The greatest women’s clothing store on all of Greenwich Ave. 4pm today, the place was busy.

Website has store closing at 7 PM!I got there at 6.06 PM,door locked,a store associate was next to the entry sorting through some clothes,turns around and just signals me that it’s closed!First of all,fix your online scheduling and second of all,even if the store closed at 6PM, would it be so out of this world to help a loyal customer at 6.06 with a return item ? No wonder that Zara is much more appreciated in Europe,customer service in US leaves a lot to be desired !

Waited a bit more than 35 min just in line for the cashier. The lines were to the end of the store both upstairs and downstairs and only one cashier on each floor while other employees watched them do the work. It took such a long time that the lady behind me asked us to hold her clothes so that she could go repay for parking. They also didn’t really enforce masks- two girls in front of me didn’t have their masks over their nose and spoke with 3 employees and no one asked them to put it on properly. These same girls also did not respect personal space.

Love shopping here, they always have the best clothing and the prices are very reasonable here.

The store still does not allow access to dressing rooms. So, long long long lines to return all hours of the day. Horrible customer experience!!!

Great location but awful in all other respects.The line went around the store and they still wouldn’t open the registers upstairs. Unbelievable.02/06/2110:15 AMWow. Literally the rudest Zara I have ever been in. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge me. She was having a conversation with another employee. Slowest return ever. How does this store even exist with these employees.

One of the stores that got little lazy with improving things. They started great, but my opinion is that in the last few years they slowed a little and things are not as great as they used to be.

Every time I came to Zara in Greenwich, there is always a long line. Today I stood in lime for 30 min to pay for something. There is so many people looking for work, why Zara just hire more staff. It is ridiculous and very disappointing.

Horrible staff and service. The line was to the back of the store and they only had one cashier and refused to put someone else behind the register. Probably waited on line for 30 minutes.

Google says they close at 7pm. I arrived at 6:06 pm and was told they were closed. Took a long drive here.

I personally think that Zara are less worth it comparing to what I used to see and buy here. They are still good, but something lost along the way. I will come back, they sometime offer the most worth it items, but not as often as I used to.

Always a huge line for a register.

They have a great supply and many designs to choose from. Don’t shop on weekends. The line is always 10 people deep.

Love the merch but Im rating this particular store itself because we all know Zara is a giant chain. I was surprised to see how small and limited this Greenwich store is.The store was very messy - looked like a Filenes basement after a going out of business sale, it was a Sunday after all so lots of shoppers rummaging.The store needs a complete redesign in layout and decor. The cash wrap (cashier) area is SO surprisingly small and unappealing. I hope Zara invests in overhauling this location, since it is the only Zara in Connecticut at this time.

Jamiya is a doll! She approached me with a smile, assisting me during my trip, making my journey here oh so pleasant. There wasnt a shirt in my size and Jamiya went above and beyond and went to the stock room to see if you guys had my size available. Unfortunately not, but the effort was pleasurably! Shes an amazing person!

Google said it was open on may 31 st 2020 and actually was closed. I am so disappointed because we were a bunch of people waiting and nothing happens I have to take an Uber on the way up there 😡 you guys need to be more accurate about times and schedule

Super busyLong wait at the cashier line !

I’ve been to this Zara just a handful of times and every time I go it’s a mess (always fixing), and the people aren’t happy. I’m serious. Once in a while someone will smile, but most of the time they are unhappy. Why is that???The store is small. Not the biggest and best Zara out there. The children’s section is incomplete. You’ll find more in the bigger Zara elsewhere.If you plan to go out of your way to see Zara, choose a different outlet.

Horrible place with the worst non-helping stuff. Please just dont go there. I had a horrible experience going from one sales person to another with the last one just ending up yelling on me just for asking if the had something in the store that they were selling in the web site. Truly, the WORST store Ive been to.

Zara has the worst customer service. They can’t issue a refund on a replacement credit card like every other retailer on the planet because it’s not the original card! It’s a replacement because the original is lost or stolen!! I called their customer service and they they have the worst customer service on the planet and they don’t speak English! Zara is awful.

This Zara doesnt carry much of the TRF line, its a bit more conservative. however its pretty organized and zara is zara.

NO MENS CLOTHES!! I ran in to buy a suit prior to an engagement and was totally let down.Not even a damn t-shirt! Waste of my time.

Terrible customer service

Good deals when they are on sale, but its a messy store, they randomly refuse to sale items (no matter items are on the rack, I still dont understand why), and TERRIBLE customer service (Unhelpful and rude)

If you want a buy something in Zara Greenwich (CT), you need a lot of time because the cashiers are super slow ... every time I go, i spend at least 30 minutes in line waiting to pay.
