Online ordering is a nightmare! My order for 4 bracelets was stuck in preparation for 4 business days, and I kept being told it would ship. Finally I called and got Jeff at the Hermès Greenwich location. Jeff was fabulous and took great care of me! I will never order online again.
Jeff is amazing. It was my first time to go to the Hermes store. I just want to buy a little twilly but I ended got my birthday gift there. I will definitely go back and also bring my friends. They are very kids friendly also. My son was so excited there.
This is a rating for Hermès customer case generally, not this store in particular. It is impossible to reach them. After waiting for what feels like an eternity, they picked up and hung up. The level of service is just completely unacceptable for a brand that tries to present itself as lux. I would be hard pressed to ever order anything again from Hermès directly.
We knew exactly what we wanted and had planned to be in and out in 15 mins. We were waiting inside the store for an SA but they seemed busy. When another customer arrived they literally passed us without even making eye contact to attend to them. Had read many reviews about the locations horrendous people skills but didnt expect this. Had a great experience at Betteridge next door so the trip was not a total waste.
Shameful customer service. Treated us and others we know like garbage. Doorman especially nasty. They never seem to have the reservation one has to painstakingly make. Keep your overpriced product and overinflated egos. Sweetheart, youre not THAT pretty.

Deborah went above and beyond to find an item within the store and ship it to me. She was able to accurately describe and compare the different color options to me. She quickly scheduled a fedex delivery that best matched my work schedule and called me to verify all information. Very helpful! Thanks Deborah.
My fav Hermes store for home goods, such as beautiful set up table with silverwares and plates in a townhouse with super high ceiling and large windows letting tons of light in.
Our sales associate was excellent; went out of her way to deliver the best service. Every customer in the store who needed help was being helped.
Hermes has an amazing line of perfumes that are only available in their boutiques. The woman that helped me was so helpful and knowledgeable.
Bought belt, shoes, and was about to place an order for the Kelly handbag, but was so turned off by the snobbism of the manager, Robin Adelman, that I refuse to do business with any more. Very BIG attitude and unhelpful, not at all accommodating.
