Walked in here with my friend and her 3 year old. We were looking at cabinet knobs and were also holding his hands. He was well behaved but was being vocal and talking asking things as etc with us. A lady who works there by the name of Juanita seemed to be bothered by him and told the employees to watch out for the kid. They should put up a sign that says no kids allowed if it bothers them to hear a kid having a constant and asking questions while the adults shop.

I would give 5 stars for the service. They helped me to plan my kitchen for free and to load cabinets in the car. But, if I knew, I would check with Lowes prices first. I found out later that same kitchen cabinets cost lot cheaper there.

I have some rental properties and want great stuff at a great price. Who doesn’t? But I never expected to make friends and have a staff that goes over and beyond to help with all of our needs! Realy I had bad experience dealing with the store after trying to return toliet seatCashier question why I returned and open the box and check everything and told me (I dont think you know how to put it in-that is why your returned)makes me feel very uncomfortable-finally she returned-very bad customer service -happned on 10-02-2021

Friendly staff. Purchase flooring, faucets and other home improvement products here at a lower price than the department stores. Your options may be limited based on current inventory but its worth the savings.

We have tried to purchase multiple times from them. Once in December we came in and never heard back despite bringing in our measurements and designs. We came back again February with a design and measurements and over a week later and we have yet to hear back despite my husband calling multiple times even tho they said it would only be a couple of days. It’s disheartening as it seems they have decent prices but no one willing to help.

I had some issues at the Greenville store and posted a review of my experience. Corporate reached out to me and assured me that my experience was not store policy and they sent me word of who to contact. I’ve been in contact with the regional VP and he and I spoke. He is addressing the issues at the store today with a personal visit to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the front desk talks like shes go an issue with you, like shes annoyed to be at work. The guy on the right side where the computer desk is is also extremely rude. Would give zero stars if I could.

A younger female( new employee ) there was very helpful to me and my son in law. Four stars to her! We bought from her. Another young man that was there could have cared less about helping us and we were thereto spend lots of money

The staff here is very nice and the prices are about 10% lower than those of a major chain hardware store except on true clearance items. It’s worth a visit to see if there are some good deals.

We purchased flooring for 1800 sq ft, a shower and kitchen counters. All of the products were great quality. One product did not look as expected and Scott treated me with reasect and kindness and refunded that item without a problem. We will continue to purchase from this location and enjoy the low prices and significant selection !

I have always bought my flooring here. I love the prices...the selection...n the quality. However I went two weeks ago for flooring n they were busy...but when someone came to help me (Jose) the first thing he said was what u need? I was suprised at that greeting n I said thats not a very nice greeting for your customers n he said they had been busy all day. I said well thats a good thing right? No response to that soooo I told him what I needed n bought it. While at the counter waiting to pay I did notice a couple more guys that were less than friendly. But I got what I went there for...n Ive been back a couple of times since that visit. I just go with the flow while Im there if they are polite n helpful Im nice n appreciative...however if I get the rudeness again...sadly I give it right back.

Got a really good deal on a hood for my stove.

They had a door that home depot and Lowes didnt have in stock. Easy shopping and friendly and a little cheaper price if you dont mind a scratch or two.

They were real helpful and finding me the right size cabnet that I needed. So that was great.

All of the staff are a great group of people that know their stuf and with quality products at really good prices. Ive used them for building my house and flipping two others. Always a good experience!

We purchased all our garage cabinets and 2 cabinets for living room. They had granite and knew of a person to cut it and install. At a fraction of cost of most places. We really e joyed them and the garage cabinets.

Again my sister and I went there together and she bought a door for French doors for outdoors and then she bought him with the blinds in it and everything much cheaper than Home Depot and stuff so you can get some really good Bargains in there I was looking at cabinets and I might go back and buy me some cabinets to redo my kitchen

Went to look at flooring to redo room in house on a Saturday... The only day i have free to come look and walk in only to find out they close at 3. 3 o’clock on a Saturday. And they close? Everyone usually has off on Saturdays and that’s usually a shopping day. Very inconvenient.

We are redoing our bathroom and waited until the last minute to look for cabinets. The major retailers like Lowes & Home Depot either didnt have what my wife wanted and we would need to order or were overpriced. Another retailer in the Greenville area also didnt have what she was looking for. She found Supply Warehouse through a Google search and they had what she wanted in stock and on site. When we went back a few hours later to pick up the cabinets, there was a slight issue, but the manager was able to help us resolve the problem and we left satisfied.

Love this store. Good selection and great prices for all projects.

My wife and I went by today to look at Kitchen upgrade stuff. We bought a door there a few months back and noticed a design counter up front. When we got there we had to wait a bit. Although there were 7 people standing behind the counter looking at us none of them apparently wanted to help us out. When I asked for help to buy kitchen cabinets they all just stared at me until finally one of them pointed to the only gentleman I could see working who was outside loading Windows in the rain for a customer. His name was Frank. I waited in the little design office for around 10 minutes while the employees all stood there watching Frank load windows and watching me wait. I finally asked one of them if they could let him know we needed his help in the cabinet area when he was done.Once Frank got finished he came to help us and spent a solid 30 minutes walking us through the cabinet selections. We had a drawing of what we wanted our layout to be and also a wish list of extras if we could fit them in the budget. Frank helped us narrow down the style cabinet and countertops we wanted. Not only that but he alerted us to a sale that was coming up. He then offered to draw our kitchen for us and email it in a few days. We didnt really know that was an option but we were really excited for it. That is a free service that is offered there. We have been shopping around for cabinets for about a year and have had a couple quotes. All quotes were out of our budget honestly. When I asked Frank for a High end estimate he accommodated. It was about half of what the big box stores and private contractors wanted. The product we selected was a solid wood construction and looked better than we thought we could afford.We walked away and thanked Frank for his help. Excited about the potential cost savings we decided to look at the Luxury Vinyl. Frank again came up to us to explain the differences in prices. We really liked one of the selections and he talked about that one being his favorite as well. He then told us about redoing his own kitchen with that product. He whipped out his phone and showed us the product we loved on his floor in his home. That sold me on buying from your store. if the employees are as excited to use the product they sell as we are to be using it then I am sold.The first 3 stars are for prices. The 4th and 5th stars are for Frank. We will be spending a large sum of money with you because he took the time to show us why he loved the product he sells. I hope you recognize him in some way. All those fellas watched us and watched him load windows in the rain. He is an older gentleman and not one of them helped him. none of them anted to help me. Im sure he has closed the deal on many other purchases made at this store due to his knowledge and passion for the product.

I like the selection at Surplus. The people were very helpful. We special ordered some cabinets and saved 50% over what they would have cost from HD. The product (Heritage-Madison Cabernet) however was not made locally, but in China. They were still VG good quality and took about 3 Weeks to arrive.- 1 Star... We had to special order a counter-top without the backsplash. When it arrived with the cabinets it was made wrong with a backsplash! We then had to reorder and that took another 3 weeks, which threw off our project timing. I would suggest if you are time critical to look to another source for special order counter-top. Im sure there are local companys that can deliver much faster.Blessings,John 20:29

Tried to call to get a price on something so I could compare it to Lumber liquidators and the guy on the phone acted like he could care less about my call! Don’t plan on buying anything from them now!
