On 10.16.21 I used this location for an oil change and tire rotation before embarking on a business trip. On 10.22.21 I discovered that 9 out of 20 lug nuts were loose to the point of they had allowed the wheel to pull away from the axle. 4 were on my rear drivers side tire. Had my travels been any further that wheel would have come off completely. Their lack of attention to detail and tighting the lugs to the proper torque specifications, not only endangered myself, but my family as well. I do not recommend this shop,and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place seems to be under new management a lot. Sometimes the place is great and sometimes it seems sketchy. Ive gone here off and on for years. Had my tires rotated and balanced once, and they left my lug nuts off a rear tire. It came off a quarter mile down the road and hit 3 other cars (air bags deployed on one). Its hard to review this place due to management issues so I have to go with 3 stars. Last time I went they were nice, but it cost $45 for an oil change.

Kind of overpriced, but the staff is amiable, seems competent, and they got the oil change done quickly. Apparently its under new ownership management as of fairly recently, so I suppose thats a good thing, at least they seem to think it is, although the last time I was there under the old owner I didnt really have a problem with them and my oil change was $15 cheaper. So there is that

The guys at the shop are great! They are professional & courteous. I had been having poor experiences recently, but I called Precision and I was able to drop my car off right away. They were on time, they do get busy but they were such a great help. My issue turned out to be small and inexpensive when I had just gone somewhere else and was told I needed some type of kit around $65. I only needed a hose clamp. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Ive been going to this place for 7 or 8 years now and Im so disappointed because now I have to find another mechanic. People have warned me that this place was crooked and will tamper with your car, but I didnt believe it. I get an oil change and coolant flush two days ago and all of a sudden my car breaks down on me while Im driving home from work yesterday. My car is overheating and all the fluids have drained out. Come to find out my thermostat housing and water pump need to be replaced, but stuff like that doesnt just go bad right after you get your car seen. Its not a coincidence. How can you sleep at night messing with peoples cars knowing that you could cause an accident or get someone hurt or killed? Now Ive got a car that wont start and may or may not have a cracked engine because it got too overheated.

They were fast and nice. The price was great because I went some where else a few months back and paid almost double for the same service I got at precision. I will be back for sure

Over $230 dollars to install 4 spark plugs. It did nothing for the car. The car runs worse than it did before I arrived. The manager said they would check the coil packs tofigure out the needs of the car. This never happened. Never again. From now on Im no longer taking short cuts. I am going to a real mechanic.

My wife and I went in for a tune up and had to wait 30minutes for the “mechanic” to come and before he got there someone who I’m guessing was the manager was trying to get me to get other unwanted services like breaks and coils which I respectfully declined..when they started they said it’ll be a hour worth of working and ended up being 20minutes, the whole time they were watching my wife and I out of the corner they’re eyes..they pull everyone’s cars to the front but they put our’s on the side of the building and said it was finished..we paid $235 for the change of 4 spark plugs but when we got in the car it was shaking and the check engine lights were on which never happened before and may I add the car had no problem beforehand..we had a argument about the situation but they were sure that it had to be doing it before we came to them and again suggested a coil pack..I had to get the cops involved at that point. They actually didn’t put new plugs in the car but took one out and bent the top so it couldn’t get fire, my step dad is a mechanic and told me that the plugs that were in the car were old, he instructed me to get more plugs and coils and I did but didn’t need coils so I took them back and the people at the auto parts store (which was 2 different stores) confirmed my thoughts..we’ve been had..but after the frustration and disbelief my dad got everything situated

They charged me 235 for a tune up and did absolutely nothing to my car but bend the top of one of the old spark plugs that they did not replace so my car would skip and not perform like it normally does!! Very evil dishonest people!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Paid almost $350 for brakes on one axle. When they finished, they said the other axle needed it too. I will never go back there.

Very professional and nice, got me in with a minimum of wait time (maybe 3 minutes). They let me know that the very, very dirty air filter needed to be changed (I saw it and it was really grungy). They also made recommendations for other things I need to have done without pressuring me to have them done right then and there.

