem going to this place and the mechanic finding a nail stuck into a tire? Maybe it was just a coincidence on my part, or maybe it wasnt.
