I knew I wanted a Wrangler and had been overwhelmed with all the options/packages when on Jeep.com. We arrived and met Leroy who immediately established rapport with us and was super friendly and relaxed. He helped me in understanding all the differences between the different options and, ultimately, we settled on a Chief blue Wrangler Sport Unlimited that I cannot stop talking about! I could write an entire essay on everything that I liked, but Ill spare you the torture and just say it was an amazing experience. Thank you Leroy and everyone else that was involved and the other salespeople who went out of the way to congratulate us!

Ordered a custom jeep with Steve Erwin and it came on time. The team was funny and courteous throughout the paperwork process and accommodated us coming in after work even though it was close to their closing time knowing wed probably run over.

Very easy to deal with . Went to three other dealerships from Greenville to Easley to Anderson . Two would not order what I wanted told me 16 weeks to get and one wanted deposit and $ 2000.00 over what Quality priced my order . And it is build and will be shipped shortly. I do highly recommend this dealership. Also parts for my other vechicle (JEEP )were better here than internet prices .Also you can NOT ask for better sales associates Paul explained everything you need to know and went above and beyond expectations and Scott kept us informed through the ordering of our new jeep . This would be and is the only place to buy a vechicle.

Always go with your gut! The customer service and vibe of the Quality of Greenwood dealership was excellent today. Jamie was professional and very courteous in explaining the issues with my vehicle and the quoted price was decent and less expensive compared to another dealerships service that I encountered right before Christmas, who DID NOT solve the problem and took my money! From now on Im sticking with QUALITY, just like the name says!

The service guy Tyler was very attentive to the needs of my vehicle and I made sure he knew with a Thank you gift basket. I asked for my parts that are being taken out. The worker D.J. put it in the box no plastic or protection so oil would spill everywhere. I didnt do to offend I do because its my prerogative.

I made an appointment for a week and a half out with them. After dropping the vehicle off and waiting 4 days I called to get an update. They said they were unable to even look at my vehicle. I waited another 3 days. Still they had not even as much as looked at it. The service manager even had the guys to hang up on me! I believe this poor service is 100% due to poor management! I called a full week and a half in advance!! If they had said they were too busy I would have taken it to a different dealership. I do NOT recommend them for any service as they clearly do not have a handle on how to properly do business.

They advertised on a card that I received that I would receive 2 months of free Sirius XM. When I came in I notified the gentleman at the service desk about the offer and he stated he knew nothing about it! I didnt have the card with me, but when I came back to retrieve my vehicle I provided the card and he stated well I still dont know anything about it so you will need to contact Sirius XM. I could have accepted the fact that he didn’t know about the offer, but to not seek assistance in resolving the fact that I provided the card detailing that it would be activated at the dealership was a total disregard to me as a customer. I even was going to return back for business with them due to having some issues with my vehicle but I would rather go elsewhere.

Iy was a lot of waiting. I know buying a car is long time if back and forth but when you tall them you have so much down payment that is it. Yet they keep wanting more. Its just not worth it I am not going to play the game

Good dealership. I always take my Jeep there when it comes to change oil. Quick, clean and affordable. They even fixed my “squeaky” door for free. They have a customer’s lounge with comfy seats and cable tv, candies, coffee and water... great while your car is getting checked up.

The staff was very nice. Chaz and Daniel were great sale reps! Just was very unhappy after I really looked at my contract. I was too excited and signed a bit too fast! All I can say is I don’t care how long it takes you to read and examine that paperwork do it! Don’t let the finance department tell u they giving u anything because nothing in life is Free! They gone throw it right on in that contract! Pay attention carefully or they will rip u off! Lesson learned but same way they got that money will be the same way they will lose it TRUST and BELIEVE! But I love my car!

I have had a great experience here recently. They went above and beyond my expectations of excellent customer service! I highly recommend Quality of Greenwood. For those that have had a not so good experience in the past, a new manager has been there for several months and you can clearly tell!!! The office staff even seems happier which trickles down to the customer. Kudos to the hard work being put in to restore the reputation and name of this business. I can definitely tell and the progress is evident!

They replaced my air conditioner, under the dash of the car since then my car has not worked right at all. the dome lights only come off and on when its either extremely cold or extremely hot outside windshield wipers only work when they want to sometimes my horn wont work and also now my windows wont roll back up Ill never use them again think Ill go to Summerville to buy my new car.

Hands down the best experience Ive had with getting my car repaired. There were a good bit of customers when i came in for my appointment at noon, but Michael Pepper was able to help everybody in a professional and kind manner. Worked there for 5 months was the best job & the worse job I ever had. Most of the people there are amazing people . Most of them don’t even really care as long as they are getting there money. They paid someone else for one of my deals and they never even tried to fix it so I could get paid for it. And when I left I had a deal that was done All they needed was a check. & because I left they took my last deal away from me & gave it to someone else. I never thought they would do me that way but that goes to show you just can’t trust everybody

Im giving this dealership 5 stars in hopes that our issue with our Ford escape gets resolved. We are first time purchasers and first time clients with this dealership. Come to find out that our Ford is on its second engine and the current engine had a head gasket leak into cylinders. Our engine is ruined and we are trying our best to get a new engine. Only to find out that the 2nd engines warranty has expired!. Meanwhile we are under agreement to pay for this car that we cant even drive. Like 16 grand worth of payments. I hope that there is a way that we can get this resolved as quickly as possible. My wife is stressed to the max about this. We are relying on the dealership, Ford ballentine, and the expertise of the staff there to get this issue resolved.

Service staff friendly but service stinks. Had to take jeep back 3 times . Lights are still on and they can’t seem to fix. Radio hasn’t worked since they fixed recal problems on air bags never had issues before .

I absolutely hate dealing with this dealership. They claim to never have any open appointments when I need an oil change and the staff is not friendly or welcoming at all. As a matter of fact the only time they are friendly is when Im paying at the end of the service then they conveniently remind me of the survey that I may receive via email or phone asking how they did...FOH!!

Took my truck in for my 30,000 mile service and recall notice. It took a couple mo e of hours so my wife took me and brought me home. When it was ready, they came to my house picked me up, then I paid & was on my way home in no time.

I would not have them to work on my wheelbarrow. Oil and grease on everything and service manager is not concerned. This is the second time and Jameson Clark the service manager just wanted to b/s.4 cars in last 5 years this is how I get treated.

We regret buying a 2009 Charger R/T from Quality, recommending them to friends, & will never buy another vehicle from them.We loved the Charger until we took it in for a recall repair. The car only has 40,000 miles on. This started Oct. 5th 2016. Car has not been on road 5 days since. They ruined the engine when they made repair, kept it for over 2 weeks for original repair, have had it again for over two weeks & admitted they did nothing to fix it.

Wait was long but once the jeep went to the back I thought it was quick until I got home after they were supposed to have program my fob to open and close the door and hatch and my hatch doesnt work.

Jim Petty was my salesman I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger he was awesome and I just love my car the whole staff their is awesome. Jim is one of a kind he even called me and texted me for my birthday and real great guy

Wait time is about 2.5 hours and the diagnostic is going to run you $95 regardless if any work is done but the staff members are pleasant.

Was told there was a recall on my truck by U Connect since 2013 and never was told about it also wanted to bring it in for the recall and said they didnt have any technicians until the following week to do so from looking at all the other comments this dealership is ridiculous