They have good prices and they are honest about what services you do and dont need. That is hard to find. They are also friendly and answer all your questions no matter how simple they are.

I was having some problem and other shop asking me for exhaust system repair. I was skeptical and changed the air intake hose. To remove any doubt about my work, I went tor their shop for a through inspection of the exhaust system. Their mechanics put a lot of time (30 minutes at least) to check the system, went for a test drive with me. They found no problem at all. The most beautiful part is that they did not charge me a single penny. I think they care most about reputation of good work and mannerism rather than profit. I will definitely make my next trip to them.

I stopped in close to 6:00 pm closing time on Friday evening hoping they could fit in one last oil change for the day. The bays were full, but I was greeted with a smile by the general manager, Roy Lee Sullivan, and assured they could fit in one more oil change before close. They never disappoint! I am always impressed by the staff’s friendliness, expertise, and integrity. Not only were they finished in a timely manner, but he and the gentleman who worked on my car took the time to chat with me about the car at the end of their long shift!! Honest employees with competive prices!!

Currently sitting here waiting. Was told an oil change would take about an hr since they were busy. Its now been almost 2 hours and im still waiting. I have been watching the technicians and they are dragging their feet and actuqlly stopped working for a good 30 min.

All staff was not there. Short a few hands. But service was good.

I went in for a cylinder misfire and they wanted to change the spark plugs and the wires connected to them. However, when I got the bill for 40 bucks PER SPARK PLUG plus the wire set at 115 with a labor cost of 52.50, that totaled out at 379.98 with taxes include. This price alone is ridiculous for the simple repair that was needed, not to mention that every other store that sells the exact same spark plug they provided me with sells them for 10 max, shows that either they made a mistake when bringing up the price or, they just tricked me into paying that ridiculous amount of money.

Awesome place. Great costumer service. Precision tune staff are hard workers and do there best to finish my car as quick as possible when Im in a hurry. Last time I was there I left my earbuds. Tim Scott personally called my cell number to let me know. I ran out of gas one time by the 7/11 and precision tune helped me out. I will surely be a returning customer!

I came by around 11:30ish and all the doors were shut. none was up and lobby door was locked. Manager was just looking around eating when walked up to door. Non friendly service very rude. I dropped my car off Wednesday morning. Parked it infront of the building, keys in the ignition as directed; Ive had trouble with this place before so I propped my keys up in a way to let me know it was moved and actually looked at. I was called that afternoon and told We cant get the car on the lift, Ill call you tomorrow. We may need to replace the coils on the suspension and I cant change the oil because its sitting too low (side note: I drive an Eddie Bauer edition Expedition with AIR RIDE suspension.) I ask if my car will be okay over night, he says i have 8 cameras on this place, the keys are in the ignition, itll be fine). Thursday morning, no call. I got a call that afternoon and was told ill call you before close regarding your car. I got back into town, they had closed and my car was still parked out front, keys exactly as I had left them. My car was never looked at, I was lied to and it was left outside for someone to steal it. I lost two days of a deadline I needed to meet thanks to this place. They lie about the work they do. Their checklists do NOT match the work. My previous experience left me with a $400 car inspection (I had a headlight out) and the check list said I passed safety inspection. Liars. Ill never do business again with these people.

I was visiting Greenwood South Carolina and my brakes started to grind. I did not want to transport eight people back to Atlanta in a potentially unsafe vehicle. Brad was amazing. He understood my dilemma and created a solution. My car was in and out with new brakes and rotors in three hours. I will forever be greatful. A+ work and A+ service.

Sent my car in on a Saturday and didn’t get it back until Monday. Now It makes noise on the back driver side tire. They put new luggnuts in and now when I drive it’s like my breaks are scrubbing. It cost me $200 to have my car sound worse. It wasn’t making this noise until I got it back on Monday.
