Ordered 2 custom beds almost 5 months ago. Today on December 3rd they were supposed to arrive by there dealivery team. Called them for an update cause we had gotten no update since the confirmation email. They then decided to say that they had LOST both beds. I ask myslef... how is that even humanly possible to loose two big beds. I’ve called at least a dozen times and every person has told me something new.I don’t think this is personally pottery barns fault but I think it is there delivery teams FAULT.Very disappointed in there communication and will not be shopping or purchasing from then again.Can’t wait for my refund!Cause this is absolutely insane.

I understand that this location is not specifically at fault but as I have no where else to post this publicly I am posting it here.I have officially had the worst experience of any store I have ever encountered in my life. And this needs to be addressed if you want to keep customers. I ordered birthday gifts for my daughter 1.5 weeks ago. Your website said my items were on their way while USPS said they were not recieved. I called after a few days and was told if my order did not get to me by December 9th, 2020 to call back and they would resend my items. Fast forward to December 9th and your website tells me my order has been delivered to me. I checked and no delivery. When I called to get my order resolved I was told the items I ordered werent even in stock but I could chose items close in price and call back. When I picked my items and called back I was told those are also not in stock (not what the website said). I then ask to speak to someone higher up and was put on hold for almost 30 minutes only to be dropped. I called back and for over an hour a young girl went back and forth with a supervisor and says they will comp my order worth just over $40, thank you thank you (until she realizes those items are out of stock). Then I am offered 15% off, yes only 15%. I then ask to speak to a manager. If a manager can only offer 15% off by mail but your website is offering 20% off right now that is ridiculous. So Im getting 15% off in the mail and who knows when it will get here and now my daughter has no FIRST birthday gifts on the way. If I spend another $40 with you guys I get $6 off. After everything I had to go through (including trying to take care of my 11 month old while trying to get her something out of this for her birthday) thats all you are willing to offer from such a big expensive company? To say Im dissatisfied is an understatement. And I may be one voice not happy, but if your service towards others in the future is the same as it was for me, one voice will turn into a lot more. Never shopping here again. Not even with that 15% off coming in the mail!!!

I ordered a slipcovered chair back in July. The one they shipped to me arrived damaged. It was a huge hassle to return it (took two weeks for them to pick it up), after which time (August 4th) I ordered a replacement. The order was delayed until October 6th. On October 5th (at 6:40pm) I got a call that the delivery was canceled. I called them on the 6th and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I asked to be reimbursed the $200 shipping fee, which they declined. I then canceled the order. So 4 months of bullsh** and now, no chair. I am waiting on the refund. Do yourself a favor-skip Pottery Barn and buy from Wayfair or Birch lane. I’m never purchasing from them again.

I Purchased 3 barstools back in September all together $400 something dollars. I only received 1 in the mail. So when I called customer service they told me they didn’t not see where I purchased 3 in total. Explained that I had an email confirmation for 3 and they charged my card for 3 stools. They then explained to me that the other two stools were on a different tracking #. Gave it a few more weeks and the stools still never arrived. I called customer service again and they explained that the stools were loaded on the delivery truck and would be delivered the next day. Of course they didn’t show up, so I again called customer service, the lady explained that the stools were on back Order until December 12th!! Just received an order update and now there on back order until MARCH! where are my stools that you said were on the delivery truck months prior! I called customer service to ask to speak to manager and Jacqueline said they have to figure out situations before it goes that far. Explained everything to Jacqueline and she said that once they are physically delivered in March to call back customer service and they will refund me 1/2 the money of stools on a merchandise gift card... I’m sorry I don’t want that merchandise gift card. I want to speak to a manager and I want my money back on “my card” I purchased them with because I don’t want to deal with pottery barns issues again.

Do not purchase a pottery barn sofa! Absolute worst quality for a very overpriced product. I have had my sofa for 27 months, takes only occasional use of 2 small adults (no children, no pets). The cushions have flattened to the point that when sitting, I can feel the frame of the sofa. Cushions are visibly mashed and will not spring back or support weight. Called Pottery Barn to see what could be done for defective cushions and was told that I could BUY replacement cushions!! I have purchased a lot of PB furniture over the years, but this was my first upholstered purchase. I will never buy anything from them again! They sell a terrible, low quality product for a high price and will not stand behind it!

Store was fine, we dont generally shop at Pottery Barn. At checkout, I was asked for an e-mail, to which I gave my normal suspicious look. I was told it was for emailing receipt purposes, nothing more, no spam. Well, you know how that goes, Ive now unsubscribed 4 times from the spam I get from them. Straight. Up. Lie. Sorry, lies deserve poor ratings.

When I purchased the items, I paid for white glove assembly. I was not told the assembly was going to happen for only some of the items in the order and not all of them. Customer service tends to tell you what you want to hear, not the whole truth. Be wary and wiser than me.

Falsely advertised online and I have a screenshot of original order along with recording from customer service confirming it was supposed to be both a loveseat and slipcover.
