Fabulous dealership! It does not look like the average dealership- BUT it exceeds all of a buyer’s expectations. Very nice cars, trucks, and SUV’s. You don’t have to haggle and spend hours there trying to get a decent deal on the vehicle you like. No pressure from staff. NO hidden fees. Honest owners that stand by their vehicles they sell. They will tell you upfront if there is an issue with the vehicle. You can get financed through your bank, credit union, through their finance companies or them. Interest rates are reasonable. When you buy from them, if you have an issue with the car- they even have a shop to fix it at a reasonable price. Car buying from start to finish takes about 2-3 hours (test drive and all paperwork included).... truly- as good as, if not better than the “normal” auto dealerships. I bought an suv from them- and got a great deal! I will be back to see them in the future when I need another ride. Excellent customer service, sales, and and vehicle service too!

I bought a RAV4 just before Christmas 2020, it has been nothing but trouble from the start. Ive spent $500 on this piece of expensive worthless metal since Christmas and its still giving me trouble.

Very Nice People and They go The Extra Mile For you.

Had them fix my car back to back for 2 straight weeks and each time instead of fixing it they made it worst and on top of that charged me everytime and still my car is not fixed. Lets not mention how one of their employees was trying to kiss all on my neck. I thought this was supposed to be a christian place. I dont trust them.

Smarttrack automotive has been a huge help with my car issues.I bought my car from them and they immedently set me up with a maintenance plan to cover any internal issues with my car. Defintley been a lifesaver. They have fixed me up on anything I have needed with no issue. Kevin, Bob, and John 100% know what they are doing and are great with customer service. I recommend anyone to them and recommend the maintenance plan.
