I was referred to Emerald glass by a third party. After reading the reviews, I was assured I would be satisfied. The older gentleman was hard of hearing and quite rude. I would not recommend their services for any car window replacement, especially newer model cars.WORKSMANSHIP WARRANTY ?????

I called 3 days ago and made an appointment so that i could have a piece of glass cut and pick it up the same day which i was told would be ok over the phone, when i went there 3 days later the guy said he could not do it today and i said i had an appointment and the lady i talked to said that i could so he said to come back later. I went back later and he told me he could not cut it today, THEY LIE, i would not go there for anything now, I will travel out of my way to avoid them.

They made custom glass pieces for my antique china cabinet. It looks amazing! Thank you for the great customer service and the quality work!
