This was an incredible experience and unexpected. The pricing was very good, communication fantastic, the service outstanding. The replacement team was friendly and professional. I was very happy with Sentry and would not use anyone else!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I started my day off by walking out to my car to take my infant to daycare and to head to work... somehow overnight my windshield not only had cracks, but had been hit with something to the point the glass was inside my vehicle. Never experiencing this before, I still had to go to work, driving slower for fear something would shatter more, and my child could become hurt.... I called a few places, during my break at work, but not ONE company could get me in sooner than a few days...I left work, called one more place- Sentry Glass- Emily, immediately answered!told her my story, and she not only sympathized with my situation, but made room for her guys Jed and Taylor, to come out to my home within just a few hours!They came out and did the best job- all while being kind, thorough and informative.I also need to mention that the price I paid was much lower than ANY other location quoted and I could almost guarantee the service I received from start to finish-surpasses what another company would have done for me, in my time of need.THANK YOU to Emily, Jed and Taylor-and thank you SENTRY GLASS!!!!!!!!Sincerely!

Sentry replaced the rear window on my 2012 F150. Crew was in and out in no time. Very professional, conscientious and personable installers who also assisted me in removing my rear seat which I was having difficulty getting out while they were there. Emily was very helpful & knowledgeable with all of my questions about converting from a fixed pane to a rear slider glass window. Would definitely use again and very happy with my new rear window!

Had the windshield replaced on my Freightliner. Jedediah and Austin did really good work. The two where able to replace my windshield before the tire shop was done replacing some tires. Which is to be expected when dealing with people who have over a decades experience. On top of the speed both were very personable and explained the process when I had questions.

My husband and I own a trucking business and used Sentry to replaced both windshields. They started with not calling when they started the job. When I heard from them they stated that the right windshield was cracked and that they would have to come back in two days to replace. When they returned on Friday and did the job, again no call, so when I got back Saturday morning and checked thats when I realized that they didnt put everything back the way it was. So when I called to resolve the issue they gave a bunch of poor excuses. When I requested a discount the owner and manger got confrontational. Sentry glass cost me a whole Saturday trying to resolve the matter and also threatened to removed my windshields when I didnt agree to the miniscule discount they offered. STAY AWAY from this company!!!

Great place to come to to clean out the inside of Semi Trucks. They really took their time cleaning it. This place gets five stars from me.

I shopped around to replace my 2007 Dodge Ram windshield and Emily and her crew did a great job replacing my window. They were fast, professional and priced right. I will use Sentry Glass again.

Emily is awesome!! She not only ordered and replaced my Jeeps right side mirror once but twice!! She came to my place of business on her own time each for each repair!! When I unfortunately had my windshield cracked by a guy with gravel in his truck on the highway she gave me a free consult and quote on the replacement!! Her team offered to drive out to my house; we do not live anywhere near the business and replace my windshield. Emily knows her stuff and I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Very professional and it was fast in and out and they were closing and we had a bird hit our windshield. We had a load and running out of time and they promised to wait on us THANK YOU SO MUCH for that. And the price was cheaper then everyone else who couldnt do till the next day. THANK YOU AGAIN. Worst possible place to go. I was with my friend, who actually got treated so poorly. The workmanship was horrible. This happened by itself 3 days after the repair on my friends car. He spent a large amount of money. We went somewhere else and got it fixed. Its been over a month now, windshield is still intact after someone else fix their mistake.

Horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE! All they do is make excuses rather than take accountability. Plenty of glass places. Please choose wisely.

I dont leave reviews often, but Emily was so easy to work with. I was quoted for a new windshield and within an hour of my call, I had a crew at my home replacing my windshield. They were professional, fast, and friendly. I highly recommend!

Not very professional of their work. People in their profession should know that,gaskets and seals need to be changed as well when pulling out a semi window.. I asked the crew when they were done if it was going to leak, they both said no. Started raining, leaked in 15 spots across my window. I immediately called to make appointment for Saturday. Instead of calling me, they just filled my appointment time because the wrong part was delivered. Take your vehicle to a professional, not here!!

Do not trust them.Afrer a verbal confirmation with Emily,we send a semi truck for windshield replacement on Friday.The driver was told to wait till Saturday morning.On Saturday morning,the driver was told that we have to wait again because they do not have a key for the warehouse(what an explanation???).The whole crew along with the manager left without any further suggestions(although the owner Emily had my cell phone number).Please do not waste commercial drivers time guys,they run on ELD.This is such an waste of time and money.If you can NOT do the job-just be honest and let us go.I wish i could give you a zero stars.
