Super friendly, not pushy. They sell right off the floor. Bring a truck and its yours today! They also deliver. Only took a couple days. Nicest guys ever. They even took off their shoes. Thats hard to do while carrying a couch. Pleasant experience start to finish.

We purchased a mattress but being right across county line we were technically outside the delivery area. They arranged for delivery because they were receiving a shipment from another site in Paris, Tx. The route just happened to go right by our home. The staff has always been courteous and never pushy.

They do not deserve a star. Very poor costumer service. I was lied too. I will never step in that store again. I had back surgery & have 2 rods & 4 screws so I Bought the most expensive mattress about 6 months ago because the so called preacher recommended it. I was told that I had to buy it so I could exchange it for another if I couldnt sleep on it. I went back about 2 months after and was told 2 give it another month or 2 since it takes about 6 months to break in. 6 months? Its not a new car.. so i listened to them. Then I went back again a month later and was told again to give it another month or 2. I wasnt able to sleep on it so i bought an air mattress from Wal-Mart and tried that & I woke up w/ less pain. I went back & this time spoke w/ manager Andrew & was told that I wasnt able 2 exchange it because i was over the exchange date. He also told me he would see if he could help me and to this day hasnt called me. So am stuck w/ a $1,600 mattress that I cant use. So I went to sleep experts & I was impressed w/ their service. So i had to buy another mattress from sleep experts & I love my new mattress. I recommend sleep experts. They are awesome. I will never go back to Texas furniture in Greenville,Texas. Boy, they screwed me good. I was also screwed on a couch & its so called warranty that I Bought at Texas furniture. Couch had a tear upon delivery so they tried replacing it w/ another torn couch. Then they tried repairing it w/ superglue & a marker. It is sad how they do business. NEVER AGAIN....

My $600 lazy boy (with an extra $60 warranty on top of that) fell apart in 3 months!!! They just want to fix it with the same faulty part. Your choice to buy but I WILL NOT buy another product from this store.
