Very helpful in finding the parts you need to repair any type of plumbing fixture. I do mean ANY. They are patient and helpful with a homeowner looking to make a repair and have the experise to help a Pro. They could do better with keeping regular itema in stock. It seems on every trip there is at least one common item that is out of stock. Last time i was there they had no one inch tees or one and a half inch ells. PVC.

Had a great selection and knowledge even when I tried to describe my shower issue in a very poor way. They were very patient and the only ones in the area that carried the cartridge I was looking for. They were my 4th stop.

Left a message with the young lady who answered the phone. Had a question about a Symmons faucet filter. Said she would get the message to a salesman and they would call me back. Never did.

Very bad place for business . Ordered a part next day air . Part came in damaged . Had to call manufacturers of part to get new one . Then they wanted me to pay for next day air when part was wrong .Update they refuse to do business since we wont pay the shipping on a part they had to return
