Lowes recommend. Horrible window install with terrible wrap job. Employer and Employees sucked, acted like they didnt know what they were doing, going to have to pay to have someone come and re wrap the windows. If zero stars would have been an option this company definitely deserves that. Illegitimate business by Lowes and metzner.

Like everyone else: Lowes brought me here for our fence install. If youre reading this, its probably too late, best wishes. If its not too late, do something else while you still can!This was hands-down the worst consumer experience of my life, bar none. I have been actively making a point to tell my friends and family to avoid using Lowes installation at all costs. From start to finish, every single step of the way was botched miserably. Hand on my heart, Im having a hard time thinking of ONE SINGLE area where any reasonable standards were even approached... communication, pricing, quality, timeliness... everything was terrible. We had delay after delay after delay after delay. I spent hours on the phone, drove an hour to the store on multiple occasions, I could swear it was like Lowes was actively messing with me.And then Metzner came--Lowes got us a DOOR AND WINDOW person who had ONLY 1-Star reviews on Google to install our FENCE, and unsurprisingly it wasnt fun. I requested to have somebody else do it, but that didnt happen. Then when he came, our confidence was so low in his plan that my father and I rented a big skid-loader on our own dime and did most of the work ourselves. I was working so hard I had cuts on my hands and had to see a chiropractor for my back. Meanwhile the installer himself was talking about how difficult it would have been for him to do the work by himself (you know, like I paid you guys to do!). His cookie and candy wrappers are all over my back yard yet, to go along with the trash left in our garage. Then on top of it all, he didnt communicate when he was coming or leaving, AND he screwed something up with the fence that cant be fixed now.This is all AFTER Lowes was infuriatingly terrible communicators through-out, delays constantly, you raised the price, the project plan/quote had mistakes... Just unbelievable. Every step of the way, Lowes gentle customer service representatives acknowledged that the fault is on their end and were so, so sorry, but not a single thing was ever done. Ever. It was: Lowes mistake, I call, Lowes apologizes, then silence. Then I call again, Lowes apologizes, silence. Then the installer shows up without notice, it goes badly, I call, Lowes apologizes, more silence.I own my own business, and if we ever did a job this poorly I would close our doors in shame. It has been the most disrespectful experience as a consumer in my entire life, and Im making certain that word gets out to those I care about so they never have to deal with something like this. In hindsight, I would have paid twice the price to do it myself and avoid this whole experience. Unimaginably bad.

If I could rate this business a zero I would because they do NOT deserve even a one star review. Didn’t show up when scheduled, didn’t call us to let us know they wouldn’t be able to install our siding until following day. Terrible customer service and Bill/Anthony ( the owner) was extremely unprofessional.

Horrible!! Shoddy work on what was finished. Most of the work was not done. He promised and wrote a contact to do all repair and replacement work. He did this work for a single mom who was a cancer survivor with a son with a heart condition. He found her by coming to Brookville after the tornado and saw an opportunity to make money from a desperate person. He was paid over 11,000,00 for this “work”.Beware!! He is not with the BBB.

Disappointed is beyond an understatement. We contacted Bill to put in a vinyl privacy yard and within hours it popped apart and has only gotten worse as it is currently being held up with some creative rope skill. We have attempted to contact him numerous times and he has failed to come check on it or call back. Terrible customer service.

This company was contracted by Lowe’s to replace my door. They didn’t seal it properly. They were supposed to come back “between 10-12” and with zero communication on their end, they just never showed up. After someone finally contacted me hours later they said they switched their appointments up and would come back the next day at exactly 11. Well they didn’t show up then either. Do not use them if you value communication or time management.

This company subcontracted my Lowes siding installation to Elite pro construction, an unqualified installer who couldnt accomplish level. Ive waited four years for Lowes to resolve this issue, but with no luck. Dont trust this outfit.
