Club Monaco has lost its good quality prices remain high

Just avoid Club Monaco and go to any one of the many other wonderful shops on Greenwich Avenue.Every other store, Petticoat Lane, Sephora, Blue Mercury, Saks, etc, do not require a receipt for returned merchandise received as a Christmas gift. I returned a gifted sweater that had been purchased only 10 days earlier by my husband and because he didnt know where he put the receipt I had to bring back a sweater that didnt look right on me without the receipt for which they only gave me a credit. I dont know WHY THEY TAKE NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER THEN? THEY SAY ITS FOR RETURNS. THEY FOUND MY HUBANDS CREDIT CARD, PHONE, ADDRESS BUT WITHOUT THE RECEIPT, ONLY A CREDIT! WHY DOES THE STORE INVADE OUR PRIVACY WITH TAKING A PHONE NUMBER DOWN THEN???? IF WE HAD THE RECEIPT, NO PROBLEM, BUT IT WAS STATED THAT THEY PHONE NUMBER IS FOR RETURNS???? I probably wont use the credit since the store is basically not my style, its too young for me, but my husband did not know that.STAY AWAY FROM SUCH A STORE WITH A BAD POLICY!!!!!

Nice and friendly, parking is a little tough at times.
