Lost my remote in the store. A employee tracked down my credit card purchase and tracked me down with the cards customer service. 5 stars is not enough. Customer for life!!

I love our local ACE Hardware. For years, its the same friendly faces & it reminds me of the local Hardware in the town where I grew up in Southern Ohio. Theres alot to be said for hometown feel. Its higher quality than on-line.

Husband went in store to purchase part for a Stihl weed eater purchased at this same store last year. There were two douifferent parts available and they didnt have the one he really wanted. 3 men chased him out of the store thinking he had stolen something. When they realized he hadnt they didnt even apologize. We wont be back!

Under normal circumstances, my review for the ACE store in Greenville would be a five because they have an amazing selection of items and great service. My opinion today is different. As I entered the store I saw, clearly posted on the front door, Governor DeWine’s current directive requiring face masks to be worn by employees and customers. I saw at least three employees and a number of customers with no face covering. I left the store in a timely manner and won’t be back until the pandemic is over.

Have been in 3 times last 3-4 days. Have to quick going they dont believe in masks. Sales people or customers. No wonder Darke county is a virus mess.Not going back

Drove an hour because I was told they had the Plexiglas I needed and would cut it. When I arrived, it was buried behind some stuff so it would be a couple days!?!? I offered to help dig it out! Nope. 3 days and 3 hours of road later its ready, wrong thickness, and 1 short on sides.

Been 2 weeks since i placed an order for store pick up item is in stock at the store but yet every time i call about it they keep saying we are still procesing the order call back tomrrow they also said no money would leave my accout till item is ready yet paypal said ace has already been paid in full and the money is out of my accout they refuse to cancle my order and give me my money back that they took really in need of my items
