We had Jody Kensington came out and gave us an estimate for a new shower. He understood the importance of safety for my condition and gave us some great options. When it came to price he worked tirelessly to get us the best price he could which and even though it was just not the right time financially for us I would highly recommend him. We plan to use him when the time is right.

We had 19 windows replaced; a complete home replacement. We cannot say enough about the team of Jose and Rodolfo who did the work. These guys were hard working,knowledgeable, and very professional, they made the experience so much better. They were always on time, and answered all questions to include showing us how everything worked. They were respectful caring for our home and areas in which they were working. Definitely will use Paradise again for other needs. We now have beautiful functional updated quality windows.Very pleased.

My husband and I had our 18 home windows replaced. I cannot say enough about the team that did the work. These young men, led by Barrington were hard working and knowledgeable. They arrived early after consulting with us if it was a time agreeable to us. They were polite and took time to answer questions. Paradise just finished our new shower. It looks beautiful. Highly recommend... Would post a picture if we could, very impressive. Not an over lay fitter job. Custom installed on site.Original shower way too small, had to get out and back in to shower both sides. We had them take out at replace never used whirlpool tub that was here 10 years ago when we bought the house.New shower is double size, much wider. We are in our late 60s and planning for those days when we may need help!Installer Mike was super, very cordial, did an excellent job. Install time took longer but Mike did not leave us hanging. Very satisfied.Salesman Jeremy very professional, no pressure, we called them from a smart phone pop up. He gave priced options and recommendations. Had 2 minor issues, Mike noted them, Jeremy was here this morning with resolutions.

While I have not actually hired Paradise Home Improvement for any of their services at this time, I did have two of the nicest gentlemen (Landon and Vraj) stop by yesterday. They gave me a very thorough and extensive overview of their awesome windows, complete with a few pretty amazing visual aids and demonstrations! They truly left no stone unturned in telling me about this amazing company, and what sets it apart from the rest. When Im ready for new windows, I think my choice is clear.

I filled out a small form through an ad I saw on MSM.com. within a minute I received a phone call from a company rep. This was 2 days ago. Yesterday, as the company rep and I had set up the appointment, Taylor and Ray arrived at my house at the appointed time...on the dot! Taylor and Ray measured my bathroom, then my wife Carolyn and I sat down with Taylor and Ray. We wanted our tub/shower combo replaced with a walk-in shower. Taylor and Ray had a very good demonstration kit and they explained how and what would be done. They showed us some great samples and some very clear photos of other items. Before they left, my wife and I had signed a contract to have the work done with the materials we wanted. We never felt we were being pressured into buying; they were very knowledgeable, very professional, and very easy to talk to. We felt like we were valued customers instead of just dollar signs. My wife and I were pleased with the short time between when I first entered data into a small form in their ad and when representatives of Paradise Home Improvement arrived at our home with all of the material they needed to show us what was available, what they needed to take the necessary measurements, and the ability to write a detailed contract with actual, not estimated, costs.We had previously tried other companies. We had gutters and leaf guards installed, windows replaced and a bathroom remodeled over a few years. We were very pleased with the product quality and the professionalism of the installations. They were quick to replace a window that had developed an issue under their guarantee.

I had windows replaced in two waves. First wave was upstairs and I noticed sound reduction immediately. After this last replacement of the downstairs the big difference was noticed. I had an appointment for an estimate for replacement windows at 10 am, no one showed up. I called at 10:17 am and was told they would call me back. An hour later I called them again. I told them never mind, this is not how to do business, especially after being called 4 times the day before.

The experience we had was great. Professional work done on replacing our windows. Cleaned everything up and but everything back as they found it. Very satisfied with the work and would be happy to give a reference for them. A professional team and respectful of property.

Still have problemHad tornado shingles damage and they wanted $200 to remove leaf guardsSo shingles could be replaced. Warranty is voided if roofer removes leaf. Removed and numbered guards and put back on. So I have no warranty, but they didn’t honored the one they say they have anyway

Im very satisfied with the quality of my windows as well as the quality of workmanship. Work was done on time, neatly, and without much disruption. I have had no issues with Paradise Home Improvement or their products.

Our neighborhood says no soliciting on every entrance and they leave advertisements on my door which also has a no solicitation sign on it. Blatantly disrespectful to just disregard all these signs and leave advertisements anyway.

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY. I was interested in re-doing the gutters around my newly purchased home. They quoted me around $9k. After doing more research, I found another company with higher ratings willing to do it for $1,700. In addition, these unprofessional buffoons ran my credit three different times. Theyll send salesmen to convince you to sign with them, but it isnt worth it. Go with someone who has more experience and costs much less.

Paradise Home Improvement is engaging in door to door soliciting in a neighborhood with posted No Soliciting signage, would not show required city permits, claimed what they were doing wasn’t soliciting, and claimed that as an essential business they were allowed to. That’s not even considering the risks for COVID-19 transmission (neither of the individuals were wearing masks). Such disrespect for homeowners should not be rewarded.

My in laws used this company to replace their windows. One of the larger windows in the front cracked from top to bottom shortly after installation. Theyve tried contacting the company multiple times and keep getting the run around if they even answer the phone at all. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

Two of their sales people came to our door at dinner time, no masks. They launched into a high pressure sales pitch. Said that due to the age of our home we were going to need our windows, roof, soffit, fascia and gutters replaced soon. I told them we had all of our windows replaced 2 months ago, our soffit fascia and gutters replaced a year ago and our roof replaced 5 years ago. They said that our roof already looked worn and we may want to consider redoing it. I told them the roof was Certainteeds 50 year Landmark premium energy efficient shingles and there was nothing wrong with it. They then asked me what was the next work I was planning to have done to the house. I closed the door.I could see other sales people from this place canvassing our neighborhood while we were talking. I would not go near this outfit; they are crooks trying to sell things that people dont need.
