I was very disappointed in the service I received from this business. I had some minor repair needed on two Pella windows and it took over seven months to have the repairs completed. After submitting the Service Repair Form it took over four months for this business to contact me and inform me that the parts needed to be ordered and I needed to provide payment in advance. After that interaction I heard nothing for two months so I contacted the business{August 11th}. I was informed that the parts had just arrived and my repair date had been scheduled. When the Service Technician arrived with the parts the shipping receipt indicated the parts were shipped overnight from Pella Iowa on July 1st. Not only am I disappointed in the amount of time it took for the entire process, I am very disappointed that I was misled as to when the parts had arrived. I grew up just 20 miles from the Pella Corporation headquarters and have always believed the Pella Window name stood for quality and integrity. I question if that applies to this service center.

I spent over $12,500 on Pella blind in window patio French doors about 10 years ago. Two of the blinds have broken strings now. I called about repair or replacement. Each blind is $600 to replace. They do not offer repair. They offer to send you string so you can do it yourself. This looks very complicated as the string must be re-attached inside the top rail full of gears and mechanical components. What sort of company doesn’t support their expensive product? The doors are nice, but I would never have bought these knowing this. Don’t make the same mistake!

Great process from quote to installation of new windows. Joe (sales) and Steve (installer) are professional, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable. Very happy with our high quality Pella windows.

Every step of the way the folks at Pella Greenville were codial and professional.They explained all the door attributes before the sale and after installation. The installation team was on time and worked efficiently. This was a very positive experience. We recommend Pella Greenville highly.

Terrible customer service for a simple repair. Scheduled service confirmed by dispatcher, waited all day for repair technician who never showed up or called. Don’t purchase Pella if you want service after the sale. Wish I could leave negative stars.

Steve and his crew accomplished the Pella Door installation in a professional and cleanup in a short period of time. As I observed his work he offered responses to all our questions. Not his first rodeo. He is a craftsman. They were on time, checking with us many time in advance updating the projects timeline. This is a Company you want to do your work, and I do NOT say that likely. They were on time, done professionally from drop clothes, setup, installation then cleanup. They installed front door w/glass sliding screen AND a glass sliding door in the rear, ALL DONE in One day, Thats rite !. They were done several weeks ago and I swear its warmer in My home, so that should also equate into saving in air conditioning in summer. After inspection even today, they look awesome, and I have yet to find ANY screws, would cuttings, shavings, wedges, NOTHING, & looking at ware the doors meet the outside and inside walls are COMPLETELY sealed and look better then My factory doors did. They were well knowledgeable, quick, awesome cleanup and all 3 men knew EXACTLY what to do without barely talking, AMAZING. Had an appointment scheduled with them to come by to give me a quote for replacement windows. Nobody showed up at at the scheduled time, no phone call to inform me about any delays or to reschedule. After about an hour and a half of waiting I gave up and went about the rest of my day. Today I received an email survey about my experience with Pella which I completed, expressing my dissatisfaction.Meanwhile 4 other companies came by my house, on time I may add, and provided me with quotes. Needless to say, I will be going with one of them instead...

Thomas was very professional. Answered all questions and did not pressure in any certain direction. Follow up questions dealt with quickly. Product quality outstanding.
